Our Schmidt's Lavender & Sage fragrance will keep you smelling fresh all day with our unique blend of essential oils and plant-based odour fighters which help to neutralise odour. Our Schmidt's deodorant sprays are formulated with no aluminium salts and no artificial fragrance. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Effective Natural Deodorant [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trialled the Schmidt's Natural Deodorant Spray Lavender & Sage, and found it to be an effective deodorant, even during the past few days which exceeded 30 Degrees Celsius. Although I found this product to be effective, easy to use, and like that it is a natural deodorant with no aluminium salts or artificial fragrances, I probably wouldn't buy this specific scent again. When I first sprayed it, my husband did walk past and asked if I just sprayed a toilet spray - I'm not joking, and neither was he. Having said that, I only notice the scent when I apply it in the morning. In summary, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective natural deodorant with no aluminium salts or artificial fragrances, however just not this specific lavender scent product in the range.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works well- smells horrid [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lavender and sage spray is the first natural deodorant I have tried so while I cannot compare to other natural deodorants I did find that the spray worked quite well. It was easy to use, very comfortable and did not have the dry irritated feeling I usually get with spray on deodorants. It also had no transfer which is important to me. However, the smell was awful. I was asked after putting it on why I was wearing mozzie spray. Not pleasant. If someone was interested in a natural deodorant that is not tested on animals- in terms of effectiveness I would recommend but, in a different smell!

As far as natural deodorants go, it's definitely better than others. I found the smell nice but a tad overpowering, especially when needing to refresh post-workout and spray more than once. No white marks were a plus. The nozzle definitely needs improving so it can disperse evenly and with more product, as I felt I had to double spray to get the product like it was wearing out. I really do love the idea of eco-friendly deodorant and I think with improvements this would be a 5/5

This was my first time trying a natural deodorant and for me, I found it to be unpleasant. I found the Lavender to be very overpowering and unpleasant. I wasn't a fan of the mist nozzle, but that could be purely because I'm just used to the nozzle on your average deodorant can. The scent is very very strong, I could smell it through my clothes all day - which can be a good thing but I was worried if the people around me would find it unpleasant.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too strong a smell for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky I got to review this product as part of the trial team. It is also the first time I've used a natural deodorant as I've always found them to be a lot more expensive than the regular deodorant. I found this a great opportunity to try it and it came in a large sized container so I know that it will last a long time. There are only two things I am not a fan of - both of which are personal preferences and not a flaw in the product. One is that I do not enjoy spray deodorants. I find roll-ons a lot more practical as sprays tend to be spray too strong that it covers an area larger than your armpit and ends up a lot of wastage. This one seemed to have a finer sized nozzle than others I've seen which i was pleased about but not enough to convert me to spray. Second was the smell. I unfortunately got the lavender and sage smell and i do not like lavender at all. It was also so strong that I couldn't smell any of the sage. So this would be a great deodorant for those that want to go down the natural route and like spray deodorants and the smell combination.

I felt like I smelled like a grandma or I had rolled in a lavender bush. It also left me feeling really sticky and wet I have used many natural deodorants before and I have never experienced this issue before. I usually opted for a roll on natural deodorant and fine that they don't leave my under arm feeling sticky and wet they tend to dry pretty quickly and leave me feeling fresh all day. I would not repurchase this particular scent of natural deodorant. I found that by the end of the day I smelt a little bit sweaty mixed with lavender which wasn't that pleasant. I did however like that it wasn't tested on animals and is cruelty free which is a big draw card for my purchases. I may try some of the other scents as they seem to suit my smell preference a little better. But overall this scent was not for me.

There was nothing I liked about this deodorant, not only is it incredibly overpowering it’s made me absolutely stink by the time I was home from work and I work in an office building with freezing air conditioning. I was really disappointed because it was talked up so much. I gave it 3 days chance until I couldn’t handle the stench of myself anymore, I’ve used other natural deodorants and have never had it wear off so quickly. I’m really disappointed because I wasn’t to love it and it just wasn’t for me unfortunately

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sucks [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use Corpus Naturals No Green, so I’m not a stranger to a natural deodorants. I wore this to a standard work day - 10 hour shift with a 1.5hr commute on either side - and applied it in the morning. I work inside a large shopping centre, and it was a hot day but the aircon was running. The packaging is nice - no trouble spraying it, and it didn’t leave any white marks. That is about all the positive feedback I have. This deodorants smells absolutely terrible - like a very artificial lavender Airwick spray - and did not mask any scent. I would not reuse this, nor repurchase, nor recommend this product - unless you are sitting in an air conditioned room and not moving. Get literally anything else.
