I am usually taking Magnesium tablets, and I hate swallowing pills so this was a very pleasant change as they also taste great. I was quite keen to try this Swisse Gummie product as I’ve been aiming to increase my magnesium intake lately. Unfortunately, I did not notice much of a difference in my health or muscle/nerve function after 3 weeks of daily intake. Perhaps it takes a bit longer for effects to be more apparent? I will continue to take them for another month at least to gauge effects properly, as they are natural and so convenient to take (and carry).

Usually magnesium comes as a non pleasant tasting powder or a huge tablet, so to be able to increase my magnesium intake in a lovely tasting gummy was a joy and actually made me want to take them, rather than avoiding them. The fact that they are sugar free and knowing how good magnesium is for your body, means you feel pretty good when taking them. I’m looking forward to trying some of the other gummies in their range.

They are easier to take and more desirable than a chewable. The gummy texture is a little hard but tastes really good. They are also sugar free which is another great quality I like. I've been taking powdered magnesium in water for a few years now and it's just...disgusting...but the gummies even taste good! I must admit, the amount of magnesium in them doesn't compare to what I was taking before, and I have unfortunately noticed a different, but BUT I have reduced the amount of powdered magnesium I take and have supplemented that with the gummies. I've been doing that for about 2 weeks now and it's been great! I hate the price. It's way too expensive, and for that reason only, I won't be purchasing again, but if they were on special, I definitely would!

Strong orange flavour (would love to have a berry option too!), really good texture - I often find gummies a bit plasticy, but these were really good - a bit like a jelly baby. I'm not sure they really helped with my muscles at all, but I'm going to continue talking them and see how they build up in my system.

Maybe they need to take a longer time to build up in my system to see results. I love the taste of the gummies and how easy to digest. I've noticed that Magnesium citrate is at the top of the list of ingredients which is a good sign that the product has potential. It is basically an electrolyte/salt that the body needs after an exercise. It. I love that it has no added sugar or artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. Overall I haven't experienced any muscle relaxation or boost in my muscle function.

The flavour is off-putting and makes my stomach turn, the gummies don't break down quickly meaning you have to chew and chew and chew before they even fall apart in your mouth. Then when they do break apart they're all just separated into little smaller, slimy bits. I had to throw the entire container out. I didn't expect them to taste like lollies, but I also didn't think they'd be so gross. Sorry Swisse, you've got great products but this isn't one of them!
