Rated 4 out of 5 by from FEROGRAD C It's only been a month since taking these vitamins I have 1 left. The first few weeks I was feeling constipated and quite grumpy/moody. These are common side effects and I wouldn't worry too much about it. I am always quite skeptical about vitamins as I've taken multivitamins in the past and it hadn't helped. However I am happy with Ferograd C, I feel like it's given me energy. I bought a new lot yesterday I'm that happy with them.
