General Information

Our Blueberry, Banana & Pear Yoghurt Brekkie is a yummy breakfast blend of nourishing fruits, oats and yoghurt. The smooth texture of this baby food pouch is easy for babies to swallow, making it a perfect first meal of the day or a delicious snack. NO preservatives NO artificial colours NO artificial flavours NO added sugar or salt NO added concentrates NO GM ingredients

Warnings

An adult should always check the temperature before serving to baby! Do not microwave in pouch. Once opened, store in the fridge and enjoy within 48 hours. Warning choking hazard: Keep cap out of reach of infants under the age of 3 years.

AGE GROUPS: This smooth food is suitable for babies from 6 months and upwards.

Directions

Yummy cold or warm! To serve warm, open and stand the pack in a jug of hot water. Simply shake; then squeeze into a bowl or straight onto a spoon.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great as a sweet treat [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *Gifted for review* I have seen the strawberry vanilla custard pouch readily available at supermarkets however it has never been my first choice as my kids rarely need a ‘dessert’. As I was gifted this, I gave it to my 11 month old to try, and it’s pink packaging appealed to my 2.5 year old who grabbed it and almost devoured the whole thing in 2 minutes. There was a little left in the pouch so I put it in a mould and made little custard gummies from the rest. No added sugar and mainly water, milk and fruit. I probably wouldn’t use this as a regular meal, but for a sweet treat or when my kids are asking for icecream, this is an incredible alternative!

She absolutely loved this one! She’s 19 months old and doesn’t really have these pouches anymore as she’s a big girl but she polished the entire off and did a little dance! I may have to start buying this one for her!

When she tried this pouch she finished every last drop, and it is the only pouch that she has ever wanted more of after it was all finished.

We also had a little taste test and found it wasn’t too sweet or artificial. We tend to stick to pouches that contain only fruit and vegetables but would be happy to buy this in future as a special treat :)

To my surprise, it smells and tastes like real strawberries with no artificial flavouring or colouring. At only 5.7g of sugar per 100mL, it made a great cold dessert for my toddler. Great for on the go. He even enjoyed it as a popsicle which is by far my easiest ‘ice cream hack’. One pouch makes two kid size popsicles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I opened our trial & review box, my 3yo immediately asked if she could have this pouch. She, admittedly, loves pink, but we’ve had this brand of pouch plenty of times. I love pouches for convenience, and this flavoured custard is so easy to just squeeze and go. The colour of the custard is not nearly as vibrant as the packet would have you believe, but that’s probably a good thing.

All gone in one sitting! Squeezed every last bit out. It’s not too sweet and had a slight fruitiness to it. We will be buying this again and I definitely recommend it as a convenient snack.

When we tried it later after dinner he finished every last bit. It sounds like a yummy combination of flavours, is relatively low in sugar and is a good treat to have on hand. We have been loving all of the rafferty garden products and would highly recommend them. I love having some of the meals on hand for if we don’t have something prepared at home.

I love the fact that it has no added sugar and contains fresh milk! It's a great alternative to yoghurt. Will definitely continue to buy it. Now that he is 10 months, I mix a bit of oats or baby cereal or Weetbix with it to thicken/roughen up the texture so it is not too soft/smooth and sticks to the spoon better when he is self feeding.

Pouch was a good size, flavour was well recieved, and only minimal mess made. Plus being 'no added sugar' is always a hit in my eyes. We will likely buy this again as a treat.

She didn’t eat the whole satchel in one sitting, but seemed to enjoy the small amount she ate. So I like the fact that this can be stored in the fridge for 48hrs and consumed later. So the twist sealed lid is a great storage idea and easily opened and closed. My toddler and myself also tried the custard and liked it too. My only thoughts were that it tasted a bit acidic after a while. After checking the ingredients, there are a couple of acidic additives. Due to it containing banana, the custard did tend to go brown a little once it had been sitting out of the fridge for a bit. I feel that it overall however, it is good value for money and a winning treat for bubs.

I just added some fruits to give more texture for practicing chewing and swallowing. Great for busy days when you cannot prepare immediately. Will offer other flavours next time so we can rotate it for snacks.

I am not a huge fan of pouches, they last too long outside of the fridge, i dont trust things that do that. BUT she loved and it was an easy meal to have in the pantry for when i need to feed her fast. I will stock up on them for the future. great to have in the nappy bag too for those unexpectedly long outings

I gave it to her when she was having teething pain and only accepting purees. It was nice to give her a treat while she wasn't feeling well, however with one and a half teaspoons of sugar inside plus the pricepoint, it's not something I'd buy regularly.
