Directions

1. Prepare and mix your colour: Add the contents of the Colourant Cream tube into the Developer Milk Applicator Bottle. 2. Shake well and snap off the tip of the bottle. 3. Apply your colour: Apply mixture to hair lengths and ends, using the tip of the applicator bottle to separate the hair section by section. 4. Massage well. 5. Leave for 25 - 35 minutes if you have resistant grey hair. 6. Rinse and Condition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Lovely vibrant colour, silky soft hair I was very pleased to receive my trial package from Garnier. Thank you for the opportunity. I coloured my hair this morning and the results were excellent. I did the allergy test [ which I think is a must ] 48 hours before I began the trial. No reaction so full steam ahead! After opening the attractive packaging and donning an old t shirt and long apron and spreading newspaper around I mixed the colour as per instructions on the very helpful brochure.. I chose Option 1 which is the whole head method as I felt this was the best option for me, After leaving the colour in for 35 minutes I rinsed it out in warm water till the water was clear. Next step I wrapped my hair in a towel to dry it off a little then applied some of the lovely smelling conditioner then rinsed it out after 2 minutes. I then dried my hair with a towel then finished it off with the hair dryer. I was extremely pleased with the result. A lovely , vibrant colour similar to what my hair was before using Nutrisse. the only difference being the colour is a slightly darker red with less blonde in it . I love it for a change. Hubby said it looked lovely too. I cant wait to try the hair mask. I had a sneak peek and it looks and smells lovely.

I was sent the caramel colour, and the choice was a good one as it has well covered my grey streaks. I first read the instructions, then the next morning, I decided that I was confident enough to use. I have never had a problem with colouring my hair, used to do about 5 years ago, so did a skin test just on my arm... An hour later, no problems, so away I started. I had no problem with the Garnier Nutrisse, and it went on to cover well. I first put on an old black jumper, inside out in case the dye should run, but it did not ... I coloured my hair according to the sheet supplied, and had no trouble in following it.. I did not use the advacado mask that day. I usually wash my hair every day, so have followed this programme with the mask. I found that so easy to use, and even with a broken elbow, was able to put on, and massage through, I used an old comb to evenly spread it. Left it the required time and then washed out with warm water. Has left my hair really soft and much easier to manage, to have this happen is good . Actually my hair seems to have a lot of bounce? in it, is not just laying flat like normal... I would thoroughly recommend . I did not have anything left in the tube after use, so all was packed into the box and recycled. The bottle of conditioner that came, I used with the dye, and have put the balance away for now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by eviee1 from Great Grey Coverage I chose the Light Ash Beige Blonde 9.13 because I didnt want to go too light nor too dark, there wasn't much in between. When I first opened the package I thought the smell was quite nice compared to other dyes. The container with the mix is so easy to work with, a soft plastic that I can quite easily squeeze contents out of, into the bottle. I didnt do a strand test, I dye my hair frequently and have never had a problem. I'd only dyed my hair a week ago so I started applying the dye to the roots, just a quick application then did the rest of my hair. There was no overpowering chemicals which is awesome and it covered my greys really well. The colour I chose is ok but I'd probably try a different shade next time, it seems to have a grey/green tinge to it which a lot of women would probably like.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ingrid910 from Shiny, glossy,manageable hair I'm pretty impressed with the Garnier Nutrisse creme I choose Caramel (5.4) which is a copper brown and I'm happy with the result , it has given my hair a bit of a reddish glow without being over powering. My husband noticed immediately that I had dyed my hair and was very impressed with the colour , thought it suited me. Most importantly the product is easy to use and has controlled those grey hairs which can have a mind of their own. It has taken that frizz from my hair that always takes a few days to settle down after washing and dyeing. My hair looks shiny, healthy, and feels silky and soft. All the greys are covered and under control, it's terrific. The Garnier Nutrisse Creme comes in a attractive bright green and white box , the bright green representing the avocado oil and also showing the olive and shea( nut of a African shea tree) oils used to stop our hair drying out. One can see the colour Carmel both on the front and lid of the box, I do think that the colour can be printed in bigger letters as it is important to pick the right colour and I often found it frustrating when I have found the product but can't read or find the colour, company's need to think of people s eye sight as they get older. The instructions are easy and simple to follow, illustrations always make life easier means you don't have to read each word, speeds the process up. The non drip colour creme was easy to use, as I hadn't dyed my hair for a while I left it on for 35 minutes and all the greys were covered. It's pretty easy to use and no drips , fantastic! The new conditioner is now a new formula Garnier has now given us 50% more ,great if your hair is longer or you get to use it again and again, infact they recommend that we keep the conditioner for 2 more treatments, to keep our hair feeling silky soft and nourished. I feel this product is suitable for women my age , I'm sixty and I'm really impressed, it's covered those greys , my hair feels healthy, shiny , looks young soft to touch and feels absolutely fabulous. I will definitely be buying this product again, I'll keep the Garnier Nutrisse creme tag with the colour in my wallet for future purchases. Great product keep up the good work Garnier the women my age appreciate the effort.

So as soon as I received it today in the mail I had to try it right away. The 1st thing I noticed when opening the box was the yummy fruity smell. Knowing it's enriched with avacado I didn't think it would smell so good but it really did (not like a hair dye at all). I had 3cm of grey hair growth so I started with my roots. I squirted it on my hair then used a blush to coat it in and like the box said it did not drip and held its position great. After washing it out i used the conditioner included and it smelt so fruity and yummy and really moisturised my hair. once my hair dried it felt great and looked great. My hair was dyed perfectly not a grey hair in sight and I should state the I dye my hair black so there's no where for those grey hairs to hide . It didn't irritate my skin or cause any itchiness later on in the day like I've experienced with other hair dyes. I highly recommend this product and will definitely be buying Again.

I only ever use this brand when colouring my hair, after trying several different brands first. I find it gentle on my hair and scalp, easy to apply and lasts very well, much better than alternative brands. The instructions are easy to understand and gloves are provided as with all hair colour products. The colour selection is excellent, colours matching every hair shade, but works well if you want a colour change.

I totally loved it I have been dying my wife’s hair now for over ten years and tried almost every do at home product. Garnier have nailed it with this product, It is very easy to use, covers the grey hair and the coloured hair very well, I found it not to messy. the gloves are great for a change and you won’t need to buy others. It rinses out very easy, I thought it was a bit dark at first but settled down and loving the colour. with curly hair it left it a bit dry but once using the Garnier Nutrisse Avocado Enriched Mask it bought back the curl and body in the hair I use to use the Loreal product but since they changed it I have not been a big fan, now I will only be using the Garnier Nutrisse

I like so many others am guilty of playing home hairdresser since about the age of 13, I am now 50 and nothing has changed. i was very excited when the courier arrived for me to try the colour i was sent. The same afternoon i went into the bathroom and closed the door off to the rest of the family so i could indulge and pamper myself. the first thing you notice is how pretty and simple ton read the initial packing is,with simple to follow instructions. I have thick hair so was dubious about doing my whole head as i have run out mid way before, so decided to do an undercolour. everything i needed was included in the box and as usual just a matter of mixing the correct bottles together. Now, let me just say this at this point....when dying my hair the bathroom has been known to look like Pro Hart had just come out of it with the dye over the walls, basin, tiles, floor and me! As soon as i put the colour into my hair i could see it starting to change darker, i loved how all i had to do really was apply and rub it thru much like a shampoo. i got great coverage and loved the smell. in fact the smell was 1 of the things that amazes me most with this product. I am so used to having that chemical smell you can get with colouring hair. I left it on for the required 20 minutes and was once again surprised by the lack of after colour run off you also get after rinsing the dye out. My grey hair were covered and it felt great too. I have since washed my hair for the first time after colouring and once again......full of surprises i didnt have that excessive amount of coloured shampoo foam that makes you feel like you have just washed half the bottle of colour that you just put in out., No drips whilst applying or during waiting time, it was perfect for me. I would recommend this range to any age group although maybe the older ladies would find it more beneficial for grey coverage. Some great fun fashion colours would be a great idea for the younger ladies looking for a bit of a change. Highly recommend and LOVE, LOVE, LOVED it.

I chose the colour Honeydip and I must say that I am very impressed. Not only with the smell of product but also the outcome of my at home colour. I have previously coloured my hair at home but have not been always been happy and needed to visit the hairdresser for a fix. I found that the Garnier Nutrisse product provided great coverage for my shoulder length hair. I left the colour on for approximately 35 minutes as I had not coloured my hair for just over 6 months and I have been left with a lovely, golden blonde tone. My hair is also super shiny and doesn't feel at all dry like other similar products that I have used before. I would definitely recommend and use again!

I have to colour my hair every two to three weeks to help cover up the greys that don't seem to ever slow down. The Garnier Nutrisse creme is a permanent nourishing hair colour that is supposed to cover 100% of greys without leaving the hair dry The colour I had was Dark Quartz Brown as it was the closest I could get to matching my very dark brown hair. Each package contains a developer cream applicator, nourishing colour cream, colour conditioner and gloves. I followed the directions given on the pamphlet which was easy to follow. I just had to put the colouring cream inside the applicator bottle and shake for 30 seconds for the contents to mix thoroughly. The applicator bottle had a tip nozzle which made it really easy to apply the hair colour with precision and without any wastage. I used it for my roots and then with the gloves on my hands I rubbed it in to make sure the colour covered all of the greys. I did this all over my hair, section by section, especially focusing on the areas with lots of greys. I massaged the colour all over and once I was done I let it sit on my hair for 35-40 minutes. Once it came to rinsing the colour, I started off with just water and massaged my hair and scalp. I followed it up with a bit of shampoo and then the colour nourishing conditioner. The conditioner was left in for around 2 minutes and then I rinsed it out. It left my hair super soft and free of any knots or tangles. It gave my hair lots of hydration too! Once I blow dried and styled my hair I could finally see the results. The colour looked amazing. It was pigmented and had lots of depth. My greys were all covered and my hair didn't feel dry at all. Overall I was very pleased with the whole process and especially the results.

Garnier Nutrisse is a fantastic, practical and affordable alternative. \nI actually used this product last week - dark brown. If you've got short hair then you're lucky as the application will be much easier. For long hair like mine it can be a little time consuming as you do have to partition each section of hair to ensure a thorough spread. As indicated in the instructions, do make sure you use an old towel over your shoulders when applying it as it will stain and the longer the hair the messier it'll get. Tip: While the product was in doing its magic, I wrapped my hair in glad wrap so I could move around freely and not worry about any drips or stains! It does have a characteristic smell which stays in after the first wash but it dissipates after the second or third.\nIf like me you need to cover -ahem - a "couple" of grey hairs then it's a great product and the end result is perfect: luscious, conditioned and brought back to life sultry hair!\n

Two bottles for past shoulder length if you have thick hair but one bottle for thing hair will work if your hair is a bit past your shoulders.\nThe smell is very nice and the conditioner that comes with it will last a few washes and is very nourishing.\nEasy to use and minimal mess. Easy to clean up off my skin.\nIs a bit hard to spread at the beginning but works into the roots quickly.\nAlready dyed hair came out true to box my roots where slightly off in colour but not noticeable.\n

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jacqui t. from I have used this colour for as long as it has been available,and whilst i will admit to having the odd affair with others,this remains my favourite.\nI have (naturally) very blonde hair (that now has "ash blonde" shall we say,given for free) that is both dry AND fine,so a good colour is one that looks great,lasts AND cares for my hair....which this does and then some.\nThe formula is lovely and rich (no drips),the colour is natural and lasts weeks on end, the creamy colour contains hair loving avocado oil (leaving your post - colour hair super soft and lush) and the subtle shade variations (no simple "blonde / brunette / auburn / raven" shades here),mean that you can tweak your style ever so slightly,and come out looking like a salon has been your home for hours.I will repurchase,and i encourage you to try it as well.\n

It works so easily. I've gone dark and light using Nutrisse, and cannot fault it. My hair doesn't dry out using this dye, and the colour lasts really well. It's simple and easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by duality from a mistake purchase, but what a lucky mistake! Firstly I asked hubby to pick me up some of my regular black Loreal dye (on sale, I only buy it on sale, lol). He came back with the Garnier Nutrisse in Licorice instead! Oh firstly I was going to return it as I am not a fan of Garnier's makeup so reluctant to try their dyes (however their melt in conditioner is great!). Well I am thanking him now and this is now my #1 colour! Firstly, the gloves are great! Not overly large or silly plastic bag type ones, they are more rubbery and come in a neat little case. The dye mixes well with the usual hair dye smell (not overpowering I must say). It is thick and rich and applies well with little to no drips. What was interesting for me is that it comes out muddy brown when rinsed and not purple/violet like most other blacks I used (usually I must be really careful when my hair is wet as the purple tones get on everything and stains permanently). This rinsed clean and another lovely surprise is my hair felt conditioned after the rinse (before the conditioner was even used), it didn't feel squeaky and stripped like it usually does after a dye. The conditioner is lovely! Not overpoweringly floral like Garnier can be, but very nourishing and I got 2 uses from the 40ml bottle. My hair felt like silk after the rinse. When dried it is so so glossy! Never looked this good - even had comments from workmates asking what I did to it because it looked so healthy. Really love this, it is my new home dye now between salon visits.

For my long hair I needed two packs. For reference, I have coarse, thick hair and some some some greys. The package contains the usual components of a DIY hair colour kit - disposable gloves, colourant, activator and conditioner. The mixture was the right consistency - not too drippy or thick. However, the smell was quite strong, possibly one of the strongest smelling DIY hair colour I've ever used. I could feel the dryness in my hair when I was rinsing the dye off, but the thick and creamy conditioner helped to offset the initial dryness. I was happy with the grey coverage which was much better than Garnier Olia. I also didn't get any fading over the following weeks after subsequent shampoos. It does the job, but probably isn't my favourite due to the dryness and the strong smell.

I hadn't tried Garnier Nutrisse before and decided to give it a go and purchased this in Nude Light Brown. The package contains the usual components of a DIY hair colour kit - disposable gloves, colourant, activator and conditioner. The mixture was the right consistency - not too drippy or thick. However, the smell was quite strong, possibly one of the strongest smelling DIY hair colour I've ever used. I needed two packs for my long hair. Given my stubborn hair, I left the solution for 35 minutes. I could feel the dryness in my hair when I was rinsing the dye off, but the thick and creamy conditioner helped to offset the initial dryness. The colour result was not what I expected - it was more of a dark brown than a light brown, but i naturally have very dark hair to begin with. I was happy with the grey coverage which was as good as my other trusted brands. The grey coverage was much better than Garnier Olia. Overall, it isn't one of the best DIY hair colour kits, but it is something I would repurchase if they have a shade that is not available in the other brands.

I go for some of the newer, slicker formulas these days, but if you're after a budget friendly, gentle colour that smells nice, gives a good colour result and leaves hair super soft and shiny - this is your winner.\n\nDon't expect a huge amount of lift as the pay off for healthier hair is less lightening, but if you already have lightish hair, you'll be able to use any of the colours in the range without any issues.\n\nThis shade leaves a lovely neutral blonde - I wouldn't say ash in the way most people think of ash these days - but it does look quite natural and is a good winter shade.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cheapskate from So bright Got this in a ginger/orangey tone. I had assumed by the picture that it was meant to mimic natural looking ginger hair. It did not. But I'm not even mad. I applied it to freshly bleached tips of my hair and wow. I was a firestorm. The colour was so intense and almost fluoro that i thought i'd be dissapointed but i loved it way more than the colour i was looking for. I don't even like that shade usually but it was just done so right. Perhaps on unbleached hair it might look more natural If that is what ur looking for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Frannybee from Easy, Reliable Hair Colour I don't often colour my hair since having kids but when I do, it's always a DIY job. Garnier Nutrisse has a great colour range and the shade Cappuccino 4.3 really appealed to me. I don't have lots of greys, just a few, but they're silver from root to tip and stand out from the surrounding naturally dark hair. I'm not bothered by them now, but I'm starting to look at my options for covering them when the silvers outnumber the rest The Nutrisse packaging is attractive and the products inside are packaged similarly to other like products. Add Goop A to Goop B etc. The mixed product was lovely and creamy - not thin and drippy, not too thick to spread easily. I applied the cream with the nozzle then used a colouring brush to disperse it evenly over my roots. The fine nozzle made hairline application easy and precise and cleanup was easy, with hair conditioner on a cotton pad. There was plenty of product to heavily coat my shoulder-length hair. There's always a smell with permanent hair colours, but this wasn't at all unpleasant. Rinsing out was easy and the luxurious, supplied conditioner was plenty for 3-4 applications on my hair. My hair was left with a new but very natural colour with loads of shine. My curl wasn't affected at all and my "tinsel" greys were completely coloured. My overall look is lighter and fresher and I'm very pleased with how easy it was to get an excellent result.

I must admit, I have been loyal to another brand for a while, ever since those pesky greys raised their unpigmented heads. This colour, cappuccino, was perfect for me, covered greys really really well, and made my hair feel healthy. I rinsed my hair just as much as other brands and felt the after 'smell' was far more appealing than other brands. Negatives would be the nozzle to apply was a bit limiting compared to other brands with a comb, and there were no instructions on the after care conditioner as to how long to leave on for. But in summary, double thumbs up, I would recoommend this product to others and will use again myself.

I have previously used these products and had great results. But that was a few years ago and my hair was a little less... tired. When I got my product I was excited to see it claimed to lighten my hair up to 3 shades, just what I wanted. Over the last year my hair has been getting a bit darker and I wasn't happy. So my next day off I gave to dye a go. I wasn't overly impressed. The smell was fine, like most dyes these days. But the overall colour didn't seem to lighten me up all that much. I only used it on the underside of my hair to try a 2 tone look. Would I recommend this dye, maybe not, but depends what your looking for. My hair came out smooth and feeling nice so I was happy with that. Usually lightening dyes will dry your hair. Not nutrisse.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Michelle637 from Nice natural colour! I chose the Crimson Promise 3.6 Garnier Nutrisse Creme colour. As it suggests on the box it is a deep reddish dark brown In the Box: The box contains an easy applicator bottle, tube of colour creme, very generous size conditioner, which is bigger than you get with most home hair colours, gloves, which felt nice on and didn't stick to my skin and make my hands sweat like some others do, and clear instructions. All in all a good start The Process: The colour cream mixes in easily with the developer without making a mess. Applying the colour to the hair is made easy with the pointy applicator nozzle and it is thick enough to reduce dripping. I was able to do it all myself without making a mess. The smell is quite nice, with only a slight ammonia smell. One point of difference I found to other home hair colours was the ease of cleaning off excess from the skin. It came off with a wet face washer and didn't stain the skin at all, which is a first for me. It was easy and quite pleasant to rinse out. The conditioner is so dreamy, with a beautiful thick texture and beautiful fresh scent. It left my hair feeling healthy, shiny and smelling magnificent The Finished Product: While not my perfect/favourite colour, I found the colour to be quite natural as a dark brown with a slight hint of red. The coverage was excellent, covered up my greys and gave an even coverage over regrowth and previously coloured hair. My hair feels healthy, not dry and stripped of natural oils like some others, it's shiny and quite soft. Overall, pretty happy with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate recommending the Garnier Nutrisse Creme range.

Rated 4 out of 5 by joskow from Gorgeous colour and product Having recently used the GARNIER NUTRISSE HAIR COLOUR in a trial testing situation i was sent a colour that was a lot lighter than i would normally go. I have natural brown hair with red tinges, so always go a deeper red and was sent a copper colour and was a bit unsure on how it would look. However this colour brought out some really nice red highlights, in particular where greys are located, which is the same effect that my hairdresser goes for! So, was a really nice effect that i loved The product has a really nice smell to it and not the normal chemical smell. It is really easy to apply and being fairly expert at home colouring, easy to apply is key - easier when your hair is short! But nonetheless the applicator is effortless Once washed out thoroughly my hair felt more like it had been conditioned than coloured and loved that feeling, highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lisa784 from A simple at home colour that offered good results. I was lucky enough to get to trial the Garnier Nutrisse Hair Colour as part of a trial team. This product was very simple to use with fool proof instructions that anyone could follow at home. It offered great salon quality coverage without drying my hair out. Furthermore, after colouring and conditioning my hair was left looking fresh and nourished as the packaging promises. The packaging was a simple box that I would recognise again in store. The avocado on the box and statement that it contained three oils was appealing. The product was a cream that did not drip or stain my skin. If it did get on my skin it was very easy to remove with a cloth and water alone. It was very simple to apply with the application bottle and included gloves. It completely covered all my grey hairs successfully. My one negative about the product is the smell, while it was fruity I felt that there was a strong overpowering chemical smell trying to be hidden behind the smell of fruits and for me this was not pleasant. It came with a large amount of conditioner to use after colouring and i will easily get another two uses out of this bottle. This was an added bonus. The conditioner left my hair smelling beautiful, fruity and fresh. While the results of this product were fantastic the smell may deter me from using this product again.

I regularly dye my hair but this is the first time I have tried the Garnier Nutrisse Hair Colour range, I liked the fact that it did not smell so chemically and it was even pleasant smelling for a hair dye. It made my hair feel nice and thick which is a real bonus for me as I have very thin hair. It covered my gray hair beautifully and overall I am very happy with the Garnier Nutrisse Hair Colour product. I found the Garnier Nutrisse Hair Colour dye very easy to mix and apply according to the directions given. I personally would definitely use the Garnier Nutrisse Hair Colour range again although perhaps in a darker shade than the shade that I picked for this trial as my regrowth has a lovely orange tinge to it whilst the rest of my hair is an ash blonde.

Rated 4 out of 5 by M Ticehurst from Nutrisse Review My trial product of Nutrisse Hair Colour arrived and the first thing I noticed was the smell coming out of the box. Pleasant not chemical! In fact, it smelled fruity. Always a good start when trying a new product The directions are clear. The spot test behind the ears was entertaining as I kept asking my daughter if I had any reaction as I couldn’t see back there. My skin is fair and dehydrated so was wanting to be careful. No reaction all clear for the next step. It is easy to use. But I did find out I should have used two boxes (long thick hair and yes it did suggest this on the pack but the colour I selected was not in my local store) Now applying is easy the nozzle makes it foolproof not to apply too much or too little. As my hair had gone completely grey I followed the suggestion to leave the product on a little longer. However, when you should get the product all the way to the ends of long hair it takes a while. So, the colour on my roots is very intense and an awesome shade on my ends where it tones in perfectly with the grey The supplied conditioner is excellent and lasts for several more washings of your hair. It makes your hair very soft.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mellyjane from 7.0 Almond Creme - Dark Natural Blonde I was part of the Bh Trial Team for this product (thank you) and I chose 7.0 Almond Creme which is a Dark Blonde The packaging is the family green of the Garnier range and has an Avocado on the packaging to indicate the added benefit of the avocado oil Once mixed, the hair colour is quite thick and this makes it easier to apply without the danger of dripping that a lot of other hair colours have due to a more runny consistency I never stray too far from my natural shade of ash blonde (1-2 shades in either direction) and I was really looking for this to stay in my range but add some richness to my existing hair colour while taking care of a few stubborn greys After leaving it on for the required amount of time, it looked a bit darker than on the box. On drying however it's a lovely, rich dark blonde that was exactly the result I was hoping for. It also doesn't have the chemical smell that a lot of other at home, box dyes have. Instead it's a milder version of the fruitiness of the Garnier Mask Using the mask twice a week has definitely given the new colour more depth and shine, and I predict the colour will probably last longer as a result of that.
