It is not enough to use as a concealer/corrector but perfect to use on top for that added brightness. \nI received this as a gift a couple of years ago and I didn't use it for a while, but recently I have re-discovered it and I'm surprised it's still going strong. \nThe packaging is uber luxe. The pen applicator is nice, but I still use my concealer brush to blend it in. I took off 1 star due to the cost. As beautiful as this product is, it is very expensive for a highlighter/concealer pen product and I don't think I would purchase it unless it is on special :)\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really appreciate the opportunity to review YSL Touche highlighting pen. It arrived a little late but it was well worth it! Beautiful packaging and after 25 clicks to start the product I was rewarded with a blendable, non greasy fluid that glided onto my skin. Further applications only required 1 to 2 clicks for an effortless highlighting, concealing look.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Touche Eclat has modern and classy packaging. It is also the perfect travel size which is a bonus. Upon first application I feel less is more. The highlighting aspect is subtle and the only main difference between the highlighter and concealer is the level of moisturising. This is probably something I would wear throughout winter only. It did combat the tired look which was a surprise bonus. It feels nice on the skin as long as you only use as much as you need. You can feel the quality of ingredients in this product by how easily it blends in. The available colours seem varied enough as well. I recommend this for normal to dry skin and preferably in the cooler months.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First of all, the packaging of this product is simply divine! It's professional, luxurious and compact. Big tick of approval there. I also loved the finish this highlighter gave. But this is where it stops for me. If you're a makeup wearer looking for a heavy highlighter, this product is definitely not for you. However if you're looking for a cosmetic product to brighten your face (in particular your under-eyes) it's fantastic and does the job well. For the exxy price point, I won't buy it again, but I would recommend it to someone who doesn't have a budget for these types of products.

However this product did a brilliant job of covering my dark circles with only a little product and minimal blending needed to really lift that area. It lasted all day, with only a little creasing evident. Certainly the best under eye concealer I’ve used, and worth the spend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really really like this product.  The simplicity of it was great especially for someone who doesn't like spending alot of time doing makeup.  When applied I thought it looked very natural and not over the top like some highlighters can look so I liked it for daytime wear.  It glided nicely onto the skin and very easy to blend in.  I'm not sure if I would repurchase only because of the price but it's definitely a very nice product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was super excited to use this cult favourite, and it didn't disappoint. I loved the formula, and it had such a beautiful finish/texture. It looked dewy and glowy without being sticky or smudging/moving around a lot. I'm a big fan of the no makeup look, so loved to use to on the high points of my face, with a touch of cream blush, and I was good to go. The only thing I don't like about the product is the applicator. I found it dispensed not enough product or too much all at once.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from YSL Touché Eclat is a cult product known by practically everyone. I especially enjoy its luxuourious packaging and creamy, moisturising formula. I wouldn’t repurchase the product myself as it’s too subtle for my preference, however if you enjoy the no makeup/makeup look, definitely give it a go. I’d aliso test out the cour range at the counter as I think the fairest colours are not that fair. This product is great for my sensitive skin and it’s seems two have no scent which I prefer.

It goes on really well, although i wasn't too keen on the brush end as i feel it didn't blend as well as a buffer brush or my finger. The consistency of the product is also really good and covers blemishes well. Love the packaging, it oozes elegance.

This product was easy to travel with for a liquid highlighter and illuminates amazingly. Is noticeable yet subtle for a great everyday look. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy to use and subtle highlighter that is long lasting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I am not quite sure what makes this much different from the concealer, having never used either type of product before. I did feel that the highlighter worked well on my patchy and slightly sun damaged facial skin - in particular my cheeks and the tip of my nose - which still show some acne scarring from my teenage years. I didn't feel that this gave my face a glow - but honestly rosy cheeks and patches was what I was trying to conceal, so this product worked well from that point of view. Hope that the applicators don't clog up or dry up over time - as I would mainly use this on our very occasional date nights (few and far between with 4 kids). I can see this product replacing my usual foundation as it is so light, but effective.

I found it was easy to use and blended in nicely and didn't feel heavy or cake at all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a nice everyday highlighter. The clicky pen frustrated me at first due to having to click it so many time before the product came out but was fine once you got past that.

I especially liked it's subtle nature and found myself using it more during the day for that natural radiant complexion which I need as I tend to have dark circles and pigmentation. It worked very well on my brow bone and inner corners of my eyes. Also love the sleek premium feel and look of this product. A bit pricey but would recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful gold luxury packaging and a great pump pen style highlighter that works well on my mature skin. The consistency of the product is thin and easy to spread out, only a small amount needs to be used. It feels super light weight on the skin and gives a subtle natural dewy finish. It's not glittery or shimmery but does have light reflecting properties so brightens the skin subtly. \n\nI find it worked extremely well applied on my under eye hollows to bring the light to that area and bring it forward. It didn't work so well as a upper cheek bone highlight for me as it looked a little yellow and flat but I found it also works well above my eyebrows to lift that area and above my lips to accentuate the cupids bow. I used this in combination with the high cover concealer and it was magic.\n\nI found the product does wear off and fade naturally within 4 hrs and doesn't look patchy at the end of the day. It keeps it's dewy bright look even when lightly powdered to set in place. It also bends well with my skin so doesn't crease. I would recommend this product for any age but especially for those with more mature skin. It doesn't look dry on my dry under eyes and works well on areas with fine lines. It works well on top of or under other makeup too! \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I'm a fan of YSL's original Touché Eclat as I have oily skin and very large pores so I like to use a more subtle highlighting product that doesn't over-emphasise my crater pores. I'm not a fan however of the price and there are definitely similar products on the market that are much cheaper and equally as good which is why I have only given it four stars. Touché Eclat is not a concealer but a brightener and highlighter so it's perfect on the top of the cheek bone, brow bone, Cupid's bow, inner corner of the eye and even the bridge of the nose. The pen applicator makes it hygienic and very easy to use and the expanding range of colours available means it will suit many more users. Overall this is a really nice product that's fun to use and makes you feel a little more high class when using it, a great product to own but not necessarily an essential product to own.

This product lives up to the YSL standard and really is a great product overall. Though, I don't think I could use this as an everyday product due to the price.

I loved the high quality feel of the product and the packaging it came in... It felt special... I loved too how easy the shade blended with my skin leaving it looking flawless... It was also very light on the skin and didn't feel like Iwas wearing anything at all... It is a great size for popping into a handbag in case it is needed for touch ups... It did really well at covering dark circles and little imperfections...\n

I do however prefer the high cover one as it has a little more coverage and makes the under eye look plumper. However on no make up days this is perfect. Similar to my review on the éclat high cover, the applicator is hard to use as it takes forever for product to come out and I don't like that I can't control how much product comes out.

I am not a huge fan of an "in your face highlight", especially not for the everyday makeup look but this gives a beautiful glow. It is great on the cheek bones, brow bone, inner eye corners, bridge of the nose, cupids bow- basically all your high points of your face. \n\nAs a concealer- it is very light coverage and if I ever have skin/complexion good enough to purely use this as my concealer I will be a very happy lady.\n\nI would be likely to purchase this purely for the highlighting qualities, even though it is on the higher end of the $$ scale.\n

I applied it to the high points of my face, which negated the need for powder highlight products. Not sure if I would repurchase due to the price, but I do enjoy this product. My only concern with this is contamination of the applicator after a few uses.

It is great for giving that slight glow without looking like you have taken a glitter bath.\nMy favourite use was around my lips to make them look bigger, it looked great without showing that you actually had product on.\nThe only con I found was that my pen was quite sluggish and a bit uneven on the release of product after clicking.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The YSL Touch Eclat is the original of this type of pen concealer/highlighter & it’s great that it now has a few more shades as the original was a ghostly pale one! I think this is good to have in the handbag for touch ups as it’s quite a sheer consistency. To use it as a concealer you would need to have pretty good skin with no heavy dark circles as it’s not very thick. If you opted for a pale shade then you could use it as an iluminator/highlighter as it does give a nice sheen on the face. More subtle than many of the liquid highlighters out there. Worth buying if you can purchase cheaper than the RRP like at airport duty free etc.

I easily found a colour to suit my skin type. The liquid itself goes on smoothly and blends well. It feels heavy on application - but once it is on, it is really nice to wear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from YSL Touche Eclat Is lux. The iconically beautiful packaging is a pleasure to look at and my makeup tray looks even better with this product in it. Firstly when they say in the instructions to click 25-30 times  for product to appear they are not joking. Once product appears it’s simply one click and product will appear on brush and then you use on any place on the face you would highlight. I found it gave the most beautiful effect when used on the inner corner of the eyes and Cupid’s bow, so natural yet striking. Now this pen is pricy and you don’t get a lot of product but for me I use such a small amount  I would consider purchasing it. \n\n

It is a very nice high coverage yet weightless and soft touch formula that blends well on the skin. The pen style packaging makes application of this product extremely easy. I highly recommend this product however I would suggest you test for a colour match in store before purchasing as it is not the cheapest product on the market. \n\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This highlighter is such a luxe product. It is a very natural and illuminating highlighter. It gives a beautiful glow for a day to day look. I’ve been wearing it on my ‘no make up’ days as it gives a subtle highlight. It’s a creamy texture and not a blinding highlight but that would probably suit more mature skin as well as any age group. Overall, a really lovely product!
