Developed with Dermatologists, this multi-purpose repair balm immediately hydrates, soothes, and protects dry and rough skin while restoring the skin moisture barrier. Combining 3 dermatologist-recommended occlusive ingredients, including petrolatum, with 3 essential ceramides and hyaluronic acid. Restores the skin moisture barrier with immediate soothing and lasting protection. CeraVe Advanced Repair Balm is non-greasy and creates a protective layer over the surface of the skin that can help shield mildly compromised skin from harsh environmental aggressors and bolster the skin's own natural moisture barrier capabilities for up to eight hours*. Non-comedogenic and compatible with all skin types, including those with sensitive or mild eczema-prone skin, and on babies from 1 month* on the nappy area only.

Directions

Apply to face, lips & body as needed. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Step 1: Begin the day with deeply cleansed refreshed skin with CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser.
Step 2: For face: After cleansing, apply the AM Facial Moisturising Lotion with SPF. At night, replace AM Facial Moisturising Lotion with PM Facial Moisturising Lotion.?For body: apply Moisturising Cream or Lotion on damp skin to lock-in moisture.

I applied it to the cracked skin on my hands, and hours later, I can already see it starting to heal faster with no burning or redness anymore. I have really sensitive skin, and moisturizers don’t work well for me. I also applied it on my face, expecting to feel the usual irritation and itch, but after application, it stopped the itching and I didn’t break out in red bumps. This is a great product—finally, something that doesn’t cause irritation! 🙌🏻

It has completely hydrated and softened them and made them way less noticeable. It is so easy to apply and a little bit spreads a long way. I love how its not oily on my skin and leaves my skin feeling nice and hydrated. It also is great value for money given the size of the packaging and the little amount you need each application. This has helped me to feel much more confident and better about myself not having dry rough patches of skin all over me is such a life changer. I would recommend this to everyone to try! its so hydrating and healing.

The packaging is simple, fit for purpose and looks ok. I think my first impression of this was that it was going to be a very rich cream consistency. It is a clear cream, still very rich. It is so much like the neutrogena hand cream but a richer version of it. It is very smooth, glides on and spreads very very easily and does leave the skin oily and slippery so it is very relieving and it does eventually absorb into the skin. I don’t mind that it is rich/oily because if you are reaching for this then that’s what you are after. Perfect for use on feet as well as hands and everywhere on the body where hudration is needed!

I have sensitive skin, allergies and suffer from dryness on my hands, elbows/feet etc. I have rough dry patches on my fingers, that I thought would never improve and they have! The product is multi purpose and does not have a strong fragrance or chemical scent, which is perfect for me. It feels velvety smooth, is easily applied, absorbs well and the results are great. My dryness is minimised and I feel that it is definitely worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Cerave's range of cleansers and serums so when I found out about their Advanced Repair Balm it was a total no brainer for me! My skin is way too sensitive for me to try the 'skin slugging' trend but I used this primarily on chapped lips and other areas of patchy/dry skin (elbows, etc) Glides on really smooth, no noticeable scent, doesn't leave a really sticky residue or anything like that. Great packaging made it easy to use the product without any waste. Will definitely be reaching for this throughout the winter!

Particular clothes rubbing against my skin aggregates the irritation. With the similar texture as paw paw ointment but slightly it is so easy to apply a barrier protection. It’s very soothing on your skin upon application. The added hyaluronic acid binds moisture and your skin feels less tight due to the extra hydration. I also find that it provides instant relief on itchy skin whenever i get flare ups.

I love that this product seals and protects like the skincare staple I’ve used all my life AND does even more! A little goes a long way so this travel sized pocket rocket is made with intention. It moisturises and soothes, it’s great for when my face or body has dry spots because I’m highly prone to very dry skin and I can also use it on my lips which feels like a bonus. I like to apply a thin layer on my face with my evening routine and use it to target patches during the day. This is now my new staple and take it every where. Highly recommend it!

When I tried this product, I was impressed by its ability to transform rough patches of skin, such as those on my knees and elbows, into smoother, more supple areas. Unlike lighter moisturisers, this balm is designed to provide long-lasting hydration and protection, making it ideal for targeting areas of the body that are prone to roughness and dryness. Applying the advanced repair balm to my knees and elbows, I immediately noticed its thick consistency, reminiscent of Vaseline. This texture is what allows the balm to create a protective barrier over the skin, sealing in moisture and preventing further dehydration. However, one thing I observed was that the balm took a bit longer to absorb compared to lighter moisturisers. This is likely due to its dense formula, which requires more time to penetrate deeply into the skin. I used it on my super dry face and lips as well as hands and feet and it kept everything supple and moist! I lent some to my friends to use on their dry hands and they instantly fell In Love! It glides on so smoothly and hers absorbed easily, doesn’t sit on your skin like a thick petroleum jelly does. My face didn’t breakout either and it was so soft in the morning! Highly recommend to girlies with super dry skin including chapped lips and dry hands and feeet! I love how versatile it is and can be used everywhere including the face!

I’ve been using this balm since I received it a few weeks ago and it’s had a workout on my sensitive eczema prone dry skin. I’ve been using it everywhere (my lips, my cracked fingers/hands, eczema dry patches) and it’s been a godsend. The consistency is thick and rich and the petroleum based formula means that it creates a protective barrier whilst also keeping my skin hydrated. Such an affordable price too which is always great! I also love that it can be used on any age as well, my 1 year old suffers from eczema and have been using it on him as a spot treatment and it’s been working marvellously!

Didn't leave me feeling super greasy and made my skin super hydrated. I used it on my arms and my ketosis Polaris and it worked really well cuz it's definitely it definitely minimized that and used it on my face and that was lovely too. It did not clog my pores or break me out when used all over my face at night time as a night treatment. I didn't use it during the day as I prefer a lighter serum like moisturizer during the day but overall I was really impressed with the product. I will definitely purchase again and I would also use it on my kids.

Using it for the last couple of weeks I’ve been applying it to extra dry areas on my skin which have been my lips, heels and what’s left over the palms of my hands and fingers it also worked great as a barrier cream around my brows before tinting. The balm is easy to dispense, I noticed no scent, it is clear in colour and although it’s very thick it is also effortlessly workable and absorbent. Once applied I forget it’s there as it is not greasy like other similar products I have used before and although I mainly use it at night it can be easily used through the day also. My skin feels much more hydrated and moisturised than it did before using this balm, I would repurchase this again and recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was delighted to trial the CeraVe Advanced Repair Balm as I'd wanted to try CeraVe Healing Ointment for quite a few years but couldn’t justify the cost of shipping it from the US. As I suffer from incredibly dry skin, I apply the balm as my final step and I find it's a very effective occlusive and it locks in the moisturising properties of my various lotions and potions for hours on end. I find myself waking up with very smooth and soothed skin. It's fantastic to slug with but I caution anyone using retinoids to avoid on nights that you apply your retinoids and same goes for other strong acids as on those nights, your skin barrier can end up damaged from using a heavy occlusive such as this wonderful balm. It’s also fantastic for lip basting and my lips stay supple in low humidity environments. The price isn’t too bad and I will definitely purchase it again but I wish it also came in a larger tub.

From my heels to my ears I now have soft, hydrated and must less irradiated skin. I love that it comes in a small tube perfect for travel bag or handbag. It has no fragrance which is perfect for those of us with sensitive dry skin and worked miracles on my sons lips which were beyond dry and flaky due to roaccutane! I would highly recommend this balm for anyone with sensitive or dry skin anywhere.

As the weather is starting to cool down, I used this mostly on patches of dry skin and the beginnings of dermatitis. It worked wonderfully and left my skin with an immediate feeling of elasticity. This balm really has no odour either - it smells literally like nothing which isn’t so common in a lot of beauty products. It suggests to use it on your face, but as someone with oily skin I felt it would be too much. It also leaves quite a shine to your skin, so preferred using it only in the evenings before bed. You only need a small amount too so don’t be put off by the small tube!

Imagine the torrential downpour on a dry cracked land. Got that image? That's what it felt like moisturising my face. Within a few minutes my skin felt bouncy and alive again. It left a cooling sensation and kept my skin nice and moist for the rest of the day. Highly recommended for those with dry to combination skin. Ticking all the big boxes for me like: No scent or added fragrances, amazing for my sensitive skin but works for all skin types, great for the slugging technique for super hydrated plump skin without clogging my pores like Vaseline (a little goes a long way!) and it’s surprisingly quite versatile! I’ve used it as lip balm for my dry cracked lips (Applying a thicker layer and leaving on overnight for me made my lips 100x better), slugging (definitely patch test a small area before trying this technique), dry skin on my hands and feet and a lip balm for half the netball team at our night time games :3 I found it was easier to keep things sanitary with this product packaging as well vs normal lip balm! Overall I will 110% be purchasing a few more when this runs out :)

It is a perfect handy balm, especially for the upcoming dry season. This is a thick emollient balm that can be used in various ways. I have been ditched my other lip balm and has been using this non stop on my lips. My lips have never felt softer! I’ve also been using this all over my skin at night as a slugging product. My skin feels super soft the next morning. I’ve also been using this on any drier parts of my body especially on my cuticles, elbows, knees and heels. Overall it’s a great multi purpose balm and I highly recommend this!

I have used the previously after purchasing while overseas and I was so disappointed to find I couldn’t get it locally once it had run out. It’s excellent for dry, chapped skin. I use it around my nose to protect my skin from strong actives (retinol) and on my lips. I even used it on my hands during the first lockdown after the constant hand washing and sanitiser took a toll. I am so pleased to have it back in my life. Will be a staple if this is finally available to purchase in Aus!

I wear some kind of balm on my lips every day and loved using this at night. As a martial artist, I often train in a gym bare foot, which often leads to dry feet. I tried the CeraVe Advanced Repair Balm on the top of my feet and toes and found it to really make a difference to the texture of my skin. It felt lovely on my lips also, but I wouldn't use it every day, as I prefer a slightly thicker lip balm. The texture and feel was very silky and it spread really easily. It didn't feel gluey or sticky - a major plus. I would definitely recommend the balm to my family and friends. I've already tried to get my husband to give it a go!

I really loved to use the product and found that it lives up to its name, does what it says it is going to do and really hydrated my skin. Pop it on after a shower and wake up with fresh, plumped up skin! I am so impressed with this moisturiser that I am going to gift some to my mum for mother's day! The product is rather thick and sticky, so I suggest that less is more, warm it up in your palms first and use a patting technique to areas. Be mindful the sticky nature of it could leave marks on furniture, walls, clothes, hair etc.

Since trialing the Cerave Repair Balm it has brought lasting hydration to my hands. I also use this on my face on the dry patches and have seen such a turnaround in hydration. I have also been using this on my kids and have found their dry and rough patches subsiding overnight. I would absolutely purchase this product and recommend it. My skin feels renewed, hydrated, and supple after consistent use of this balm. This balm glides on with ease and does not feel sticky or thick. It would be great to have this come in a bigger tube or bottle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must Buy Reparative Balm [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CeraVe Advanced Repair Balm comes in a 50ml squeezy tube making it easy to dispense the balm, which has a similar texture to Vaseline but is less thick. Once dispensed, the balm is really easy to spread on my lips and dry patches on my face. There is an initial grease like feel, due to the petroleum, but I did not notice it soon after especially as it is unscented. This is like a less thick Vaseline with additional benefits and comes in a super convenient to use and portable tube. My lips and dry patches always feel much better after applying the balm daily, more soft and hydrated. This has been such a great product for my skin with the changes in weather. I would definitely buy this again!

My heels are constantly dry. I have tried every heel balm, moisturiser and it doesn't seem to go away. This has been a miracle balm. After a week of putting it on at night my heels are amazing and smooth. Even getting a pedi yesterday the lady noticed and asked what i have been using. It feels refreshing. I love the ingredients it has also. I have also been putting it on the outside of the bottom of my nose daily and that stubborn dry spots have also gone. It is do great you only need a small amount and it isn't a nasty smell. It will last for a long time, very affordable also when i need to repurchase. Highly recommend this

This balm has worked wonders for my dry skin during this change of season from summer to autumn, especially with all the winds my skin is exposed to, I've been using it on my elbows and face and loving the hydrated, supple results! Most notable effects occur when I used it morning and night onto freshly cleansed skin. Also layers really well. Cera Ve really nailed this, great for those that suffer with incredibly dry skin or are a beach baby like me. Can’t wait to get my hands on a huge bottle of this stuff!

I have used as an overnight sleep mask, even getting my partner on board to do the same. A coat on a clean face before bed and we are waking up with fresher looking, hydrated skin. My partners has received compliments the day following this use from friends saying his skin looks fantastic. Another great use is on my nails/ cuticles, I have been keeping n my handbag and applying for hydration after hand washing. It makes your nails look fantastic. Also highly recommend applying to feet at night with a pair of socks on top, my feet feel brand new by the morning. Love this and will continue to use.

I love how it restores my skin's moisture barrier, leaving it feeling soft and nourished. Plus, the protective barrier it creates locks in moisture for all-day comfort. I have had several areas of my face with very dry patches that were itchy and felt tight and uncomfortable, after using this for a week even the toughest spot has returned to being soft skin. This managed to do in a week what i had been trying to achieve for months! I have sensitive skin and this did not cause any issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased to review this product as a long time sufferer of dry elbows and heels. Never really liked having them on show during the summer months. Scaly and rough to the touch. I tried the Advanced Repair Balm on the day it arrived. I was hoping that it was not too thick and difficult to apply plus not too sticky. Using it twice a day on my elbows and heels I found it absorbed easily and even after the first day noticed an improvement in my skin texture. After day 4 there was a significant improvement in my skin. The great news is that my elbows and heels look and feel normal now. Probably only need to apply every couple of days to keep them that way. I also used the balm on my lips and found it very moisturising there too. I would definitely recommend this product and will always have a tube on hand.
