The cool touch applicator provides immediate comfort, I absolutely love this feature. You don't have to have Eczema to use this product. I had dry, flakey and sensitive ear lobes. After applying the product over 3 nights, I was completely healed and back to normal. My daughter does have Eczema flare ups and the gel has provided relief from irritation aswell as improved the roughness of her skin. I am very impressed and happy with this product, the advanced formula can soothe the skin for up to 12 hours. The ingredients work together to relieve itchiness within 30 seconds. A staple product that I highly recommend for all families or anyone dealing with eczema related itchiness.

I get eczema patches on my back and nothing seems to help long term. I use moisturiser and after a while it flares up again. I tried this amazing cooling gel and felt relief immediately. The cooling effect is so good and lasts for a while.. and after that the skin stays moisturised all day!! It's awesome. I really applied twice a day only for the first 2 days and since then and after shower application and I am set for the whole day. Love it!
