Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light weight and super spreadable [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the better Maybelline products I have used by far! I love the lightweight feel and consistency of the product, it spreads easily and you don’t have to use a lot to get good coverage. For a skin tint I was really pleased with the overall coverage of the product but if you are looking for something buildable this probably isn’t the best choice. Doesn’t feel very heavy on the skin but as someone who has oily skin I found that I couldn’t wear it for long periods of time unless I was using a primer because it would make my skin look excessively shiny. The design of the bottle with the dropper probably wasn’t the best option because it has a very liquidy feel so you just end up wiping the product on your skin or applicator. I was really happy with the shades available though, and while the product claims to have vitamin C I didn’t really notice any difference over multiple uses so you’re better off using your own vit C during your skin care routine.

As someone with combination skin, finding a tint that offers both coverage and longevity without making my skin look greasy can be a challenge. The formula itself is lightweight yet buildable, allowing me to achieve the level of coverage I desire depending on my day. It gives a natural skin like finish, giving a natural glow. Throughout the day, I noticed minimal movement / disruption of the product on my skin. Overall, I highly recommend the Maybelline Superstay 24 Hour Skin Tint. Whether you’re looking for a natural everyday look for work, or a buildable coverage for the evening, this skin tint ticks all the boxes, and is a staple in my makeup routine.

I really enjoyed how my skin looked with the product, and I actually got a few compliments on how it looked! The colour match to my skin was really good as well. The finish is definitely more on the matte side. I usually prefer a dewey finish, but if you like a more matte finish I’d definitely give this a go! I do feel like the product might not work as well for super dry skin, my skin felt a bit more dry after using this product. However I am not used to matte products. My regular cream face products (blush, contour) blended in super well with no issues or patchiness. It lasted all day with no noticeable fading or any other wearing issues. It felt super lightweight on the skin. There was no overly strong smell. All in all if you are looking for a lightweight full coverage product, I’d definitely recommend this product!

When applying it doesn’t have that gross sticky texture. It blends so well with a beauty blender. 3 drops is all you need for the first coat. I did 2 layers with concealer under the eye, it still gave that natural look whilst also making my skin glow. This skin tint feels quite light on the face which is so nice especially because i work 10 hour days i don’t like that heavy face feeling. I wore this whilst working and after work it was still looking nice and fresh. Definitely will be getting this as a daily skin tint as it lasts, feels so good on the face and looks amazing!!

As someone who values a natural look with reliable coverage, this product has become a holy grail. Its lightweight formula effortlessly melts into my skin, evening out my complexion and providing a radiant finish that lasts all day long. What sets this skin tint apart is its incredible staying power. Even during the most hectic days, it holds up remarkably well, living up to its promise of up to 24 hours of wear. There's no fading, no creasing, just flawless coverage from morning till night. Additionally, I appreciate how comfortable it feels on my skin. It allows my skin to breathe while still providing the coverage I need to feel confident. However, there is one minor drawback worth mentioning. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great long-lasting natural skin tint [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skin tint was very lightweight and glowy and provided light to medium coverage. I have stubborn acne scars and hyperpigmentation that I have to cover up everyday for uni and this skin tint covers up most of my scars and evened out my complexion. You can apply another layer for fuller coverage, but I’m happy with one layer and feel more confident leaving the house. I also have combination, acne prone skin and it didn’t break me out at all. This product goes on well, even on sunscreen and did not pill at all. This skin tint lasts me the entire day and makes me look more awake and bright. It’s very natural and skin-like and almost undetectable on the face. It doesn’t cling to any dry patches as long as you prep the skin properly. It also doesn’t come off when I accidentally touch my face! The packaging however isn’t the best, but it’s not the worst. It has a dropper like the ones in a serum. When you open the bottle, it can be a little messy as the skin tint sometimes drops from the dropper, but if you’re careful it’s not too bad. Overall it’s an extremely good product and despite not wearing foundation everyday for uni, I have been using this skin tint everyday since it’s so natural. I highly recommend this product to everyone who is looking for an affordable and lightweight skin tint.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Heavier than a skin tint [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Maybelline New York Super Stay Up to 24HR Skin Tint and I am sad to say that I was disappointed. The coverage is a lot heavier than I was expecting from a skin tint. It was more like a medium coverage foundation. I currently wear powder foundation, so it was a lot heavier than I am used to and I both didn’t like the heavier appearance and my skin broke out after using it. The dropper was okay, but I would prefer a pump bottle instead. I had to wipe the side of the glass on my face or hands, which is not very hygienic. I only have one other skincare item with a dropper, and it is a face oil, so any excess blends into my hands and moisturisers my skin. But due to the shade and thickness of this item, it just made a mess. I applied the product with my hands, then used a beauty blender sponge to blend it. I like that it has vitamin C and is vegan. I am not sure of the vitamin C %, but I did not see a noticeable brightness in my skin, like my other vitamin C-specific skincare products do. I like the look of the bottle, with the iridescent label. I would recommend it as a light to medium liquid foundation, but not as a skin tint.

It was extremely hard finding a colour match through the photos online. I went with one that was recommended (as it was meant to match a different product I use) and unfortunately it just did not :( it had a really pink undertone, which I felt got worse as the day went by.. I liked the dropper and the coverage was stronger than expected..for a “tint”, I’m not sure how I feel about that. But most people will probably find that a positive! It did however feel light on the skin and when applied wasn’t patchy or streaky. Maybe if the colour had been correct, I would have enjoyed it more.

The consistency is very runny and needs to be applied with either fingers or a beauty blender. If you use a brush, you'll get a lot of brush strokes and won't have a great finish. Coverage i would say is light to sheer, but is buildable. I usually wore this when I wanted a slight coverage – like my skin but slightly more clear. It did a reasonable job at this, but i found I would still have to apply concealer to certain areas to cover spots or pigmentation. In terms of the 24h aspect, it didn't give up to expectations at all. The formula is quite liquid and doesn't have that staying power you'd get from a proper 'foundation', which means it does transfer onto clothes and hands. By the end of the work day, this product was not very obvious on my skin. In addition to this, it gets dry in some areas and a bit patchy which isn't ideal. I have other skin tints that work and look a lot better than this on this skin, offering more glowy aspects or at least some element of SPF whereas this didn't offer either. If you have great skin, and are looking for a very sheer product for your skin but better, this would probably be great for you, but if you have any imperfections or areas you'd like to cover properly, I don’t think I would recommend it.

This didn’t pick up my dry/rough patches at all and it left such a beautiful dewy finish. Longevity-wise, it only lasted 8hours on my face before it started to crease and disappear from my face (this was without using primer). When I used primer… the skin tint lasted longer! I would say around 12-16 hours. I also really like the texture of this skin tint, it was easy to blend and it felt like I was putting on a light moisturizer. Coverage-wise, it didn’t really cover all of my imperfections. Just evened out my skin a bit, although it is buildable to at least medium coverage. One thing I didn’t like about this skin tint was the package, I prefer products with a pump instead of a dropper as it is more hygienic and less messy.

When I used this product my skin did look brighter in comparison to when I used other foundation type products and I felt it had a nice finish immediately after application. However it did stick badly to dry patches after a few hours for example around my nose as the day went on. The patches that had no dryness looked great so I would recommend for those with no dryness or oily skin. It did seem to be more of a medium foundation but did not feel cakey. The bottle was glass and I didn’t mind the dropper but I would prefer a pump or a squeeze tube for better control and no wastage. I felt it gave me a nice glow to my skin as soon as I applied it which did remind me of nars sheer glow but this is a much thinner product in comparison. The colour match was perfect and suited my skin and it looked very close to my actual skin. It was easy to choose a colour match online so I appreciated that. I like that it has a VIT C component but I am unsure how much was actually in the product. Overall it would be very good for days when I am having a perfect skin day with no winter dryness. I think it would be good for a young person with oilier skin.

I would say it’s definitely a little fuller coverage than I expected from a skin tint and compared to other skin tints I have used before however it still feels really light on the skin. I have found it has been really good to use as an everyday foundation-even as a light concealer over a tinted moisturiser. You don’t need much product a little really goes a long way and it does really last all day! Would recommend this foundation and will restock once this bottle runs out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this skin tint as I am currently into skin tints rather than foundation. I have combination skin that is acne prone and my main concern is hyperpigmentation. I tried using both a beauty blender and a brush to blend in the product. I felt that the brush absorbed less product and hence provided a flawless look compared to the Beauty blender. The coverage is definitely buildable, but, I was very happy with just the first layer. It covered my pigmentation really well. The shade that I got (31) was a little off for my skin tone as I have a warm undertone. Wish there were more shade options for olive/darker skin tone including different undertones. Vitamin C is an added advantage as it brings out a beautiful glow to the face! Wish the packaging was better as the dropper created quite a lot of mess around the bottle. No complaints about the long wear claim as I wore it to work and it was still intact when I got back home. However, I could see little patchiness here and there, my pores were visible around the t-zone and it was transferring despite using a setting spray. The product did not settle into my smile lines which am really happy about. Would definitely recommend this product if you have dry skin and prefer a glowy finish!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Conflicted [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am feeling very conflicted about this product. I wanted to love it. And in parts, I did. It gave a really nice finish, it was easy to apply and blend out with my beauty sponge. I got lots of compliments on my skin when I wore it. It stayed on really well throughout the day, even after a whole day of work and some sweaty workouts. It wore well by itself, and under powder. I didn't quite get the right colour - it was a little too dark for me - but even then it wore so nicely. HOWEVER. It promises to brighten skin "instantly and over time" and well, I can't truthfully say that it did. In fact, I've had some of the worst skin I've had in a while, while using this (which, to be fair, really wasn't THAT bad, but it did give me lots and lots of little whiteheads and made me quite self-conscious about my skin). Now I did change up my skincare a little bit while trialling this, so I can't confidently say that it's 100% because of this, but I've read some other reviews too where people had strange reactions to their skin while using this, so just be mindful if you are looking to try it. That being said, if your skin is not reactive, this could be a great product for you, as it has a great finish, good coverage and still a natural, not foundation-like look.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great colour but broke me out [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colour match for me was great, not too yellow and not too pink, and it was really light to wear and i could build up coverage where i needed it. However, I think this made my skin break out, perhaps it’s the vitamin c in it but after using it a few times i definitely experienced some changes to my skin and pimples as a result. If your skin isn’t reactive to vitamin c it’s worth a go, because the texture was great and it made my skin look really fresh and healthy when i used it. It’s also really easy to apply with a sponge or brush without getting patchy or streaky like other skin tints i’ve tried. Unfortunately for me it the vitamin c is just not compatible with my skin!

I couldn't say it's exclusively a tint, nor a foundation. I found that it sunk into my pores/stuck to any dry patches of skin quite badly. It had a nice shade, but was equally too thin and too thick to be what i needed it to be. It has coverage, but not great coverage, but more than just a light tint. If you have quite perfect skin, I think this would be a great product for you as it went on well on the patches of my face that were completely clear. If you have any imperfections, I don’t think I would recommend it.

However, the design of the bottle is strange. It looks like a dropper, but the consistency of the formula means the glass is covered in product so it doesn't really work as intended as you have to wipe the side of the glass on your face or hands rather than being able to squeeze a few drops of the product. I also thought the colour was a bit orange tinted which I do not love. This could be slightly blended though. Think it’s a bit overpriced for Maybelline.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from If shades were better it would be a game changer I have 50-year-old oily skin and have been looking for a product just like this: light coverage with maximum wear. SS24HST applies nicely with fingers, leaves a low-lustre finish, lasts a good long time in hot weather, and doesn't separate. All great things. So why are the colours so dreadful? All the medium shades have a distinct orange/peach tint. It isn't even oxidation on the skin, but right out of the bottle. I bought 30 and it made me look like a piece of chicken tikka. Such was my desire to like this product that I bought another bottle in 21. Too light on its own, but mixed with 30 it tones down the orangeness to peachiness, which is less glaringly mismatched. I seal it with a lavender-tinted powder so it more or less matches my skintone. I wear Maybelline's Fit Me in 122 so I know that Maybelline is capable of creating neutral and cool shades. Why none in this range? It's a real shame because I otherwise love this product. If you can find a shade that works for you, bag it because it is a great skin tint that does its job well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thoroughly looking forward to using this product as I love a light coverage foundation to just give some colour. I would not buy this again nor would I recommend it to anyone with oily skin, textured skin or skin with blemishes, I feel as though this product can only be used on already flawless and smooth skin. The colour was not too bad however oxidised and deepened when powder was applied over top, even when I used a translucent powder. As the day went on I found the skin tint moving around on my face and becoming patchy because of the oil produced on my nose although it was easy to apply with fingers or a beauty blender and the dropper was an easy dispenser of the product. Disappointed to say the least.

First of all, I absolutely hate the packaging - the applicator is awkward to use and the dropper style gets messy so easily, which results in wasted product. The coverage is a lot heavier than I was expecting from a skin tint, I would liken it closer to a light to medium coverage foundation as it did not give me the my-skin-but-better look that I have experienced with other skin tints. As a light foundation is performs well, coverage is decent and it blends out nicely - but I would not recommend this product as a skin tint.

Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I tried it multiple times, with my normal bade routine but also tried it with other products to see if it would work. Firstly, the texture is thick and not like a tint at all. It was much more like a medium coverage foundation. It didn't sink into the skin, but sat on top. It dried down to a tacky layer and sunk into my pores and smile lines. Even after setting with powder it was thick and a bit tacky. This meant it was not transfer proof, and broke up on my oilier areas. The dropper was good, but the bottle gets messy easily and leaks a tad. Overall, a bit disappointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pass [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure why everyone loves this so much. I’ve tried applying with fingers, a sponge and a foundation brush. It blends terribly and sits in pores and catches on dry patches. I would call this a foundation, not a tint.. The dropper is messy, it’s not transfer resistant and the shade range is disappointing. I like that it has Vit C, I wish it specified the percentage so i could be confident removing my Vit C serum from my routine. If you use a primer, blend really well and set with powder, this is an acceptable foundation but it’s not worth the effort when even Maybelline have better products (Like Fit Me!)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from More shade range Why don’t we have the full shade range!!! Maybelline does this in Australia like there are no people of colour. Very disappointing. Makes me dislike the brand.
