Nature's Own Sleep Ezy Capsules 100. Each capsule of this herbal sleep supplement is specially formulated with Hops, Valerian, and Chamomile, which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to soothe and calm the nerves (hops), relieve sleeplessness (valerian), as well as reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (valerian). Australian Made®, and rigorously tested to ensure quality, potency, and purity, Nature's Own Sleep Ezy Capsules 100 capsules contain no added gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products*. Adults, take 2-3 capsules one hour before retiring for sleep, or as recommended by your health professional. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

My sleep is usually pretty broken, I’d wake up multiple times a night usually because of a nightmare or unusual dream. I’d end up with less than 5 hours of sleep and be exhausted the next day. After taking 2 of these capsules every night for the last 2 weeks, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my quality of sleep. I fall asleep easier, I don’t have vivid dreams and I get 8-7 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I feel much more alert in the morning now! I’d recommend these as a natural solution to helping people sleep.

Doesn't work quite so well (makes a little bit of difference still though) if trying to go to sleep earlier than normal though. These capsules do have a distinct smell of mouldy old socks unfortunately which is not ideal (but an unavoidable part of having valerian root as a main ingredient).

I prefer something herbal to medication and I find 2 capsules of Sleep Ezy 1/2 hour before bed relaxes me enough to fall asleep quicker but to sleep longer too. I still wake in the night but often find myself straight back to sleep which was always an issue as my brain would start ticking over. For best results I think you need to take them each night for 7 nights to get the best results.

After taking the higher recommended dose for a week, I still woke up in the middle of the night and had difficulty going to sleep. Today I threw the remainder of the bottle out and purchased another product due to the major disappointment. Don’t lose sleep over this and invest elsewhere.
