The toothbrush looks beautiful, the way it connects to the charging station is smooth overall the design is great. I don’t like that the charging station is a usb cord but doesn’t come with the wall connector though, it’s inconvenient and if you don’t have a black wall connector for it it ruins the aesthetic of it on your counter. What I really dislike is actually using the toothbrush, something about the design of the rush means that when using it you can feel the vibrations on your lip in an unpleasant almost ticklish way that makes me not want to use it. Other than that it’s an electric toothbrush, it works, the option of different heads is intriguing but just due to how it feels when using I don’t think I’ll continue.

I mean, who doesn’t want clean, white, healthy teeth? If you’re tech savvy and love using apps then this is a really great way to track your dental hygiene with better visibility. I always wonder if my brushing is up to par and if I’m getting lazy but I can’t be bothered timing myself. This brush gives you some data to look at. I don’t know if I personally could keep up with all the charging and use of the app, but if you rock an electric toothbrush anyway then this brush is far superior to others. The vibration tickles my mouth but again, if you already rock an electric toothbrush then it shouldn’t be an issue. Easy to use. Great bristles and head. Easy charging base provided. Super cute blue.

I did not like brushing My teeth with it. Since the brush bit doesn't swirl around etc the vibration seems useless. I hated the feeling of the vibration in my mouth..

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not worth the hassle [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the toothbrush I plugged it into charge, connected it to bluetooth, and let it install updates. I tried to use it later and had a blue ring on the on-button that I couldn't turn off. I attempted to follow the reset instructions, but they didn't fix it. I had to delete the app, turn off bluetooth, and let it go flat. I can't believe I had to wait so long just to be able to use it. Once I had it up and running, it seemed okay. The little 3d guided tour of brushing was interesting but not really that helpful as an adult. I would never go out of my way to seek it again. I also found the little intermittent buzzes weren't at helpful points in time - I wish I could customise them to my brushing routine. When I was done I stood the brush upright which meant water ran into the electronic components. Over time I can see it breaking the brush. I found myself avoiding using it and wanting a hassle-free manual brush that "just worked." The app also didn't sync several sessions?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s ok, but just not for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using a rotating brush for years, I was keen to try a pulse brush. The initial vibrating sensation took some getting used to, but after a few brushes i didn’t even notice anymore. The battery life is impressive and one of the main pros - I took the brush on a 4 day work trip and never had to worry about charging it while away. The app to track your progress felt like a gimmick - maybe teens or someone with lots of free time will get more out of it than I did. I have one major issue - on multiple occasions I finished brushing only to discover I still had food in my teeth - something I never experience with the rotating brush. Unfortunately for me this is a deal breaker - back to the rotating brush I go!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Connected brush with basic features [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are quite a few electric toothbrush options around, and this one is just ok, the toothbrush itself is servicable, but it doesn't really offer anything groundbreaking. I was not a fan of the "Sonic" technology, which amounts to the brush vibrating very fast, which can be a little uncomfortable when the brush touches your gums, or tongue or lips etc. My personal preference is towards brushes that have a rotating brush head as opposed to the vibration. The stand out is probably the app, which gives guided brushing and connects to the brush, if keeping up with the guide, you will get a thorough 2 minute clean, and the app turns off the brush automatically. That however is about the extent of its connectedness, and the guiding brushing can be done by other apps with any toothbrush. Overall, it was an OK product, but I would not switch from my regular brush for this.

I can not use it for a second time. Its working mechanism gives buzz in my head and has given me a headache immediately.  The tongue cleaner at the back scrubbed my cheeks and lips from inside, and it is not a very good feeling at all. It's bristles vibrates and doesn't create enough foam, not even close to manual brush.
