I can't say it's extremely inclusive or made for skin issues, like my eczema-ridden son, however, it is a great moisturiser for people with naturally dry skin I have SUPER DRY skin, I used to suffer from skin issues when I was younger, so bad my shins used to crack from dryness—akin to heels cracking, now an adult, thankfully, I only have very dry skin and most days I'd say this is enough for my very dry skin! This is very moisturising, even for very dehydrated skin like mine! It's a nice, somewhat thin-ish, absorbent moisturiser. Doesn't leave skin feeling slippery or greasy. Definitely worth it if you don't like a greasy feeling!
