Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first choice These are the best by far, great shape & so easy to use. I have tried many other brands over the last 20+ years. For the last 10 years this is the only brand I use (I buy a 16 pack of the regular & also the mini for lighter days/end of cycle). They are the best design, easy to use, don’t fluff, wrapper is easy to remove, don’t even feel like I’ve got my period when using these. Highly recommend for all ladies - especially teenagers as they are smaller in size so easier to use. No they don’t come with an applicator but I never found that to be an issue. Switch to U by Kotex & happy days!

I have a heavier flow so I did find I went through a few more than usual though they did work well enough towards the end of my monthlies.

Especially when I have a contraceptive that is physical. It didn't obstruct that or become loose. The design is very unique. And you can simply hide them in your purse. AMAZING. I don't normally use tampons but these I will definitely use again.

I usually also find that I can feel them when I use them. I begrudgingly tried U by Kotex and while I still struggled with the application and removal process I found them more comfortable than other brands I’ve tried. Next time I need a tampon I’ll definitely be reaching for U by Kotex!

They are small enough that if you need to stick one in a purse or pocket it won't take up too much space. Additionally, they are absorbent and comfortable to use. I generally prefer applicator tampons, but these were fine, but I didn't even see any applicator tampons when I bought these so perhaps they are currently out of fashion.

No applicator, so takes a little time to get used to inserting them if you're unfamiliar, but nothing to bad. Wearing them is comfortable, they're easy to remove, my main issue would be the absorbency limit. I have heavier periods, so I have to change these more frequently to avoid leaks. Overall a good product and I'd recommend it! Especially to someone with a lighter flow.
