I am not convinced to be honest ... The packaging is nice, although it's glass which can be a bit of a risk in the bathroom. The dropper in the bottle is a perfect size though. You don't get too much or too little product which I really like. Unscented, no aggravation of my sometimes sensitive skin. Nice gentle product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big fan of both Hyaluronic acid and Niacinamide, as well as Avene so I was excited to try The Hyaluron Activ B3 Concentrated plumping serum, which comes in a 30ml glass bottle with a pipette. Designed to plump the skin, the serum glides on the skin, absorbing without tackiness or greasiness. Super lightweight, it leaves my skin soft and supple. It is said to be unscented but it has a slight chemical scent that disappears quickly! I’ve been using this for the last 2 weeks now but I don’t know that my face lines have been largely changed or tightened but my skin condition has improved using it! I’m hopeful long term use might improve my fine lines and will keep using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Developed to fight the signs of aging, dehydration and dullness, this serum incorporates a generous 6% Niacinamide coupled with 1.5% Hyaluronic Acid to achieve its objectives. A beautifully minimalist formula incorporates a mere 8 ingredients in total, the heroes most notably accompanied by Glycerin to enhance hydration plus Adenosine to further combat wrinkles, all floating in a soothing base of the brand's iconic Thermal Spring Water. Now, that brief, fragrance free formula appeals to me tremendously, delivered in a lightweight, clear liquid with effortless slip and absorption, making application a pleasure for any skin type, day or night. It delivers good hydration which helps to plump the skin and relieve the appearance of my fine lines. The concentration of Niacinamide is fabulous and hence warrants a place on the product's title (aka Vitamin B3). B3 has the ability to reduce the appearance of pores, improve skin tone and texture as well as assist to restore the skin's defence against dryness. I always try to incorporate this ingredient in my routine because its benefits are so universal and help with anything my skin might be experiencing. I love the hydration and general skin benefits of this product. Personally, I haven't seen any soothing benefits but that's because there's nothing to soothe! I'm fortunate that I don't suffer blemishes or redness, fine lines and moisture are my target areas and this serum addresses both extremely well.

This serum is lightweight and I have been using day and night after cleansing my face. I have added 3 to 4 drops of the serum and gently applied to my face, neck and décolletage area. I found that it gave me this glow and my skin was supple and soft. I have sensitive skin and was pleased to see there were no skin irritation on me. I like the fact you can see how much there is in the bottle and this way you can track how much you have left. I definitely will be using again and buying. In my opinion a lot of other Serums are similar in fuction but are more costly. I like the fact the product mixed in easily when I applied it day and night and also has no smell of string smell that I recall. Well done Avene!!!

However, I did find the texture of this serum a little tacky after application, but it sat well underneath my moisturiser and tinted sunscreen on top of the skin. I would recommend buying this product when its on sale as it can be expensive.

The packaging was great, I think it did help my skin to look a bit dewier perhaps but personally I wouldn't purchase again.
