I'm not a fan of mint mouthwash, so having the watermelon mixed in made it so much nicer to use. I also love that it doesn't burn your mouth after using it. Very well made product, which I will keep using daily.

When used straight after toothpaste left an odd feeling however on its own as part of my cleaning routine it's a welcome addition I'll keep up with.

Older kids didn't mind it. I think if there was a less minty version it would appeal to the younger ones with the watermelon twist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hardly use mouthwash as part of my daily routine as in the past mouthwashes contained alcohol and it felt more like a burn in my mouth, the aftertaste was not pleasant. After trying the Colgate Max Fresh Alcohol-Free Watermelon Mint mouthwash twice a day after brushing and flossing mu yeeth, I am really impressed! The flavour and aftertaste is pleasant and my breath stays fresh for hours after. i definitely would recommend this mouthwash as the formulation is great!

The watermelon flavour was not really for me but I could see it working for someone who isn’t the biggest fan of a general mint taste.

Strong, potent and works well but would be better if was just mint without the watermelon, it took a lot for me to use this every day because I didn't enjoy the flavour, it's an ill-fit for the purpose. Minty/Menthol/Eucalyptus, even pine or tea tree would be more appropriate that lolly flavoured water in a mouth wash. But it worked well, coming down to personal preference with the flavour.

It did the job as a mouthwash, the flavour could be improved on, normal watermelon would have been better.

The flavour isn't pleasant and not something I would go out and buy, the mint and watermelon flavours together didn't work for me and it wasn't a great after-taste.

The watermelon flavour was a bit of a surprise, but if you can get past that it still leaves your mouth with that tingly fresh feeling (if not slightly less than mint).

Normally, a minty flavor would leave my mouth feeling fresh, like I've just had a breath mint or chewing gum. However, the melon flavor left me perplexed, almost like eating candy after brushing my teeth. It did leave a lasting and cooling sensation, but it's definitely an acquired taste.

This mouth wash is VERY strong, so much so that it affects your tastebuds......so if you're looking for fresh breath before heading out to dinner or a lunch, perhaps give this a miss. Overall it's pretty good, potent, without that burning that other brands give.
