Plain and simple, easy to chew with a great flavour, can make you want to have a extra one like they are jube lollies. I exercise and walk a lot so need magnesium to restore my muscles. I take them everyday and especially after exercising or walking, I find my muscles are not giving me any problems and the dummies appear to be doing what they claim. I will certainly continue to use them.

It is also important to me that they are suitable for vegetarians, which this brand is. I didn’t undergo excess physical exercise during my period of taking them so I cannot comment on muscular recovery assistance, I was however working really hard with long hours and I felt the supplements only benefited me.
