I have thick, coarse, long hair and an oily scalp, so I’m always looking for products that can manage both. The shampoo smelled so luxurious, like a high-end salon product, and it lathered really well. I had no trouble cleaning my hair, and it definitely left my hair shinier and healthier looking. Plus, it helped control my oily scalp, leaving my hair feeling fresher for longer. Overall, it made my hair smoother, more manageable for the conditioning step, and gave it a nice shine. While the range is definitely pricey, I would absolutely buy if it were on sale. I’d highly recommend it for anyone that has a similar hair type.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since incorporating the Redken Acidic Colour Gloss Shampoo into my hair care routine, I’ve seen a noticeable difference in the texture and appearance of my hair. My hair feels incredibly soft and more manageable, which has made styling so much easier. The shampoo gently cleanses without stripping moisture, and it enhances the vibrancy and shine of my color-treated hair. I still use a detox shampoo as my first step, which I do with every shampoo I’ve used, and impressively the Colour Gloss shampoo does not strip my scalp afterwards. I love how smooth and shiny my hair looks after every wash, and I’m so happy with the overall results!

My hair was always so dull, frizzy and boring before I started using this product. It made my colour really pop and not look so dull. It is great that it is also sulphate free and I love how it sealed the cuticles of my hair and restored the shine and smoothness to my hair. It was really easy to do at home for salon results which is great. Worked amazing when followed with the conditioner after shampooing. I highly recommend it and will continue to use this system with my hair as it works.

Upon opening, found the aroma quite pleasant- reminded me of being at the hairdressers and knew I was in for some good quality pampering products. Nice consistency, smell and worked up to a good lather. Worked perfectly for my recently coloured hair and kept the colour maintained. Left my hair feeling nourished, shiny and glossy. Was a treat to get also the conditioner and heat protection treatment to use all 3 as a complete system.
