It has absolutely natural fragrance such as fresh lavender plant or essential oil. It doesn’t have any sharp smell as I don’t like other deodorant sprays, it has very delegate and Natural smell. After using for few days,, felt so fresh and smell lasts for almost all day long. I will definitely recommend this deodorant for sensitive people particularly. As it is a good effort towards chemical free deodorants. I will really appreciate the efforts behind this product and natural deodorant spray would be my first favourite purchase of this year. So happy to use it and highly recommended, especially for sensitive people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to receive the Schmidt's Natural Deodorant in “Lavender & Sage” and started using it as soon as it arrived in the mail. My package was well wrapped, so there was no damage to the product inside. The size of the can and amount of product you get is very generous and great value, and lasts a long time. I really like the packaging, particularly the nozzle. I feel it was thoughtfully designed. I also really like how finely this sprays / mists, dispersing the product evenly and effectively. This deodorant really works, (exactly how I do not know). But I do know that I am not left smelling disgusting or musty at the end of the day. I can smell it faintly after a full 8-9 hour day of work, and I work outdoors in the heat, in a very active job. I also sweat a lot! I saw that someone else commented on the 48 hour claim, and whilst I am a fan and would definitely repurchase, I wouldn’t agree that it lasts 48 hours. The amount of scent with these sprays is strong but not over bearing or over powering. Possibly if you are someone who doesn’t like too much smell to your deodorant, you may find it a little much, but I really think it’s okay. I will say, that I don’t LOVE the Lavender and Sage smell, but I think that mostly comes down to personal preference, and not being a huge Lavender person. (Can you bring out a orange / bergamot and sage one? I love that there are more natural deodorants coming out, and this one is definitely one of the big contenders in terms of effectiveness, price and availability. I have quite sensitive and reactive skin, so I am pretty careful with what I put on it, so I am quite pleased to be able to use and recommend this to anyone in a similar situation. I also really like that there’s minimal to no stickiness after spraying, as some deodorants leave behind an awful residue or feeling on the skin. I have tested this deodorant with shirts of all colours and materials and have also not found that it discolours my clothes in any way, nor does it leave white marks on black or dark clothing. Big thumbs up for that! Overall, I am a big fan of these Schmidt's Natural Deodorant's and I will repurchase the deodorant, just not this scent.

I found it smelt great and worked effective to keep me smelling and feeling fresh. The lock nozzle and easy of use makes it a great staple for everyday or travel. The scent admittedly wasn't my favourite. I don't think I'd opt for a lavender smelling deodorant in future, but that's not to say the other scents could be my suited to my preferences. The design isn't something I'd necessarily reach for, however now that I've tried this and know it works it's definitely something I will look for next time I run out of deodorant.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One of the better natural deos [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried a couple of different natural deodorants and most of them didnt work for me but I had heard great things about the Schmidt's range so i was excited to give this one a go. The natural deodorant spray has no aluminium salts or artificial fragrances, making it a nice choice for those who are cautious with the ingredients in their personal hygiene products. I found this particular scent of lavender and sage a bit too overpowering personally but would be open to trying the other scents in this range. The spray is fine and mists over the underarms well, leaving no excess product that transfers to clothes. I found it to provide a nice level of protection from scent and sweat, though it didn't last 48hrs as advertised.

My go to has always been a leading competitor cream roll on which I have been using for years. I never thought to go natural as they don't really have great reviews for people who tend to sweat alot (this is me, she is I). The first time I sprayed the Schmidt's deodorant I was surprised at the smell - it wasn't unpleasant but it's also not a scent I would want in a deodorant that will be on my skin. The scent was tolerable and after a few minutes I didn't really notice it, neither anyone else. As the day went on I realised that I was not sweating and that day was a hot, humid Sydney Summer day. I was pleased with the results so much that I now use this deodorant daily and will be trying the other scents when my current one is depleted. Definitely worth a try if you are wanting to venture into natural deodorants.

First impressions the initial smell is strong but also really fresh and nice. I really like the because it’s spray compared to natural roll on deodorant it is really quick to dry which means I can get dressed quicker not having to wait for it dry. It wears pretty well, certainly up there as the top natural deodorants I’ve used. I still have reapply after about 5 hours but that is pretty good for me! Overall I recommend this deodorant to a friend. It’s certainly a good transition for those wanting to try natural deodorant.

I haven't tried a natural deodorant before so I was happy to find out that it is just as effective. The lavendar scent is quite strong when spraying but it quickly settles down into a very natural and light lavendar, woody scent. I really love lavendar so this suited me. I love that the light scent isn't obvious and isn't one of those very obvious deodorant scents. The consistency is very light and not sticky at all. I felt and smelt fresh all day, even after a 10km walk in the afternoon. Really happy with this product and would reccomend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasant smell and good coverage [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schmidt's natural deodorant spray is in a medium sized can, making it ideal to throw into your handbag or gym bag without the bulk. The spray is even and disperses really well to cover the underarm area effectively. The lavender smell is refreshing without being super overpowering. I don't usually wear natural deodorant as I don't find it works well enough to reduce odour, however I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Whilst you still get some wetness (as with all natural deodorants), this one does cover the body odour smell quite well. I would recommend wearing it for a day without much exercise and mild weather as when I wore it on a hot day and went for a walk the effectiveness was greatly reduced. It claims to be 48 hour coverage although I found myself respraying multiple times a day to maintain effectiveness so it definitely didn't last 48 hours for me. It is extremely eco friendly and I also love that it is natural, without artificial fragrances making me more comfortable to wear it around my newborn twins.

The product seems to do a decent job of deodorising, provided I don’t exercise and sweat too heavily. The can sprays nicely (not too thick) and I love that it is ozone friendly and better for the environment and the body. It’s also a very good size. I would recommend to people who are interested in using natural deodorants. I would perhaps prefer a less floral scent, perhaps something a bit woody (like the Aesop deodorant).

I've used this spray for 3 weeks now and have not noticed much. It's light and airy. The smell is ok, I'm not a fan of lavender so it was good the smell wasn't so strong. I did use this product over hot days but did not notice anything different by the end of the day. The only difference I've noticed is I don't have to wait for the deodorant to dry before putting on my t shirt. I can just spray and put my clothes on. I have noticed it has all natural ingredients and free from aluminium. Great that it's economical friendly to the environment and free from synthetic ingredients to our bodies.

It doesn't leave any residue on your clothes. The only downside of using this product is if you sweat a lot, you might have to reapply it again. It smells fine but it's just a fragrance spray. I don't think there's anything in it combat outdoor, break down bacteria, etc. It just masks it, and it doesn't last very long. I do like the spray. It has 0 residue.. and it smells great! The only downside is if I apply it then go workout/sweet a lot I have to re apply.. but it’s so easy to apply I don’t really care about that! Great product I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to your stick I love this spray so much

But it also doesn’t stay as long as regular deodorants sadly. I have to re-apply more regularly than I typically would with other products, I prefer the smell to linger but that’s just me! It’s great on sensitive skin. I love the idea of natural deodorants and I have tried other brands which I won’t name and they smell awful , this scent is gentle and actually quite pretty. I think if I were to switch from regular deodorants to natural this would definitely be the number one brand on my list!!

Some things I do like about this product is the packaging is very nice and I also really like the way that it sprays. A lot of regular deodorant cans are very strong and can cause white stains however schmidt’s is very gentle. I also like the idea of natural deodorants overall. What I didn’t like was the scent, I usually enjoy a sweeter or more citrus smell so I am definitely not opposed to trying some of the other scents as they seem like something that would suit me more. Overall I would recommend this deodorant brand to people and as for the scent, I personally wouldn’t purchase it again but I I know many people that do love lavender scents and would recommend it to them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from interesting [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first time i used a natural deodorant like this, I've used roll ons in the past but this was really cool and different. it was a bit weird because naturally i wanted to shake it but you don't, and i like that it was all natural and good for the environment i didn't like the sage smell but I would gladly try others in the range, but my partner liked it, i felt like the sage was really really strong and bit too much. it didn't feel horrible on my skin when i sprayed it and it lasted all day even with the horrible hot days Sydney has been getting.

Personally I am not the biggest fan of lavender, although my sister really liked the smell. I found the scent to be a bit too strong when I first sprayed it on, and it faded really quickly. I would only wear this deodorant on days where I'm doing light activities cos it definitely does not last 48 hrs. However, I like that its made of natural ingredients and is not tested on animals. I have really sensitive skin so it's always nice to not worry about whether my skin will have a reaction.

Upon first impression, this deodorant has quite a strong scent but it's not too overpowering, which is good for those who are sensitive to smells or wear a nice perfume already. I would recommend to people who are interested in using natural deodorants, but I probably wouldn't purchase again as I prefer the outcome and experience of my normal roll on deodorant. The reason being is I exercise heavily and find that this deodorant did not last very long. Perhaps on a lower energy day this might work? Who knows!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Scent was too strong [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is very cute and compact however the Schmidt’s natural deodorant had a very strong lavender and Sage scent (and I don’t have a great sense of smell) and made it quite hard to breathe for a little bit. Other than the scent being too strong for me, the deodorant sprayed nice and evenly. It also felt drying on the armpits when you first spray it but after a half an hour, I started to sweat again (however the weather has been horrifically humid and sticky in QLD). Overall, I personally would not buy the product due to the scent and duration of the deodorant.

It is not offensive and smells really strong like other chemical aerosol deodorants. I did have to reapply on a very hot and sweaty day! And I brought it in to the office and it was fine. Do not have to worry about setting off any fire alarms or offending other people with the smell. Smells fresh and keeps me feeling clean. The best thing for me is that I know it is not harming my skin or the planet. Would be nice to have this in a roller ball or a mousse/cream version similar to Native Deodorant like a paste as I prefer that texture for eco deodorants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn’t my first time using a natural deodorant, but it is the first time using a spray on natural deodorant. I really wasn’t a fan of roll ons as it can feel sticky and tacky on the skin. I love that this one didn’t leave my arm pits feeling tacky. I absolutely love that this doesn’t have aluminium, as it was one of the reasons why I stopped using conventional deodorants. Disclosure I’m not a naturally sweaty person, but having used this in the Aussie summed, I didn’t find myself becoming smelly or needing to reapply. My only qualm with this product, which was sent to me to trial, was the scent. Lavender isn’t normally a scent I would go for, but I found this really overpowering and didn’t die down even after 10 or so minutes. In the end I had to change my shirt so it wasn’t so strong. I also found that a lot came out with each spritz. I wish maybe half the amount would come out at a time, as my pits just felt so wet afterwards. Overall, I’d be keen to try another scent from this brand and type of deo, but I won’t be continuing to use the lavender one as it just reminded me of a grandmothers bathroom…harsh I know. But it really did!

The smell was suuuper overwhelming and it lingered all day (which if you like the smell, great! But for me I felt like it was giving me a headache). Maybe another scent may have been a better pick for me but I just didn’t love it sorry! Since the smell lingered all day, the product itself worked so that’s definitely a plus. I didn’t feel like I needed to put deodorant on again or felt like I smelt sweaty through the day, just personally couldn’t get over the lavender smell.

I liked that the mists were not too fine that I would choke on it. However, the scent did not last too long (basically only a few hours). Second, speaking of scent, I am not sure how I feel about the lavender and sage combo. The lavender and sage scent was there but it is a little too warm toned for me as I prefer a refreshing scent like rose. Hence I'll give this product a 3 stars. It's not too bad of a product but not really for me at the moment.

I’ve used other natural deodorants but I never went back because of the difficulty of use - but Schmidt’s has the ease of your normal deodorant with the same protection and added benefit of no nasties. A gentle aerosol that would be great for skin sensitivities however the lavender scent is a tad overpowering. I’m not the biggest fan of lavender but I do think it might be an issue for those sensitive to strong smells. Overall - it did its job! Schmidt’s acted like your regular deodorant, protected for sweat and smells almost all day long (I reapplied after heavy exercise). I would buy again but in another scent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schmidt's natural deodorant spray has a unique lavender scent that is quite strong at first instance. It almost smells like toilet spray or a really strong liquid detergent/ cleaning product which I didn't in fact enjoy. The overpowering scent does make it a little unbearable, however, upon spraying the deodorant, I did notice that it was long-lasting and refreshing on my skin. I don't usually buy natural deodorants when I go shopping as I always feel like I need something very strong and long-lasting due to my active nature and constantly being on the run. This was the first time I have tried a natural deodorant and I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised that it offered long-lasting odour protection. I could smell it on my skin throughout the day and didn't feel the need to do a top-up mid afternoon. I also appreciated the fact that there was no residue either which I experience quite often when I purchase non-natural deodorants. There is nothing more annoying than having white residue left on my skin and on my clothes post spritzing and having to sit there cleaning it off afterwards especially when you're on the run and time poor! Thankfully this was not the case with the Schmidt's natural deodorant spray as it has a watery translucent texture and evenly disperses under your arms. The spray is medium-sized and quite light, making it super handy for traveling. I can just throw it in my gym bag or work bag and not feel like it is weighing me down. However, I was a little disappointed with the packaging. It could have been a little more vibrant and exciting to entice me to want to try it. The deodorant is finished in a satin white hue with small black text and a pop of purple detailed vertically on the bottle. It jus looks quite dull and boring and there is nothing about the bottle that screams "try me". I would probably dismiss it if I came across it on the shelves at the supermarket as it is not attention-grabbing at all and just blends in with the rest of the deodorants out there. Overall, it was really gentle on my skin and I loved that all the ingredients were non-toxic and soothing thanks to shea butter and coconut oil. I really enjoyed its long-lasting nature. I would say it lasts for up to 48 hours as explained on the bottle and does not include aluminium salts and artificial fragrances. It is affordable and reasonably priced so if you're on a budget it definitely ticks that box. A little goes a long way and I would say one can would last you for about 4 weeks which is pretty good value. I probably wouldn't purchase the natural deodorant spray in lavender and sage again as the scent was way too strong for my liking but would consider trying the bergamot and lime scent to see if I would prefer that. But, if you are someone who loves the smell of lavender then I would definitely recommend this product! I give this product a score of 3 out of 5.

It is effective in masking odour, although perhaps not for the 48 hours stated on the bottle. Keeping in mind that it is not an anti-perspirant, although you still sweat, the spray definitely helps control any unpleasant scents. I enjoyed the fine mist that this spray creates, coined ‘eco-spray’ by the company. It’s ozone friendly and doesn’t make the underarm area feel wet upon application. If I were to repurchase, I would likely not choose this scent. It’s quite strongly fragranced, and as I am not a fan of lavender scents, this is not my favourite. In fact, my husband likened it to mosquito repellant!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Scent a bit too Strong, but its a good one [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received the trail of this Schmidt's Natural Deodorant Spray Lavender & Sage and used it for a couple of days. I found the scent of this Lavender is a bit too strong for me, as this is the only scent that I received, I'm not sure about the other scents. I would say that I'm quite sensitive to smell. But on the other side, it does keep my armpit smells good especially on a sunny and sweaty day. It is also very light weighted but effective, you would not feel any stickiness or heaviness on your body. As my skin is really sensitive, there's no allergies and the good thing of this product is that its a certified natural deodorant, and I feel extremely safe to use it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful scent for your grandmother [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this, unfortunately Schmidt’s natural deodorant spray didn’t live up to my expectations. 1st up, I think it’s priced rather highly as majority of people will be grabbing what’s on sale on under $10 a can. I’n saying that it honestly was the best natural spray deodorant I have found. The spray was even and constant unlike some. It didn’t leave a wet feeling on your armpits unlike some that you sand there for a minute or so flapping at your armpits to dry! The Lavender scent was rather strong (I understand that’s supposed to be the scent) but it felt like it belonged in my grandmothers nursing home. That’s given me idea, here’s a gift for you granny! Living in the QLD and being summertime this most definitely didn’t like the 48 hours as advertised on the bottle but I think on a regular day indoors it would see the working day out. All in all solid attempt at a natural spray deodorant, think I’ll the the sandalwood and citrus a go next time (when on sale).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A gentle mist of scent [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is unlike any other deodorant I have tried before. The nozzle itself mists the product rather than sprays, so the overall effect is diffused. I liked that it was a gentle mist, however it does mean the product is harder to apply in a localised spot. The scent itself while initially not so bad, fades away to smell quite artificial. I didn’t find this product particularly effective in preventing sweat/odour, however I did test it on a day where I was undertaking some heavy exercise. Perhaps on a lower energy day this might work, it definitely felt gentle on the skin.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Natural misty deodorant [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trialing Schmidt's deodorant spray which comes in 3 different scents. The one I tried was lavender and sage. Lets's firstly point out the positives. From first look the spray bottle is quite compact and nice to hold in your hand. The branding is apealing yet minimal. The spray comes with a lock and unlock turn function which clicks each time, which i found very handy. The spray is very soft, misty and gentle against the skin. The deodorant is quite effective with reducing any noticeble BO throughout the day. As for the negatives, it was a bit hard to press the nozzle. I generally like the scent of lavender but unfortunately not in this case. The scent is very fragrant and somewhat smells unpleasant a bit like toilet spray. Perhaps the other scents are better which I'd still be interested in trying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from An effective natural deodorant [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried many natural deodorants in the past but haven't found any particularly effective ones (meaning, I become quite smelly by the end of the day). However I was pleasantly surprised by this Schmidt's natural deodorant. I tried it during some particularly hot summer days, and was pleased to see (or rather, smell) that it managed to stave off any offensive BO. I was also happy that the deodorant has an eco-friendly propellant. The only thing that's knocked off a couple of stars off my rating is the deodorant's smell; I've found it to be super overpowering and unpleasant when first sprayed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strong scent, great mist [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very sensitive to strong scents and smells, so I found the Schmidt's Natural Deodorant Spray (Lavender and Sage) to be very overwhelming at first. However, in saying that, the scent is not overpowering for the entire duration of wear. I love that the bottle has a misting nozzle, rather than a spray nozzle, as I could easily control the amount of deodorant I wanted to apply. This deodorant didn't seem to build up on my skin after using it, like some other aerosol deodorants tend to do. This deodorant gives the added bonus of being animal and ozone friendly. I would definitely consider purchasing again or trying a different scent to see what works best for me.
