Help provide nutrients for a healthy pregnancy for mum and bub. Blackmores Pregnancy and Breast-Feeding Gold capsules are formulated to provide the nutrient requirements for pregnant and breast-feeding women. This dietary breast-feeding supplement provides 20 important nutrients for mother including folic acid, iodine and vitamin D3, with supporting nutrients for baby. It also contains omega-3 DHA to support your baby's brain and nervous system development, and a lower constipation form of iron which is gentle on the digestive system. Adults: Take two capsules once a day.

The capsules are the same size as with other Blackmores range/s. It didn’t make me feel nauseous, which is a bonus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from healthy pregnancy, successful breastfeeding I changed to these pregnancy vitamins on the recommendation of a 'nutrician during pregnancy' class I attended. The dietitian pointed out that 2 tablets a day, taken morning & night allowed a continuous and more even intake of vitamins over the 24 hours of the day (as opposed to one big dose of vitamins which is difficult for your body to absorb). They are a premium product that contains everything that you need during pregnancy... So they can be a little pricey. However, the regular cost at chemist warehouse is less than many chemists on sale - so definitely worth shopping around for. 1 bottle lasts about 3 months.

They are a nice, small size capsule to take with a slight vanilla flavour that was manageable even with morning sickness. I’m glad I gave my baby the best start at life by taking these and will take them again with any future pregnancies. No negatives at all - especially if you manage to stock up while they’re on sale for $25-30 for the 180pk. Great value!

And I'm not sure what the other reviewer on this is talking about, I've never seen a bottle that has said you can just take one a day. I think these are great value.
