General Information

Swisse Ceramides B3 Daily Balance Moisturiser is designed to deliver immediate and sustained skin hydration while keeping breakouts under control. This lightweight, multi-tasking formulation combines niacinamide to improve skin hydration, texture and tone, and zinc sulfate to help control excess sebum. It also contains ceramides to help maintain a healthy skin barrier. Suitable for all skin types including acne-prone, it can be used both morning and night for a clear and smooth complexion.

It is hydrating enough for my dry skin without feeling heavy. It absorbs fast, keeps my skin hydrated all day and layers well under make up. I had not had any reactions or breakouts with this product which I appreciate as my skin can be very sensitive. It contains really good ingredients which have done wonders for my skin, niacinamide is one of my holy grail ingredients in skincare. I have noticed an improvement in the overall brightness, hydration and texture of my skin. I will continue to use this in combination with the Salicylic Acid Daily Balance Cleansing Gel.

The packaging indicates you can use this day and night, however I would only recommend this for daytime use - I prefer a thicker and more hydrating a night cream. In saying that, it was perfect for daytime moisturising and provided a good base prior to applying makeup. I’d happily recommend this product. It's also worth noting it did take a little longer to get the pump working than most other products I've used, but once the product started coming through there were no issues with the pump.

The ingredients within this bottle are very powerful for the skin which means you’ll get results. The Niacinamide & Zinc are a great combination if you have acne prone skin or considered ‘normal’ skin aswell. The consistency of the cream melts seamlessly into the skin without leaving the feeling of being sticky like ones can do. I used this after using the salicylic acid daily balance cleansing gel and I had no irritation. It is a good size for a bottle that has these ingredients and I would purchase this. It has minimal smell aswell and can be applied throughout the day and especially under your SPF, which is a must when using these products, or in general. I’m very impressed by the quality swisse has made for this moisturiser as it’s not heavy either. These opinions are of my own as was given to trial and review.
