General Information

This Oil Garden 100% Pure Essential oil brings joy, confidence and motivation.

Ingredients

Citrus aurantium var bergamia fruit peel 1mL/mL

Directions

Adults and children 2 years and over, use as required or up to 6 times a day:

Vaporisation: Add 3-6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your vaporiser.

Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL carrier oil and massageinto chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

I have been diffusing it every night along with my lavender oil and the smell is sensational and relaxing of course. I'm not super in-tune with my body for these things, but simply by association, the smell of the oil now evokes a sense of calm because I know it's working on a deeper level beyond my conscious. Only downside, is bottles don't come with a lid label, so I'm constantly sifting through to find the oil I need. Please either add or provide the relevant label in the shipment parcel :)
