I call it my little bottle of magic. It has a pleasant fragrance (think a relaxing orange scent) and is easy to incorporate into my routine. I applied the serum both morning and night and feel that my skin has thanked me for it. It feels smoother and I believe looks healthier - I have sensitive skin and it has been great. I absolutely love the subtle smell that the serum has, it smells almost citrusy. I use two drops in the morning and evening and that goes over my whole face and neck. The serum itself feels heavier yet it does not leave any sticky residue. I recommend this product if you are looking for a Vitamin C serum! I was gifted this product sample to trial and review.

Will have to wait a bit longer to see more lightening results. I liked that it didn't feel oily/greasy or make the skin feel dry. It seems to absorb well. The only thing I didn't like is the perfume fragrance as I'm sensitive. I would have preferred no fragrance at all or a very subtle one made of essential oils. I have been using it morning and night as part of my skincare routine and love how it leaves my skin looking and feeling. I have definitely noticed a slight fade in some of the dark spots on my skin. For the price point, I think this is great product to incorporate into your skincare routine if you’re looking for an inexpensive product to help brighten your skin. Highly recommend.

I’m not one usually to use Garnier products as they generally aren’t the best for my skin but I’m pleasantly surprised by this product. Firstly it’s a pleasant orange flavour and smooth consistency. Feels lovely on my skin and it’s definitely brighter from first use. I don’t have many marks on my face pigmentation but my skin is smoother and brighter. Good consistency and absorbed well. I use it in the day and night for the past 3 weeks. I have noticed the dark spots around my nose area have lightened a little. My cheeks look brighter and smoother. I have also applied a drop on a pigmentation arm. I am confident that this serum will lighten the dark area in coming weeks. Price wise, it is affordable. Once that subsided I had nice glowy skin and a slight improvement in my pigmentation. It doesn't leave an oily feeling on your skin like some other vitamin C products I have used. I like that the dropper only dispenses a small amount of product so you don't overdo it! I'm giving this 4 stars because I'm not a fan of the scent. I’ve tried more expensive vitamin c serums and have had less success with brightness so I would recommend this at the price point. Only things I didn’t like about the product were the scent and the bottle (a bit of product was lost due to the way the jar and dropper is designed). I am curious to see whether it will continue to live up to its claims with more prolonged use, and whether the dark spot will become a lot lighter. I like how this serum is light and easily absorbed into my skin. It has made my skin feel firmer and more even. Not much of the serum is needed to cover the full face, making it good value. Although the use of the dropper was sometimes a bit fiddly, the serum itself went on really easily, it wasn’t sticky and smelt and felt divine. I’d be keen to try it for long enough to see whether it does reduce dark sport and acne marks, but going on how my skin feels, I think it will. I also like that it is vegan friendly and approved by Cruelty Free International. I would certainly buy this again if the price was right. I was gifted a product sample to trial and review.

While the claim that it reduces dark spots in 6 days did not have startling results on my freckled and aged skin the other claim to make your skin seem brighter is true. The serum is gentle and cooling when applied, making my skin feel refreshed, soft and glowing. Garnier’s Vitamin C Serum glides smoothly onto your skin, soaks in easily and a small amount has excellent coverage over the face and neck area. The product works well under day cream and makeup. It's a creamy lightweight serum and absorbs into the skin beautifully leaving my skin hydrated, moistured and with a subtle glow. I didn't notice any skin pigmentation or dark spots reduce in colour, however I found it to be a nice serum for in the morning before applying my makeup which left my skin looking radiant through my makeup. The packaging looks appealing and the bottle and dropper feel very sturdy. I use this twice a day and at night I use it with my Foreo Luna 3 Plus to perform microelectric massages with it and it works so beautifully. The serum absorbs nicely and has a very lovely texture. In terms of efficacy, I didn't really notice much of an improvement to my skin but then again, my skin has never looked so good since being on the Carnivore diet. While I did not see the significant reduction in rosacea scarring I was incredibly impressed withe the way this felt on my skin. My skin is reactive and i had zero reaction and the serum went on cleanly with no stickiness on application. I sprayed my skin with a light water mist and then applied the product following with a moisturising primer and normal makeup. Zero pilling. I was gifted a product to trial and review.
