Rated 5 out of 5 by from No pain [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been gifted a few different nipple products and I like this one the best because it’s a liquid so you can apply it quickly, I do it after a shower, and it absorbs without giving my baby a greasy face! I used it with silverettes from the day I gave birth and I haven’t had any pain, cracking or blistering. It may be that my baby has a good latch but I honestly think this helped a lot to protect my skin on my breastfeeding journey.

She loved it and said it was superior to another brand she was using. The pump applicator made things easier and she is really happy with the consistency of the balm and the ease of application. Based on her report, I would recommend this product.

All the other over-the-counter products I've tried haven't done much to help with the problem, and I spent months feeding babies in pain. But this nipple balm made a huge difference almost instantly. After just a few uses, my skin seemed almost completely healed. I haven't had any cracked or bloody skin since starting to use it, and no more painful nursing sessions. It's definitely a staple in my nursery feeding station, within reach of the rocking chair. It works so well!

I experienced nasty nipple trauma just about straight after birth and this balm worked absolute wonders over night. Helps heal and soothe very quickly. This cream is very soothing and cleared up the dryness in a pinch. I like this product way more than lanolin due to this product being so easy to apply. With lanolin I had to distribute the product with more force I guess you could say. Rubbing and smearing which caused more irritation for me. With this product it smoothly goes on and no excessive rubbing. It is more of an oil which I enjoy.

This product is a life saver! I’m not going to lie I have at least 4 other brands I have brought but just found them too thick or hard to applied/spread onto the nipple. However, I absolutely am loving this product I love the fact it’s more like a “oil” without being oily. It’s so easy to apply/spread and I love the pump lid makes it so much easier in the middle of the night when you are half asleep! I’ve added this into our nappy caddy so it’s always on hand! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

It comes in a super handy pump packaging. The balm itself is very easy to apply, just pump it and rub it in. The balm is made from olive oil, which means both an oily consistency as well as an oil smell. It does leave your hands feeling a bit grimy but good to think that when you use this product, it is safe for both you and bub. Highly recommend, thanks for the sample!

Hand expressing isn’t easy so this provided the relief i needed to continue trying each day leading up to birth. Looking forward to trying it after my baby is born also to offer the same relief. The pump meant that it was easy and hygienic to dispense the product. I also found that it was a little runner compared to other similar products which makes it easy to apply. The scent was relatively neutral and it worked great to soothe after breastfeeding. I only gave it 4 stars, not 5 due to the value - it's a pricier option and there are other nipple balms that work as well for less cost.

But as I first went to try it and pumped a bit out on to my finger to rub in, it squirted out on to my pants and has stained them. I thought it would be thick and almost gel like, given that it was called a ‘balm’ but it was very runny and greasy, almost like a consistency of oil. It also has the smell of olive oil so it isn’t odourless. It does work however, it’s quite soothing and when you have cracked or very raw nipples, the lightness of this ‘balm’ does help. Especially when you feel like your breast pads are chafing. I don’t know if I would buy it again, I feel like there may be better or cheaper options out there without being so liquidy and oily, it was awkward to apply while holding the little one because it was so liquidy.
