General Information

*Traditionally supports healthy digestion and supports breast milk production

*Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to reduce symptoms of indigestion and maintain a healthy appetite and digestion with Nature's Own Fenugreek 1000mg capsules. Traditionally used by Western herbal medicine, Fenugreek (trigonella foenum-graecum seed extract dry concentrate) also helps support the production of breast milk, as well as decreases and clears the respiratory tract of excess mucous. Australian Made®, Nature's Own Fenugreek 1000mg capsules contain no added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products*. Worked wonderfully although still not breastfeeding 100% but apparent less need for formula. When I tried to miss capsules in between the breastmilk for the day is less but as soon as I get back to three a day, I produce more again. Bub's happy!
