General Information

Dermal Therapy Heel Balm Platinum is a highly concentrated blend of selected ingredients combined within a rich emollient base to provide faster and more effective skin regeneration. Dermal Therapy Heel Balm Platinum:
is clinically tested to hydrate dry, cracked heels and feet with visible results in just one day
contains 30% urea
has been specifically formulated with ingredients such as amino acids that mimic the skin’s natural moisturising factor (NMF) which is the skin’s natural protection shield against dehydration

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Always replace cap after use. Do not use if tube seal is broken or appears tampered with. Discontinue if local irritation or rash occurs during use. Do not dispose of carton as it contains important information .Recommended for adult skin only. Stinging may occur in deep cracks.

Directions

Apply once or twice daily to dry, cracked feet. Once hydration of the skin is restored continue use to maintain.
Can also be applied daily as a preventative moisturiser to help keep your feet soft, smooth and supple.

I applied it before going to bed and woke up to super smooth soft heels which was seriously amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to save their heels

Ironically, I had only been looking at my cracked heels/dry feet and thought I need to get it sorted out for summer - when I received the samples. tried it on after I had a shower, and noticed that although it was quite thick, it absorbed easily and didn't leave a greasy residue (unlike some other products I have tried). This morning my feet definitely feel a lot softer, and the dry rough feeling is no longer there. A very subtle smell, no overpowering fragrance. Would be happy to continue using the product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing and Effective! I recently received some samples of this cream in the mail and I didn't think it would improve my feet very much, if at all. After one application my heals looked so much smoother and after the second and third applications my feet were picture perfect. Even with the deep cracks in my heals, the cream still managed to do its thing and my feet are now ready for the summer. The cream itself is non greasy and absorbs easily, just like the packaging says and while there is a slight medicinal smell, my feet are too far away from my nose to notice and it dissipates quickly. I definitely plan on purchasing the full size of this product as it seems to be able to work miracles and I would recommend it to anyone whose feet are in need of a quick fix.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Miracles Do Happen This cream is a real miracle for my heels - after just one day my heels look amazingly smoother and more lovely and then after two days my heels are even better looking! The cracks seem to diminish so quickly with this cream - it really is a bit of a miracle - well, for my heels atleast! I have had quite deep cracks in my heels and have been using a few good products to help them be healthier but this cream takes the cake! It's a chubby squat tube with a thick white cream in it. Only about a 1/4 of a teaspoon is needed for each heel and it rubs in fast and is okay for putting on even in the middle of the day as it soaks in easily. It has a light medicinal-like scent which disappears after rubbing in - but then again, I can't really reach my nose to my heels so I can't smell it at all for that reason either! I would give this heel balm 100 stars if I could - it's downright amazing!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heels best friend I was very excited after receiving this a couple of days ago and I can't stress enough how good it is. Both hubby and I used it and the results really surprised us. I used a small amount on my heels the difference was visible straight away. It has hardly any scent and the cream absorbs into skin very fast so your not left with greasy feet. Going to purchase it for my mum who is prone to cracked heels. It's budget friendly and you will definetly get lots of use. Highly recommended and thank you so much for allowing me to try this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Miracle worker! I wear really uncomfortable (but pretty!) shoes and am barefoot as much as possible so my feet are not in a good state at the moment. I've tried numerous foot creams and although they did make my feet soft they didn't take care of the dry cracked heels I was slowly starting to get. I was lucky enough to get this as a sample and didn't think it'd do anything different from other foot creams. But I was wrong. Not only did I feel a difference within a day, it just gets better and better as I use it. I apply it once a day, after a shower and put socks on so I don't go sliding around the floor boards (although it's not particularly greasy at all) I'm only onto my 4th day and all my dry hard spots feel really nice and soft which is already making me comfortable enough to wear thongs and sandals. I will definitely be buying the full size product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most AMAZING product It is a thick white cream which smells like any non-scented lotion would. It says on the box visible difference in 1 day. I thought this was just advertising but then I put the product on once in the morning and once in the night and by the next morning my feet were a lot better. My heels were almost cracking and now 3 days later, they are not fully repaired but much better than when I tried to use a heel stone. My friend also tried this product and was raving about it. I would highly recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BRILLIANT I was lucky enough to get this yesterday and honestly did not believe that my horrendously dry and cracked feet would be noticeably improved in 24 hours. They are so much better after only two applications, and even though a quiet thick cream, it isn't greasy after application, and absorbs into your feet brilliantly. I am so thrilled with this product.

It is a very very thick white cream and comes in a decently sized 75g tube with a screw cap. One application and your feet are very noticeably softer and roughness smoothed. By the third application my heels were baby smooth and I was really surprised how quickly that happened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Holy Grail for feet! I have been meaning to buy a heel balm for years and years so I was very excited when BH sent me some for their November Discovery bag! My feet really needed some attention before summer came around and this balm has done the job. I love to apply it heavily before bed and sleep with socks on so it absorbs really well, but I've also been using this everyday after my morning showers and it absorbs very quickly and has instant results. The only thing I've noticed is that super dry/tough areas probably need to be filed down to see maximum results with the balm. Unfortunately for me I hate touching heels so I have to do a bit of an awkward leg dance when applying this, but now that my feet are so soft I can apply it normally!

Ever since I started wearing high heeled shoes more often, my feet have gotten more rough and rigid. it was bothering me and I started looking into foot cream and what not, but they never worked... This however, have me great results in under a week! my feet are still recovering, but I'm certain that they'll recover soon!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh my! INSTANT results! This is definitely a new holy grail product for me! After receiving it in a discovery bag, I have become hooked! The instructions are simply, apply twice a day and watch your heels transform! I work 9 hour days in retail so I'm on my feet all day standing on hard, unforgiving flaws. This and my love for heels leads to a not so loved foot that is quite hard and calloused. Within a single day of using this balm my feet were visibly softer, healthy and they looked younger! My callouses and marks were diminished almost instantly and I feel like the product actually protected my feet from further wear and tear hours after application! Brilliant!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Results! When a product produces visible results after a day's use it makes it much easier to keep on using it for the long term benefits. Dermal Therapy's Heel Balm Platinum claims to produce visible results after one day and I think that this claim is true. My heels are rough and dry with some hard patches but they are not cracked. After applying this balm day and night for over a week now I am extremely pleased with the results. The skin is much softer and hydrated and the harder patches seem to be reducing in size as time goes by. I have started using it on a couple of other rough spots on the bottom of my feet and hope to see similar results soon. The balm is rich and thick but not greasy or slimey. It doesn't take too long to absorb and I haven't felt any irritation or tingling. The scent is very light and subtle and barely noticeable. It is quite pleasant. The product comes in a funny, stumpy little tube and that works fine. The product is so rich and thick that it is easy to control how much product you wish to use. I can't think of anything negative about this product. I feel that it is doing what it claims. My heels aren't baby-soft again and they don't claim to make that happen but there is visible improvement and my feet definitely feel softer, smoother and more hydrated.

While I don't have any major concerns with my feet like cracking or flaking skin, I just never think they look, well, pretty. They're never bad, but never good either. I expected this foot balm to make my feet soft and for the soles to have that nice pinkish tinge when there is no excess skin, which it did, but then something happened which completely changed the game. The cuticles and skin around my toenails that were in desperate need of attendance before I even contemplated wearing open toed shoes just vanished. Gone, no trace, no work on my behalf, completely disappeared! I usually need to get a top notch pedicure to get rid of overenthusiastic cuticles and have the surrounding skin neatly trimmed away. But with this balm after two days, that one issue I have with my feet was completely gone and I couldn't be happier! Bring on Summer, sandals and bright nail polish because for the first time my feet look good and dare I say it, pretty!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING! I was lucky enough to try this product through a discovery bag - and I have found a new holy grail! I had never tried a heel balm before, and while my heels weren't cracked to begin with, they were dry with hard patches on my heels. I applied a layer of this at night, put on some socks, and woke up blown away! It has urea and glycolic acid in it, which helps to break down the harder skin on your feet. After using this product for a week in a row, my feet have never felt better! I just wish I had found it earlier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing, fast results The Dermal Therapy Heel Balm comes in a really solid tube with a decent amount of product. I don't really notice a scent, it kind of just smells like lanolin or plain lip balm kind of smell. After I applied it I noticed a slight floral smell on my hands though. Not an offensive scent at all. The heel balm is thick, but really easy to rub in, and isn't greasy at all. Some heel balms leave a greasy mark on your sock, but this didn't. It feels like it all really absorbs into the skin. It's really easy to apply and feels thick and moisturising on my heels. I'm really happy with the results after using the Dermal Therapy Heel Balm! My heels were really chapped before use as I wear thongs and sandals a lot, and they are so much softer after using the heel balm day and night and these results are from less than a week of use. The cracks are healing and the skin is so much smoother. I will definitely purchase this product when I run out, as I am so impressed at how quickly it works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better than expected. Ok, I admit it. I hate wearing shoes at home, even outside. This while liberating, does real damage to my heels. Dermal Therapy Heel Balm Platinum was a recommendation from a friend who works in a chemist. I'm super glad they did! Results are visible almost instantly but it's a good week to fix my feet entirely. This one is definitely worth keeping in the medicine cupboard for pedicure day!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does soften cracked heels I have very tired cracked heels so thought to use this just prior to summer time. I would make sure my feet were clean and dry first, then would use about a ten cent coin sized amount and rub into my heels every night before bed. Wrap in some plastic wrap (yes, I know, not very environmentally friendly), then cover with socks. I did notice that after two days, my heels were noticeably softer. I kept this treatment up for three weeks and used a pumice stone every second day or so. It did relieve the dryness but the cracks did not disappear which was disappointing. My heels did feel more soothed after using this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really does help I have dry skin and my feet does seem to get the worst of it. I always seem to have skin on my heel that are either cracking or so dry they feel awful. I have tried everything I can get my hands on and so Dermal Heel Balm seem to be the best so far. It does not completely cure them but I don't think anything will. I use this cream daily and always put on a pair of socks so that the cream does not go all over the carpet. You use a small amount and rub it in as much as you can. It feels nice and its in a handy size. You can't miss it in the shop as the box is brightly coloured, blue white and red. If you only have sore feet occasionally it would work very quickly ,they suggest 1 day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yes it works I received a sample size in a beauty box. Just in time for summer and when my feet were already not looking their best. So I was excited to try this as I hate nasty looking feet! I must admit I was a bit dubious about the claims of 'visible results in 1 day'. And as to be expected there was no difference after 1 day. I actually didn't think there was much of a difference until some days later. There was definitely no miracle change, it just sort of crept up on me, I suddenly noticed that my feet were looking better. I agree with the claims that the cream is non greasy, it applied easily, you don't need a lot. The fragrance is mild and pleasant. I only used the cream on my heels and still used my 28g tube very quickly. I think for the price point is would be rather expensive if you were using it on the rest of your foot. I'm not sure if it was anything to do with the extra hot weather we were having, over 40 degrees, but I found after the initial improvement on my heels there wasn't much more improvement after that. I was also swimming in the ocean which usually keeps my heels smoother but i was surprised to find some roughness coming back. I'm a little undecided about the long term benefits? But overall, one of the best heel creams I have tried.

After using for a few days the hard skin started to disappear. The balm left my skin feeling smooth, soft and very hydrated. Regular use of the heal balm would be to good to keep feet feeling smooth.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from For soft feet My feet are quite dry and so I make sure to use lotion on it everyday. Nevertheless, the lotions and creams that I use are not strong enough for my feet which is why I have been using the heel balm platinum to see if it would make a difference. I would apply the balm at night before bed so the product would work overnight. The balm is thick and can feel just slightly greasy but because it's on my feet it doesn't bother me too much. Once I am done apply it on my feet, not just my heels but all over, I put my socks on so it doesn't come off throughout the night. It does take awhile for the product to absorb so I would recommend only putting on a thin layer of the product. I didn't notice results right away but after several days my feet did start to feel much softer and smoother. They weren't as dry and cracked as before and it felt smooth to the touch. This is perfect to use all year round so your feet look and feel great.

They were more supple, the split heel sores were no longer hurting as they gradually closed up. My feet were also starting to look and feel more acceptable to wear out in sandals or thongs.

After a few nights, I could already see the difference.<br />My feet were not as cracked/dry and they were so much smoother.<br />I would recommend this product to anyone who has had dry/cracked feet issues. It's thick too so I like to put it on right before bed with a pair of socks, then in the morning, it's like magic!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for dry feet! I received this moisturiser from BH after completing a survey and I'm so very glad I did as this is a great for moisturiser! I have dry feet on my skin so moisturise most nights (when i can be bothered) but just with a regular body moisturiser. This balm comes in a stubby little tube with a screw top lid. The balm itself is thick and takes a little while to fully absorb but you would expect that from a thick balm such as this and so I apply this then pop on some socks to let it work its magic. It moisturised my feet very well and the results last. I use this every few days as that's all that's needed.
