General Information

Nourishing dry oil with an AHA ester to remove dry, flaky skin. The result? Hydrated, strengthened and smooth skin with a non-sticky, satin finish.

The dry skin experts at BIODERMA have formulated the first dry body oil with the benefits of AHA. With a two-tiered action on rough, dry and scaly skin, Atoderm 2-in-1 Oil works on the surface and deeply within the skin to smooth and strengthen. Containing just 13 ingredients, it has the perfect balance between luxurious sensoriality and high dermatological efficacy, providing lasting hydration and immediate comfort without a greasy or sticky finish.
• Jojoba and karanja oils combined with ceramide 3 and squalane provide the skin with biomimetic lipids to intensely moisturise and strengthen the skin barrier.
• AHA malic acid ester regulates surface skin shedding associated with dry, scaly skin. The gentle effect of this AHA ester means the skin texture is smoothed without irritation, resulting in a soft and satiny touch.
• Dry touch finish provides the ability to immediately dress after application with no sticky feeling or the risk of staining your clothing. Directions

Warm a few drops in between your hands. Gently massage into slightly damp skin using circular motions. Concentrate on the driest and flakiest areas of the body. Dress immediately after application.

I was a bit sceptical as Ive tried many creams and oils before with limited results. I was pleasantly surprise. It hydrated my skin without any greasy residue, soaking in quickly. It left my skin soft and smooth. It's so gentle that its perfect for my sensitive skin. If you're looking for something to help with dryness while being kind to your skin, this body oil is definitely worth a try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Softest skin! I have been using this product for a number of weeks now and love it! It has made my skin feel the softest it's ever been. My skin just absorbed it really well and it didn't leave any residue or marks on my clothes which is what I was a bit worried about. It has a super subtle scent and is easy to apply. The only thing I would recommend is a different way to dispense it as I found it a little bit messy when pouring out but other than that, the product itself is just amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Silky Smooth Skin The Bioderma Atoderm 2 in 1 Dry Body Oil has been such a wonderful relief for my skin. Having used it over the past six weeks, I have found it to be soothing, moisturising and easily absorbed into my dry winter skin. The moderate sized opening of this bottle allows a generous amount to be poured into the palm of my hand and applied to my body. I especially focused on my knees and thighs as these areas tend to get rough over the winter months. It has a subtle herbal scent which is not over powering and is great for people if they have sensitivity to high fragrances. For me, it allows me to layer another fragrance on which is great. The dry oil feel is true to its word as once the product is applied and absorbed into the skin you can easily put your clothes on without hesitation and know that it will not transfer on them. My skin felt really moisturised and left it with a beautiful silky glow. My rough knees and thighs became smoother and any redness caused by this dryness disappeared as it was thoroughly hydrated. I tend to avoid oils as it takes a while to seep into my skin and i don't like that feeling if i put on clothes on top and it hasn't dried. This has definitely solved that issue! it dries down quick and leaves a velvet smooth soft texture that doesn't come off. I don't really know how it does that but its lovely! So far the hydration has been great and its kept my skin nice and supple. There isn't a strong scent which is my preference so I love this! I received this product from Bioderma to review.

This allowed my skin to feel hydrated and moisturised quickly without having any sticky feeling. The aroma of the oil was pleasant too. I applied it only on my body (not face) but as I used the oil throughout winter, I found that the consistency of the oil allowed my skin to feel moisturised throughout the whole day. I am usually slightly reluctant to use oils as I don't like the oily feel and don't want it to transfer to my clothing, but this oil is different! It goes on easily and feels light on my skin. I hate the feeling of super heavy, thick moisturisers (Which definitely have their place) that leave a film on your skin, so this oil has been a dream! I love how quickly it absorbs and gets the job done. Since using this oil I've noticed a significant decrease in the flakes on my upper arms. I like to apply this after my shower as it leaves my skin so smooth and supple. The packaging is a little annoying to use as it's hard to control the flow once you tip the bottle to get the product out - maybe a pump would be better, but I'm unsure. The Bioderma Atoderm 2 in 1 Dry Body Oil goes on beautifully and soaked into my dry skin easily with no horrible residue. I can be quite lax with moisturising my skin but this oil made it easy and the feeling of my skin after using it made me want to use it regularly. The product made my skin noticeably softer and smoother and the oil has a lovely fragrance too. I would definitely recommend this dry oil to anyone looking for an answer to their dry skin problems. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this lightweight body oil Body and face oils work really well on my sensitive dry skin however the downside is that it can stain my clothes and feel quite heavy on my skin. This product is super lightweight yet effective. It didn't irritate my eczema and just felt so luxurious and nourishing (and no staining my clothes). I loved lathering this on during some very chilli days. The only downside is that the labels are peeling off the bottle from the oil which isn't very convenient when you're holding the bottle to dispense some product. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Hydrating This was my first time using a Bioderma product and I was very satisfied after 8 weeks of use. I found the Atoderm 2-in-1 oil very light in texture and consistency allowing me to spread effectively over my entire body. I especially focused on my legs, arms and upper body which tend to feel dehydrated over the winter season. I poured a small amount in the palm of my hand and applied it to my skin. It absorbed instantly, leaving a smooth, hydrated finish. The oil leaves a dry finish, which is non-greasy. It contains some really nice ingredients such as jojoba and squalane (from olives), which I think are really helpful and have made my skin super nourished. This new routine for me is continuing as I’m prepping my skin for vacation. I love the way my legs look! My only recommendation is to apply it whilst standing on your bath mat as the oil can easily drip onto precious bath tiles. I received this product from Bioderma to review.

It easy to dispense the oil, and a little bit of it goes a long. The oil absorbs easily and is light, comfortable and nourishing on my skin. I’ve been using it on my body and face, and I was surprised at how gentle and great it is for the face. Sometimes I will use this entirely in the place of a moisturiser. The oil only has the lightest of scents as well and I can’t smell it after its applied so that is another plus for me. Overall, this oil is exactly what my skin needs when it gets dry and flaky.

Super moisturising and great to use especially after a day in the sun. Leaves my skin feeling great. I find it’s been fantastic to use after shaving my legs, has helped to sooth my skin. I really like that it’s fragrance free, it’s just a beautiful uncomplicated dry body oil. The others I've purchased are heavily scented which I also enjoy but this provides a blank canvas for perfume. I am noticeably moisturised even hours later, and it's quickly absorbed. One small gripe would be the dispensing method (splashy nozzle hole type thing) but that's nit-picking.  This doesn't irritate or clog my skin like body oils sometimes do, my skin is so soft and nourished and the smell is just amazing! It doesn't have a strong fragrance and smells pleasant. Unlike other body oils I found this not to transfer onto clothing - e.g. quick drying time. Simple nice packaging and a little goes a long way. I have been using this for the past month and it has been incredible on my skin, not only has it made my skin more softer and supple but it has also soothed dry itchy skin and has my whole body feeling soft and spiky smooth. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hydrating body oil The Bioderma Atoderm 2 in 1 Dry Boil Oil is great, and I have been using this for over an week and have started to notice my skin, which is on the dry sensitive side, has noticeably improved. It's nice and lightly scented, the oil is not overly thick, and feels good on the skin after shower. I also use two drops at night before moisturiser, and it feels super hydrating. The oil absorbed quickly, and maintains a hydrating barrier and once i put on moisturiser, my skin feels really good. I don't tend to use it in the day time as i wear makeup and i didn't want any shine.
