I've never really used a leave-in conditioner but I've been liking how it leaves my hair feeling smooth and strong. I have tried it a few different ways as suggested in the instructions for use.. my ideal use is after heat styling as it leaves my hair feeling softer and gets rid of all the frizzy bits! My hair is usually quite dry however gets greasy on the scalp and is damaged from hair dye. This product has been great, my hair feels moisturised and has more volume, there is quality ingredients and this shampoo smells great. I have also noticed that it is not too heavy and a little bit goes a long way. I have noticed I also have less flyaway, frizz and hear breakage. I was given a sample of this product to trial and review

However, the cream is a little heavy, so I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone with thin hair. The cream provides an extra layer of hydration and protection throughout the day, leaving my hair feeling soft, smooth, and revitalized. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nourishing but weighed down I used this treatment a few times after washing with the matching shampoo and conditioner. I don't usury like leave in treatments as I find they weigh my fine hair down, and this one tended to do the same, even though it didn't seem to leave a noticeable residue. Subtle scent and after using it, my hair was super smooth and soft. Would love a squeeze top like the shampoo and conditioner instead of a screw top lid as it would be easier to use with product on the hands. I received this product from A'Kin to review

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not too bad a product I have been using this product for the last few weeks now in combination with the shampoo and conditioner … I haven’t found it to be entirely effective for my hair … I have curly blonde dyed hair and find the shampoo matted my hair so I was really disappointed in the results of the product but the conditioner was slightly better and eventually would smooth out my hair but I lost a lot of hair due to breakage and it was still dry and frizzy .. the leave in treatment was really quite a bit better than the other two products and helped a lot with the frizz although there was still a lot of frizz considering the damage from the other products *I received this product to review from A ‘Kin

After using the combo my hair becomes smoother and my scalp becomes oily quickly. I missed a fragrance, the smell is very neutral. *I received this product from A’Kin to review.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for me I have only used this for a week but had to stop, it gave me little pimples on my scalp and when dry it felt very stiff and knotty. My hair is very fine thin and shoulder length. I only used a small pea sized amount. I am really disappointed this didn’t work for me, it does smell delicious though.

It is perfect for curly hair. The new leave in is too heavy and my curls no longer sit beautifully. Please bring it back.

Just used the new product on my hair this morning and can not get away from the SMELL. It's like a cheap toilet deodoriser. SOOOO disappointed that this staple of my hair care routine (curly hair) has gone. WHYYYYYY?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stinks like cheap lingering public dunny soap I have used the previous product daily for many years. While it was labelled lavender it was pretty scent neutral. When I used the new product I had to wash it out. The overpowering sickly sweet vanillaish smell made me ill. Why do simple functional products have to be so sickly and pretentious. Your bribed reviewers gushed with enthusiasm and the influence shows. Your green packaging credentials bost no more than I expect. Please get rid of the scent and get on with the job. I am very very disappointed and have lost a useful product.

I will no longer be buying this product. Much runnier than the original. I might as well use any old conditioner. I have curly hair and the original version was perfect for my hair. So upset about this revamp. I have used every curl product on the market and this WAS my favourite.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointment So disappointed - the previous Akin Leave in Conditioner was so good I'd give it 5 stars but this new one is really not worthy of 1 star. It is runnier and feels almost slimy but the worst thing is the smell. It has a really synthetic smelling perfume, like a very cheap hairspray and the smell stays in your hair for a very long time. I'm throwing mine away.
