General Information

Poise Charcoal Liners provide discreet protection against bladder leakage with 3in1 protection and dual odour control.

POISE® Charcoal Odour Protection Liners provide trusted Poise® dryness and comfort, with additional odour control through charcoal technology. They offer discreet protection against light bladder leakage, also known as incontinence.

Located under the dry-touch cover of each liner, these liners have a charcoal infused layer that helps neutralise odours. Combined with the ABSORB-LOC core, our Charcoal liners have dual odour protection with the same dryness and absorbency of our existing range.

The charcoal infused liners help ease my mind neutralize any Odours .I felt really confident wearing these knowing that I wouldn't leak. So comfortable to wear and that I forgot I had it on. I was very impressed with these liners. They are great to use before your period and after. The packaging comes in small bags, so they fit perfectly in your bag even when you're going out with a small bag.  Thank you for the opportunity to trial these.

Perfect for every day use and I felt confident wearing them when I wasn't able to get to a toilet in time. The liners are thin and lightweight and I highly recommend these to anyone who wants the peace of mind of catching leaks with the comfort of it feeling like you're not wearing one at all. Being so lightweight they were easy to carry around with me when out and I was able to change them without any hassles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great liner [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great light liner, I'm impressed with these lines from Poise, the temperature was over 36 on the days I trialled these. I found they kept me nice and dry and amazingly no odour what so ever. I found they were very absorbent for small leakages, they stayed in place and no leakage occurred onto my underwear. I highly recommend these as they didn't pull threads out of my underwear as normal panty liners do. I really liked that as having your underwear destroyed by liners is annoying and adds to the overall cost of having protection.

They are a well known and advertised brand with great reputation. These poise charcoal liners exceeded my expectations. These will be my go to moving forward and I will converting to them as my permanent liners! Really good quality, not at all flimsy and good staying/sticking power. Easy to use, absorbent and odourless. Very happy with this product and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for that additional peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other liners and was surprised that these actually stayed in place during the day and lived up to their “odour control” claims. I was a bit hesitant to try them out with the charcoal but it really works, there was no smell!! I would recommend these to pregnant women or women with light bladder leakage. They were comfortable to wear and I didn’t even notice them, so discrete! I have never tried Poise before as was loyal to another brand, however Poise will now be on my shopping list in the future!

Very discreet and thin, not noticeable to wear at all. Despite not being bulky, it is definitely effective and absorbant- I tested it with a small water spill out of curiosity and the liner was almost sponge like and soaked up the spill quite well! Changed twice daily, it is a reliable product for odour control which i would recommend. I liked the natural charcoal element, i have never tried a liner using it for absorbency before but it seems to work.

They offer discreet protection against light bladder leakage perfectly. The liners don't bunch up or move like many other Brand Liners do. The Liners also have a fantastic odour control that lasts throughout the time of wearing them.. Poise Liners does give me the confidence to go out and do the normal activities i do on a daily basis. Totally recommend Poise Charcoal Liners for day use..

I suffer from hayfever and often cough or sneeze a lot. Wearing poise charcoal light liners gives me the confidence and I can carry on with my life with ease and peace of mind. These are also odour control so I don't have to worry about bad odour while out and about. I love the small size as it feels that I am wearing nothing and absorbency is also great. I highly recommend this product as it is ideal for light bladder leakage.

It was really comfortable to wear all day in my underwear, was discreet and didn't feel too bulky, but also wasn't so thin that it feels like it doesn't catch anything or serve its purpose. True to the advertising on the packaging, the liner didn't move, scrunch, bunch, curl or twist while wearing and kept its shape all day. This was tested not only for general wear but also the every day activities of a busy mum from playing with the kids in the backyard, running after the kids at the playground and also having to go down a slide or two. I felt confident wearing this should I have any leakage and I liked the addition of the charcoal and ABSORB-LOC layer which felt like it did its job.

The cover fabric is comfortable and feels cool against my skin. The liners are very absorbent and last well through the day without needing to be changed too often. The liners are well wrapped and discrete to carry. The liners are quite small and I personally prefer a longer liner. They are perhaps more suited to a smaller body type. The line come in a nice individually wrapped pack which are great for storing in your handbag. They are easy to unwrap. The first thing I noticed was the the charcoal liners feel a bit stiffer than the normal one but you don’t notice the difference once wearing them. The charcoal liners do a great job of hiding any smell. As recommended I changed twice day. I will definitely be using these going forward.

No irritation/ scratchy feeling after use. Perfect size and great for minor leakages. Ideal for yoga classes and the gym and days closer to your period just as a safty net. It gives you that most needed confidence closer to your period. Reasonably priced and economical. I highly recommend this liner and will be recommending it to my family and friends. It’s also got great packaging, would love it even more if it could come in a zip lock package with an ease for storing it away when not in use.

Any small leakage was covered even the big leakage cause from laughing, I found it was even wearable to bed because we all know leakages can happen then too. The liners containing the charcoal filters are absolutely amazing, i didnt know they were such a thing, they gave me confidence and I will be purchasing in the future. This product is for any lady that has had children, or heading into that perimenopause stage

I had started experience LBL recently and it’s quite embarrassing. Hence, I’m wearing liner whenever I’m out. When I opened up and the texture it’s kind of hard but when I wore it, it felt comfortable and soft on my skin and did not cause any irritation. As I have never wore any pad with charcoal, so kind of worry. I liked how it will stay in position and doesn’t move around unlike other brand. Moreover, it’s the right length on the underwear. And I love the odour protection as I dislike those with fragrance, it’s cause my skin to itchy.

I found these so comfortable to wear all day no matter what tasks I was doing and I especially loved wearing them when exercising! They are so light you can’t even feel them on the underwear at all. I found them to be super absorbent, from small drops here and there to a slight trickle, there were absolutely no leakage issues. There was also never any odour and they still smelt clean after use! I’m very impressed with these and will be definitely be purchasing these.

Good absorption for leaks and spotting. Also reassuring if you have erratic periods as they prevent any embarrassing leaks. It’s recommended to change halfway through the day, and it definitely helps with freshness, but when I forgot to change it, the one liner for the day was still effective. Definitely recommend for any age really - younger women who want the reassurance in case of spotting or an unexpected period, older women with bladder leak issues, or if you just prefer to have fresh underwear.

At first when I took them out of the packet, it felt more like a pad due to the higher level of protection there was and it was a bit heavier than a standard liner. I didn’t notice this at all though wearing it throughout the day, it just felt like a normal liner with added protection and support for those days where you may need a little extra. They were barely noticeable when wearing and didn’t feel big/bulgy or uncomfortable to wear. Would definitely purchase myself and recommend.

Very comfortable liner hardly know that you are wearing it. I always found it not to move around the adhesive was enough to hold it in place even during a gym workout. The liner has great absorption and odour control. I think its suitable for light leaks as mentioned on the packaging. After three children I think I would be happy wearing this liner daily to provide that extra protection in case of those small accidents.

They are good quality, fabric and the material used for the filling. They are easy to apply, absorbs sweat and discharge, I can't feel it when wearing it. I like them than other thin liners I have tried. The pad filling doesn't get bunch up or goes loose while wearing. I'll definitely finish the pack up for light discharge during the week to absorb sweat down there. I didn't experience bladder leakage when trying these but they were great for sweat. Great to protect underwear vaginal blenching. easy to put in your handbag, don't take up too much space.

The product claims to control odour and I agree that the charcoal product does control odour. Very happy with the product. Will repurchase. The product felt like it stayed drier than the traditional product. Would like a longer product to be introduced as well. These are great for exercise Daily use and overnight use. Adheres well to underwear and wrapper in good for disposal. Doesn't show any outline very discreet product and comes in a good variety of absorbency

They absorb a lot of liquid despite being quite thin. They also feel dry against the skin. I was sceptical of the charcoal but the odour control is quite effective. Normally after 4 hours the odour is quite strong but the odour control is doing its thing. I can also see myself reaching for these on heavier discharge days between menstrual cycles as they just offer better protection and odour control. Highly recommend and would look to buy after the trial pack is finished.

It stays in place, it’s nice and slim I can fit it in any of my hands bags, clutches or wallets. No silly colours patterns or designs so if it falls out it’s not embarrassing at all! Just looks like it could be a notepad ir something. It doesn’t feel bulky when you are wearing it (like a pad). You don’t even have to worry about anyone seeing it through tighter clothing! It’s such a game changer! After having my daughter and I work on my bladder control, this item has been soo handy to have around you don’t have to worry if you accidentally laugh or cough too hard it’s got you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfiest liner ever! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So impressed! I have never used a liner so comfy, cushy and velvety soft! I love how well it fits my undies I forget it's there. It's thick enough to absorb liquid from light bladder leakage, to light period flow and just the right length so it doesn't stick out. The adhesive is the right amount to hold the liner in place securely but without leaving residue on my undies when I remove the liner. It has never bunched up, folded, dog-eared or rolled up in any way, it stays exactly where I put it until I take it off. The odour control is on point, no odour even if I'm sweating and I've tried it in cold and warm weather. They come individually wrapped in plain white (no loud designs) and are pocket/purse friendly, so I can discreetly carry them around. I have never tried this brand before, but I'm definitely interested in their other products now.

It was nice seeing less plastic being used! The liner itself was also softer than the original poise branded liners. I felt fresher for longer and more confident using these advanced odour control liners. I have light bladder leaks since giving birth when sneezing or having major coughing fits, so having something I can trust to keep me fresh it critical. Definitely using these from now on.

The liners stick well to your underwear and don’t curl up attaching themselves to your skin. The outer layer is smooth but soft and doesn’t end up breaking apart by the end of the day! They’re thin but definitely absorbent for light leaks and even end of period. I definitely noticed a minimisation of odour compared to other liners. They also don’t make any noise when you walk like some pads and liners do. I found the length fine, as they are a shorter liner I did need to move them forward so that they were in the right spot.

I've not used charcoal liners before so with the key claim being advanced odor control, I have to say I was surprised that there was definitely no odor which is brilliant! Luckily there were no accidents throughout the time it was worn and the liner lasted comfortably all day with no odor. Overall, they felt no different to a regular liner (with no bunching!) but definitely provided that extra piece of mind with the added bonus of having no odor.

A simple sneeze, cough or if I laugh to hard... I leak! I must say I was really shocked and down on myself when it first happened to me. And sadly this is something us woman don't really talk about. Lucky for us there is an amazing product like Poise Charcoal light Liners to keep us protected! I've found Poise to be really discrete, comfortable and help ease my mind when I do 'leak' and most importantly, there is no odor and keep me dry as they absorb really well. I'm really pleased with Poise Charcoal Light Liners, I highly recommend to anyone in the same or similar situation as myself, and also don't be embarrassed or ashamed, it took me a while to get my head around the whole situation, but you are not alone! It gives you that added peace of mind that you’re covered for the day. They are good with absorption, nice and perfect for size and they also have a good adhesive strip on the back so they don’t move around which is nice and sticky. I recommend these and will definitely buy again.

I received a trial of the Charcoal ones and I am very impressed. They look different as you can see the black through the layers. They are very comfortable and discreet, love how I can carry a couple in my bag because of how they are packaged. Very comfortable, the wide adhesive strip stops any movement and bunching. The new charcoal technology seems to be effective as definitely no odour. These are most definitely what I will purchase in future
