Like the other products in the Biotin line, the smell is beautiful and not overpowering. I followed the instructions on the tub and massaged the product into my hair before allowing it to sit for 5 minutes. It rinsed out easily and I did not find any residue in my hair after drying. Between washes, I have found this products help keep my hair less knotty and it feels so soft and silky. My only critique would be that I'd prefer the container be a squeezy tube, opening a tub like this in the shower is hard not to get water in it

It is good for both a classy bathroom or just a standard household bathroom. The mask smells so nice that you could wanted to eat it. It felt really good in my hair. It made my hair really shiny so easy to comb because I do have chem. Please straighten for hair but my regret was coming through so it actually helped with combing through my regrowth I also used it on my son hair and he has type for hair which is your Afro Afro hair and he loved it because he was able to comb his hair easily and he said mum this smells so nice. All the girls are gonna be jealous of my hair Overall product nice product tested it out for a couple weeks. It really liked what I noticed in my hair was that my hair got a bit stronger but oh so it wasn’t breaking as much as it usually does with other That.

My hair was immediately softer and smoother, so much easier to brush. It's easily rinsed out with no residual film or heaviness in the lengths.

It has quite distinctive smell, quite similar to other Pantene shampoo range. The conditioner has quite interesting smell, like chewing gum in my opinion and does moisturise hair pretty well. The hair mask in other hand, makes my hair super silky and soft. When applying the mask, it feels so smooth like a butter.

After use it does feel very soft and looks shiny. However as someone that normally only needs to wash their hair once a week if I continued to use this it would be more as I find it looks ‘limp’ much quicker. Would definitely recommend to people with thicker hair. I like that it comes in a tub so you can get all of it out.

I was worried about contamination and it didn't feel very luxury to do that. I think the product could be improved with a different packaging, perhaps a pump style bottle. Using the product left my hair feeling smooth and healthy so overall I think it's a decent hair mask

While this mask left my hair smelling pretty & almost frizz free I would probably recommend it to someone with hair not sahara desert dry. While it is slightly hydrating it's not going to give you an ultimate juicy moisture boost if that's what your hair is needing. It smells great & does a good job with the frizzies tho.

While it's not a complete game-changer, it does have some positive aspects. Firstly, the texture of the mask is rich and creamy, making it easy to apply evenly throughout my hair. After using my hair does feel noticeably softer and more moisturized. It helps to tame frizz and adds a bit of shine, which is always a plus. However, I haven't seen a significant difference in terms of long-term results. The scent is a bit too strong for my liking. While it's not unpleasant, I prefer hair products with lighter, more subtle fragrances.

It’s noticeably not as dry as before, however that does come at a cost of weighing the hair down a little bit which is a problem I don’t usually have. Strangely, I also think it’s dried out my scalp and given me a bit of flakiness.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay hair mask but I need more [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Home Tester Club sent me the Pantene Biotin Intense Moisture Lock Miracle Mask to try. I usually only wash my hair twice a week and use a mask once every one to two weeks. The more you wash your curly hair the drier curly, frizzy hair can get, but to suit the criteria of the trial I used it three times in one week. The mask comes in a 250ml tub with a twist off lid. It smells so good, sweet and fruity. It is a thick texture but when it comes to hair masks I prefer it more of a paste which this one is not. I leave it on for about five minutes while I do other things in the shower then run my comb through, and it goes through with no snagging. All knots have magically disappeared. It rinses out well but does leave the shower floor a little slippery. I did like the mask a little but I don't think its given my hair the moisture hit it needs but on the plus side it doesn't weigh my hair down either. This mask was okay but it will not be something I'd purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great if your hair isn't coloured [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair is coloured a vivid colour a few months ago, and have to be very careful about how I wash it to maintain the colour more so than a typical dye. Whilst this trio made my hair feel lovely and soft and manageable and cleanliness lasted well between washes the colour stripping was very heavy. I even mixed it with a colour to try and reduce this and still could see visual difference in intensity of my colour before and after washing. I can't see me using up the bottle until my hair is colour free.

Initially my hair felt absolutely unbelievably soft, silky and moisturised. However as I continued to use the products, it began to leave a terrible build up in my hair. This made my hair very greasy and it looked unwashed. Although it says it's suitable for everyday use, for me it would only be a once a week venture.
