Traditionally* used to calm nerves and help fall asleep.

Nature's Own Sleep-Ezy is specially formulated with carefully selected ingredients including Valerian which has been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine* to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and relieve sleeplessness. It is also includes Hops which has been traditionally* used in Western herbal medicine to calm nerves. Australian Made® and rigorously tested to ensure quality, potency, and purity, Nature's Own Sleep-Ezy capsules contain no added gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products. Adults, take 2 to 3 capsules daily 1 hour before going to bed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. WARNING: In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Rated 5 out of 5 by from An effective sleep aid that gets results. This is an excellent sleep aid that really works! It helps with going to sleep and maintaining sleep. The size of tablets are easy to swallow and the size of bottle and number of tablets in it is also good. On-line ordering process is easy to do, cost is reasonable and delivery was fast. Even to a remote area that I live in. Very happy with the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! Bought this for my husband when he was having trouble sleeping. From the first night he used it, he had a marked improvement in his sleep. It also doesn’t make him feel groggy the next day like prescription sleeping tablets do. We were a little skeptical with “natural type” tablets but it’s been great for him.
