General Information

Wella SP Luxe Oil Keratin Restore Mask works to reconstruct the fibre of the hair. Texture is improved instantly, silkiness restored. With a luxurious blend of Oils.

Directions

Distribute evenly through pre-shampooed towel-dried hair. Leave for five minutes. Rinse out thoroughly. For optimal results, use regularly.

It lathers up into a rich foam and rinses out fairly well. The scent is quite perfumey which might be too strong for some people but I did find that it leaves a nice scent that lingers in my hair after drying. The shampoo is a transparent pale gold and contains keratin to strengthen hair strands which is especially good for colour or heat treated hair. I removed one star as I find it to be a tad drying on my long fine hair but the keratin restore mask does end up compensating for this. After using the trio of SP LUXE products several times I have noticed a discernible difference in the condition and strength of my hair which also seems to look a little thicker.

I don’t know if my hair may need to get use to the product and I coloured my hair/regrowth less then a month ago so that could had possibly interfered? However, before washing my hair it was already oily, so I found the shampoo to make my hair feel heavier when shampoo usually strips the oils. That was my only concern. I didn’t use any other products but wella even my purple shampoo, it didn’t hold my colour as well, but, it also did not fade my colour either, specially because oily products stain my hair. I’m happy with how it’s held my colour and quite surprised :)

I noticed my hair was a lot smoother and shinier after the first use of this shampoo, mask & serum. The smell also brings me back to the early 2000s because it smells just like lip smackers lip gloss. love these products!

The good thing is that my hair felt clean and smell so good for days. I also noticed it reduced my loss hair since I start using this shampoo. However, with the price tag, I may find something else better.

It smells divine and lathers really well. my hair felt squeaky clean after using it but it did also feel quite dry. the conditioner and oil that came in my voxbox helped hydrate that hair back though.

My hair feels course and dry while using it so I feel like using a conditioner is a must, otherwise it is left knotty. My hair does feel really clean afterwards though, but I don't think I'll be repurchasing.

Unfortunately I had a reaction with it and it made my scalp itchy. My partner loves it and is still using it. It gives a nice lather but not excessive.

I only needed a tiny amount to get a good lather. I don't know if I would buy this product. But I did use it before I used the mask so the dryness was quickly solved.
