It is also important to me that they are suitable for vegetarians, which this brand is. I usually take the Swisse magnesium tablet, but have been taking these gummies instead and it's a fun and convenient way to take this supplement every day! The flavour and texture of the gummies is pleasant. The only downside is I take my supplements before I go to bed, so if I've just brushed my teeth, I usually just wait until morning to eat them.

I've found that since taking these gummies after exercising that my legs didn't feel as sore. I really like the fact that these don't taste like sugary lollies like other gummies.
