The aloe vera and vitamin e is doing wonders to my hair and l have had no skin irritation. I have been using this product for a month with the shampoo and they are the perfect duo! Very affordable and aesthetic package. Highly recommend.

The conditioner feels lightweight and does not leave any oily feeling after washing it out. My hair feels softer and untangled, it's fragrance free. I never used to have scalp sensitivity but after a few hair treatments I noticed I could get quite red and itchy. This conditioner was lovely and cooling, and didn't irritate me at all. It’s a great conditioner for sensitive (as well as non-sensitive) scalps! I’m somewhat prone to a dry (sometimes flaky) scalp but this Conditioner eliminates this! I love that it’s Australian owned & made, 100% Vegan and fragrance-free. I have difficult curly hair (prone to frizz) and this A’kin Conditioner felt great and easily detangled my hair whilst boosting volume. My hair felt soft and hydrated. The consistency of the conditioner is just right, not too thick making it easy to apply and distribute easily through the hair. Unfortunately this conditioner did not suit my hair as it left it tangled after using. My hair was left dry from using it. This product is perfect though for people with sensitive scalps. My step daughter who tends to have a dry and flaky scalp loved using this for her hair. She said it felt much like some other medicated conditioners she's used and her hair felt clean and fresh after. She also has quite thick hair and even still she felt her hair felt great and was detangled after use. It didn't irritate my scalp at all, and I haven't had any itchiness while using it. The only issue is that I found after multiple uses my scalp started to smell a bit oily after washing it. I am not sure if the residue wasn't rinsing properly, or the shampoo didn't cleanse enough. So I occasionally switch to a different shampoo for one wash. Then go back to this for its gentle-ness. It's changing texture and I'm struggling to find conditioners that are rich but not too heavy and leave my hair feeling soft and clean but not greasy. I have been looking for a new conditioner that doesn't upset my scalp yet gives my hair softness and shine without being heavy. I have used Akin Sensitive conditioner for 4 weeks now and while it's not as nourishing as I'd hoped, I love how clean and shiny my hair feels. I know fragrance can irritate some scalps, but I did miss the experience of a beautiful scent. I really liked the calming effect this had on my scalp. I think it might be the alo-vera. It made my hair really soft but I did find it took quite a while to wash out unlike other conditioners I've used. It was white with a nice consistency, not to runny or thick. It was easy to apply. It did take me a while to rinse it all out, but it made my hair so shiny and soft!

The packaging is nice in my bathroom as it looks luxurious enough to be expensive, even though it's highly affordable. Being completely honest, I didn't love that there was no scent, as I do like my hair to smell nice after I've washed it, but I guess when you're using a product like this, you want to avoid all those nasties! It is very low in fragrance so it does not complete with other products you might use, like perfume, and did not trigger my allergies. The texture was good, light enough to not weigh my hair down. I experienced no irritation from using the conditioner but I only used it on the ends of my hair as I can get a bit oily in between washes. A good product for the price, a little goes a long way. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect if you have scamp issue I have started to use the conditioner together with shampoo 3 weeks ago. First I wash my hair with shampoo and then I apply this conditioner. My scalp is quite sensitive, I suffer from pcos and scalp is often itchy and dry. If I use new products my scalp does not react well and it gets irritated. Same as shampoo the conditioner worked well, I applied it just on the end of my hair, conditioner was nice and hair are very soft. No irritation so far or itchiness which is amazing. My hair has an healthy appearance and feels good. I have been gifted the conditioner to try.
