Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great lightweight coverage I always use Colorstay so I thought I would trial a sample of the NEW Illuminance Skin-Caring Foundation and found it had great lightweight coverage. Unfortunately, the colour sets a little dark for me and next time I will try a shade lighter. My daughter also tried this and liked the coverage but again the shade was too dark. We both were trying to guess what the scent was and agreed it smells like play dough. A little too strong a scent for me so for now I will stay with my Colorstay.

Found it better to use brush or fingertips instead of beauty blender. Didn’t irritate or flake – I have combination skin. Great for everyday use. Would recommend a setting spray and powder over the top as I found my T-zone got very shiny by the afternoon. The pump bottle was really easy to use and dispensed a good amount of product to work with. Came off easily with micellar water and felt like it didn’t clog my pores. I use Nars sheer glow as my spendy product and I would say this is a good savey option.

The coverage was buildable, allowing me to achieve the desired level of coverage without feeling heavy on the skin. To make it last all day, I found that using a primer as a base was beneficial. While it worked well for my dry skin, I still made sure to moisturize with my regular skincare routine before applying the foundation. Pleased to say that it provided a flawless finish and I'm impressed with its performance.

I did like the level of coverage, it blurred imperfections but didn’t cake on to create a heavy look. It lasted most of the day, but I found it to wear thin over my nose and under my eyes after 6 hours. I think I would use this as my winter foundation to keep my skin hydrated in the harsh cold. It washes off well and didn’t leave foundation stains on my white shirt collars. I don’t feel as though it reduced the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles but I wouldn’t expect that from a foundation. It’s a competitive market and I personally don’t feel I would purchase this product again because it doesn’t give me a natural, well blended, long lasting, dewy finish. It gave a real skin-like finish which I enjoyed. The finish is super close to Mac’s radiance face and body sheer foundation. It was super easily to apply, just make sure you have a good moisturise beforehand as I did find it cling to my incredibly dry skin patches otherwise. It’s usually so hard to find a good pale shade in drugstore ranges but the colour match was great! It lasted pretty well throughout the day as well. It was good to know it has some skin nourishing ingredients, although I couldn’t see any noticeable changes in my skin.

And although this foundation IS heavier than what I'm used it, I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't look heavy on my face and didn't crease at all. Revlon Illuminance Skin-Caring Foundation made my skin look bright and glowing and sat nicely on my face all day. I was complimented serveral times while wearing it at work. I would certainly consider including this foundation in my daily routine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A pretty, illuminating foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to be given the opportunity to try this foundation through Beauty Crew as I have been really into natural finish and luminous foundations lately. Despite the fact that I can get quite oily throughout the day, I find that if I apply the right base (moisturiser and sunscreen that set to a dryer finish and a good mattifying primer) and set my T-zone with a good setting powder, that I can pull off a luminous foundation such as this one. The packaging is fairly basic; a strong plastic bottle, but it does have a good pump. Where Revlon wishes to stand out with this product (in my opinion) is the skincare provided in the foundation. I appreciate this as well, as both HA and squalane have worked well for me in skincare products. This foundation has light coverage. I like to apply it with a dense brush then blend it in with a damp sponge and it looks quite pretty. It does need a touch of powder to lock it in all day and prevent creasing. It wears relatively well for my skin, usually it is left on for about 10 hours and by the end it is partly gone but without looking patchy. Overall I enjoy this foundation and recommend it to those with all different skin types!

The coverage felt like it was a light to medium coverage, covering blemishes without feeling too heavy. Application was simple and and it didn’t feel like I had to go over and double layer. I had so many compliments that my skin looked radiant and glowing. By the end of the day my skin felt a little oily and my foundation was transferring very easily, so it may need a setting spray or powder. A little bit of the foundation does go a very long way, so the bottle will last a while! There were no smells which was great, and the pumped amount was the perfect amount for application. All up it’s definitely a great foundation if you want a natural dewy glowing look with perfect colour matching!

I prepped my skin using a primer & I only need 2 small pumps to cover my face with a beauty blender. I did need to use some powder to seal the product and I did find that it rubbed off when I wore my glasses which I kind of think there’s no way to avoid that really. I have recommended it to my friends who have completely different skin tone to me and they are seeing good results aswell. The packaging is very user friendly and great for travelling with the cap that seals over the pump. The product feels very light on my skin & I sometimes forgot I had makeup on! It kept my skin feeling hydrated and not drying out as the day progressed. The fact that this product provides full coverage and hydration for my skin all day is an absolute bonus and great for wearing on a daily basis or as a special occasion!

I am very pleasantly surprised to say that this foundation was very similar! First the colour match was great for my skin tone. The bottle pump was easy to use and didn’t get clogged. I use a brush for application and found this easy to blend into the skin. My other products also say nicely on top. I always prefer a dewy foundation over matte as I feel it looks better on my dryer skin. This finish was lovely and balanced the dewy perfectly, not ones did I look oily or too shiny. I had a lovely glow! The foundation wore nice throughout my day and travelled well through commute and work. I can’t comment too much if I saw any skin care benefits, I did not notice change in my skin. However I certainly felt this product sat nicely with my overall skin concerns. I think for the price this is a fantastic day to day foundation with buildable coverage and a lovely finish!

I love when skincare and makeup are combined into one product. It's like multitasking with your skincare and looks. The product is light yet build-able to your preferred coverage. The addition of Hyaluronic acid provides hydration and dewy glowing effect to the foundation. It's a great product from Revlon. Affordable and efficient. If you are like me who does not like cakey or heavy makeup, this is a great foundation. The only thing for me was that the shade I received didn't match my skin, I'd go for a lighter shade next time.

I had a little bit of trial and error initially to work out how to get it to sit on my skin nicely but after using different tools to put it on I found a stippling brush worked best and the beauty blender was the worst. I also found it sat better on my skin without my primer. I think this is going to be really great going into winter when everything gets even drier and on occasions that I prefer hydration over full coverage.

So I was pleasantly surprised at how well the colour matched. The formula is pretty great. I have a combination skin and the formula worked great. It is moisturising without being heavy. A little goes a long way so it great for daily use. No need to use a lot of product at all. It is easy to blend and work with and evens our the skin well. It gives the skin a very lovely finish. It is also very easy to use the other products on top.

I don’t wear much by way of base makeup, usually a CC serum only, so I was worried that this foundation would make my skin feel heavy and suffocated. I needn’t have worried. This foundation is easy to apply, medium to full coverage, and as other reviewers have said already, a little goes a really long way. After application my skin still felt like it could breathe, the finish was definitely satin to dewy which I love. I don’t usually foray into drug store makeup either, but I know that Revlon has a host of awesome products and after trialling this foundation, I’ll definitely be exploring the range further.

To start with i tonight the packaging was easy to use with a pump that gives out a good amount. I love that it’s skincare in makeup with some great ingredients that are good for your skin. I also liked that the coverage wasn’t too heavy and it didn’t leave my skin too shiny like a lot of foundations do. It just left a subtle glow. I also found this foundation had good lasting coverage- it wasn’t wiping off at the end of the day. This is also a big plus for me. I would buy this again. He only reason for 4 stars is the price is probably a tad higher than I would like. Otherwise great foundation all round. Definitely recommend giving a go if you are looking for a foundation that gives your skin food.

The formula is moisturising without being oily, yet it gives the skin a very nice glow, which is sometimes hard to achieve without resulting too shiny! I always use sunscreen as a base and I didn't have any issues applying the foundation on top. The application is very easy, both with a brush or fingers, and the product spreads evenlu with ease. One pump is enough to cover the whole face. What I liked the most though, is how buildable this foundation is! You can easily achieve a natural look and achieve a higher coverage by apply again. I would definitely recommend it!

(Big fan of HA) As I’m getting older my skin is becoming drier in certain spots, so I don’t wear a lot of heavy makeup anymore. I liked that this foundation was hydrating on my skin and didn’t feel Cakey. I liked the glow it gave to my skin. I still applied powder on top, just for extra setting power as being a mum of 2 doesn’t give me much time for touch ups anymore. The colour was a good match for my skin tone, and it didn’t oxidise on my skin. I just added more bronzer when I fake tanned. I’d recommend this foundation to family and friends. Especially people with drier skin types.

I feel like this should be more common, foundation's with lots of benefits as opposed to just a foundation. This foundation is like a bb cream but better Lightweight, easy to blend, doesn't cake and has a medium to buildable coverage. This is a permanent product in my routine, that's for sure I cannot fault it!! Knowing I can wear foundation that lasts on my skin that also is benefiting me is the best It's glowy, radiant and dewy so if you like that then I highly recommend this foundation

It was hydrating and applied really easily. It is more lightweight and light-medium coverage, you have to build a bit for it to have more coverage, but for light coverage and replacement to concealer or cc/bb creams, it does the job. It looks quite natural. I did find it has a bit of a smell, which I personally didn't like but that is a small element. It is pretty good for a colour match and the pump was really easy to use and released the perfect amount of foundation. You didn't have to worry about too much coming out. Would recommend to try if wanting a nice affordable hydrating foundation

It felt quite hydrating and dewy on the skin and didn’t dry out. Only thing I was disappointed with was the shade I chose which was slightly a little lighter than I would have liked. but it was still wearable and able to build up with powder or bronzer. I Would definitely look at purchasing revlon illuminance skin caring foundation again and including it in my daily regime.

Love the simple packaging and the pump applicator. No smell like some foundations, quiet thin consistency, making it feel light weight on the skin, yet build able, would sat light to medium coverage. Applied easily with both brush and damp beauty blender. I prefer the beauty blender approach. Good longevity, lasts all day no problems. Some are too oily, some have high coverage but look overly fake and heavy so I was a bit tentative when I received Revlon Illuminance Skin-Caring Foundation. So pleasantly surprised as it was moisturising without being too oily, provided good coverage and lasted the day and doesn't cost a fortune. I felt like it was a good skincare product and protected my skin from the elements, it was not drying and not too heavy. It gives a natural finish and very flattering

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Skincare meets foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who suffers with dry skin I struggle finding a foundation that doesn’t clingy to my dry patches or makes my skin even drier throughout the day wearing it. I was a little skeptical as to how the joining of skincare and foundation was going to go but I’m so glad I tried it as it is revolutionary! My skin doesn’t feel disgusting come the end of the day, it doesn’t feel dry or cakey. I feel like I could leave the office and go out for the night and not have to reapply anything as my skin still looks flawless from the morning. I will be purchasing this foundation again once I have tan out and have already persuaded my friends to go get it for themselves.

With the added Hyaluronic Acid I feel confident my skin is improving each day I use it. my skin is noticeably rehydrated after use and I love how this also resistant to sweat and the humidity perfect for the climate in Queensland Blends evenly over your skin and sets with a natural finish as described by Revlon Able to reduce the appearance of some fine lines within the 4 weeks I trialled the product and am going to continue in the hope that it has the same effect on some more of my fine lines or wrinkles I also have a few sun spots on my face this foundation has helped to blur those satisfactorily. I will definately repurchase this product any highly recommend it to anyone looking to try a new foundation

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dewy and radiant [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trialed this product for a few weeks and am enjoying it as an everyday foundation for work. Firstly, having a foundation which offers skincare at the same time means I can skip adding a serum or other moisturiser underneath. A real timesaver. I found the colour matched my skin better than my current foundation, which was a real plus. The coverage lasted all day with setting powder applied. Slight settling into fine lines, but not as much as other brands I have used. Overall I really liked this foundation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thin but good! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened this product and saw it was a pump bottle I was pleasantly surprised! The packaging is sleek and simple, although the product inside is not. At first pump, this foundation in very thin and started to run away from me before it gave me the chance at apply it to my face. Although once I caught it again, it didn’t disappoint. The thin consistency allows you to level up your coverage, leaving you to enjoy simple fresh ‘no make up’ make up days or a night out dressed up to the nines! I found this foundation to be very luminous, meaning there was no need to layer in a brighter keeping it feeling light on my skin. The less products for me the better! Happy to have been able to trial this product and it will most definitely be added to my rotation of foundations.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hydrating & Glowy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with the Revlon Illuminance Skin-Caring Foundation. Being am oily skim gal, I was worried that the foundation would separate through the day leaving my coverage patchy and my face shiny. This foundation sat perfectly on top of sunscreen, left my skin feeling hydrated and stayed on without separating. The foundation initially seemed a shade too light for my skin tone but after 10 mins matched my skin perfectly. I love that the foundation is a mix of makeup and skincare and would love to see the benefits of using it in my skin long term. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is after a foundation with a glowy/radiant finish with similar result to high end foundations.
