Healthy Care Zinc Complete1-A-Day provides healthy immune system function support. Designed with Vitamin A, B6, C, D3, Zinc, Magnesium, Manganese and Copper to promote immunity.

Product Claims: No added lactose, milk products, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavours or sweeteners.

Warnings

Adults only.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. This medicine contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Contains Sulfites, Soya bean products and Gluten.
