[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CeravVe Skin Renewing Vtamin C serum has a texture that applies well to the skin and does not leave a sticky residue. It is easily blended into the skin and did not cause any irritation. My skin felt more supple and looked more radiant with the use of it. The method of application was also easy and non-fuss. It is priced at $41.99 for a 30 ml. As I have not previously used previous similar products, I am not aware of the cost effectiveness. However, one does not need much to apply and given that it does appear to do what it is purported to, one would certainly consider this as a good option. I would recommend this serum to assist the skin feeling and looking more refreshed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for beginners [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve reviewed this Vitamin C serum for daytime alongside the retinol serum from CeraVe and moisturiser with retinol for evening. Due to the actives I wore SPF everyday. I am a female in my early 40s who takes good care of her skin and I am on the fair side and mild oily skin type. I have used a lot of vitamin C serums and love the stronger ones. I always use on my neck but have just started on my chest. The texture of this serum was very nice and it is easily absorbed into the skin. The hero in the range is definitely the night moisturiser as other reviews have called out. I haven’t noticed any increase in brightness in my skin over the month of continuous usage, however it feels softer. There was no irritation but I think the strength could be higher for increased benefits. A great starter for a novice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Serum glow [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This serum is light and runny l found the tube difficult to navigate as the serum ran out of it at the lightest touch and then l would have excess to apply to my skin. I would have to sit the tube tip up after using to stop it running out of the tube while l applied what l had on my had to my face. Maybe it's just the heat here in QLD that made the product runier. Hence this product was not used as frequently as l should have. On the skin however the serum is easily absorbed by the skin and there is no oily residue left behind. My skin feels supple and smooth after using and my pores are never clogged after use either. I love this serum to start the day off with as it gives my skin a nice pickme up. Thank you for for this amazing product to trial.

I must say that the product has amazing value for money. I use it in the night along with the Cerave night cream and in the morning my skin looks refreshed and smooth. I have combination skin and I have noticed that using vitamin C controls the oiliness which is an added bonus! The only con would be the packaging as it doesn't stand up so it's quite hard to place it on the counter top. You get quite alot of product for the price and only a tiny bit is needed to cover the face and neck. It does take some time to soak into the skin though.

It comes in an opaque squeeze tube that protects it from exposure to light and air. I also loved the texture of the product. It’s very lightweight silky serum that spreads easily and absorbs super quickly. It goes on really smooth, doesn’t leave a tacky or sticky residue and layers well under other skin care products. The formula is moisturizing and completely fragrance-free which I love. It’s just been about a month, and I have to say that I’m surprised. My skin tone is noticeably even and brighter. My hyperpigmentation marks are still there but they too are less noticeable. Sadly, the only downside I think is, this serum contains some Alcohol denat. Which can trigger skin irritation or dryness in long run in sensitive skin. Overall, I loved this product and enjoyed using it in my Skincare routine. Would definitely purchase it in the future and would recommend it to my friends and family!

It didn’t feel heavy on the skin and worked well beneath moisturiser and sunscreen. Unlike a lot of vitamin c products, this was gentle on the skin despite containing 10% vitamin c. I was able to use it on both my face and neck without irritation. After using it each morning for a month, I found my skin looked brighter and more even-toned. I was happy with the results. I found the metal tube with nozzle to be easy and efficient to use. It also enables you to use every last bit of the product.

Have used it morning and night before my daily moisturizer. It glides through the skin and doesnt have a strong fragance. I distribute it on my face and neck and absorbs quite easily. My skin looks healthy and supply after 2 weeks of consistent usage. Definitely kept my skin looking refreshed and bright. The only con for me is the packaging. It's a bit awkward and can accidentally squeenze too much. But otherwise would recommend for an easy travel serum!

Firstly, I really enjoy the packaging, being in a tube with a small opening. This allows you to only dispense what you want and also allows minimal oxygen to get into the product to keep it effective and fresh. The serum itself is thicker than your traditional Vitamin C serum, more like a thin cream than a liquid serum, and is essentially fragrance free - a pleasant change from the hammy smell of some others. It glides on smoothly (some silicones in the product perhaps?) and doesn't pill at all. With the added hyaluronic acid it is plumping at the same time as slowly brightening and protecting against free radical damage. The only reason that I gave this four stars and not five is that I haven't been using it long enough to really see any brightening improvement but I'll definitely repurchase this as it's also at a terrific price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CeraVe Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum comes in a great tube packaging which is easy to use and you’re able to get a precise amount easily. The serum is smooth, glides onto the skin and absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any sticky or other residue. I did not experience any skin sensitivity or tingling. The negative for me, which will prevent me from purchasing this serum in the future is the smell. It has an odd metallic smell that is unpleasant and sits on your face and in your nose all day, even under makeup. I typically love CeraVe and without the smell, I would be giving this serum 5 stars and more than likely purchase this serum in the future. If you are not sensitive to scents, then this is a great, affordable vitamin c serum.

I like the tube so I’ll be able to use all of it up easily. The serum is a nice texture and goes on and absorbs into my skin nicely. I would probably buy this again as it’s pretty affordable and think it’s an easy way to maintain my skincare routine. I just turned 32 so looking at easy ways to keep my skin feeling youthful and feel and look young again. Using all three products on a regular basis is hopefully going to keep my beauty for a while longer .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product for my skin [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked well for my skin type. I have fair, sensitive and dry skin in spots. I am also in my early fourties and have some decent wrinkle and sun spots which cause uneven tones along my face and neck area. Some products I have used in the past I have been able to see a difference in my skin straight away, however, I have used this product for around a month now and it has only been in the last week that I have seen a difference. My skin tone now has some natural colour to it, no doubt from the vitamin c and the appearance of my skin feels much smoother and free from lumps and bumps. I feel that the longer I use this product the better it will be for my skin. So, my main advice would be to make sure you give it plenty of time and to stick with the product even though you may not see visual results in the beginning. This would be very dependent on the type of skin you have. I decided to use this product every morning after washing my face with just some cold water and then applying this product straight after. The tube the product is in is quite small and for the price I would have wanted more even though I was able to trial this product through beauty crew I was definitely left with feeling it was quite a small amount. The product itself is quite thin in texture which I think is great as I don’t want to put layers of thick serum on my face in the morning and with my other layers and make up it would cause further skin issues for me so being this thin enables me to not actually use much of the product with each application. I would say I use daily around a 10c coin size would cover my face and neck dependent on how dry my face was. It’s really easy to squeeze the product out and once it’s on my face it spreads very easily across the surface and nice and evenly through the wrinkles on my face too. The product doesn’t have any scent to it which for me I would have liked a nice smell which is just my preference and some products with scents can irritate the skin. After rubbing this product in I would let it soak into my skin for a couple of minutes. Then after use of this product I would then add my daily moisturizer and suncream. I found that this product didn’t interfere with any of those products and seemed to work well with them as it definitely soaked into my skin quickly and when absorbed it wasn’t greasy at all like many products can be. I would recommend this product as a daily use product to achieve results. There are many other Cerave products out that you can use with this product to enhance your skins many features. I will continue to use this product in my daily morning routine and hoping the results get even better with time.

The vitamin C Serum went on smooth and was only slightly sticky for a few moments after applications. I Used the vitamin C serum under make up without changing the texture of the primer, foundation and setting spray which can be troublesome. Only fault I have with this product would be the scent. It was not unpleasant just not something I found to be appealing. The Vitamin C Serum can stand up against most of the higher end Vitamin C serums at a fraction of the price. I have tried other high end branded Vitamin C serums however not all had the same results I achieved from CeraVe serum. This is certainly one product I will be adding to my daily skin care regime. I’m so thankful I was able to test run this amazing serum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the CeraVe Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum for Anti-Ageing for a few weeks, I found that my skin had a nice healthy glow after applying it. The product comes in a tube and applies easily to the skin and is absorbed. There has been an improvement in the appearance of my skin especially the wrinkles on my neck which are smoother. I have always like the idea of Vitamin C in facial products to help brighten the skin and also hyaluronic acid to help with anti-ageing. It is hard to be able to advise ‘total’ results as it was not trialled in conjunction with a CeraVe Day Cream so I was using another product, so can’t say for certain which product was giving which results.

No real scent to the product, which is good. The serum is super light and absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves no residue. My skin looks hydrated and feels soft. Overall a nice serum to use and I've been using this in conjunction with some other CeraVe products over the last few weeks. I may purchase this in future and I would recommend it to friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pores, pores go away [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using " Cerave Skin Renewing vitaminC Serum" for four weeks. I use it each night after cleansing, a small amount that easily absorbs into my skin. I then apply "Cerave Skin Renewing Night Cream. The vitamin C Serum does not have a perfume, is a light consistency and is quickly absorbed into my face. My skin definitely feels softer and smoother and my complexion has a finer look, i.e. the pores are not as visible. I am almost 70 years old with some wrinkles but my main problem is the "marionette" creases that run from the corners of my mouth to my chin. I know that no cream will eradicate these lines but I feel that the Vitamin C Serum has slightly minimised their appearance and hopefully will slow the fact that they will become deeper with time. I would have given the product 5 stars except that i don't feel my complexion is "brighter" .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Facial Pick me up [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vitamin C serum comes conveniently in a narrow tube with a cone shape opening which easily allows you to squeeze out the exact amount needed. Using it every morning before my daily moisturiser this serum is extremely easy to distribute all over the face and neck and absorbs well without leaving any residue . It has a pleasant light fragrance too. After the first week I noticed my skin to be smoother and brighter in appearance and my neck seemed less crepey. I would recommend this light serum for a facial pick me up.

My skin definitely seemed to offer more of a glow. This form of packaging was really appealing and made even application super easy. I’ve never tried Cerave products before but I would definitely recommend Cerave Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum, not to mention the other Cerave products I tried to others. For a fairly inexpensive range, I doubt I would find anything to compete that offers such a quality skin care range, I think I’m a Cerave covert and look forward to trying other Cerave products!

I have seen a marked improvement in my skin since using this product, which I attribute to the cream and addition of a vitamin C serum to my routine. I have sensitive and eczema prone skin, and experience no irritation or tingling with this product, which is an issue I have run into with other vitamin c products in the past. I also appreciated the texture of the serum and the fact that it was frangranc free. I will be repurchasing this product.

Other then that the product can be improved in fragrance. Overall i am using it alongwith serum and night cream is alright but alone the tube needs some serious improvement. If we can sell it in a beauty pack that will also be substantial beauty medicine package. This is my favourite out of the 3 products. This made my skin feel so smooth, hydrated and overall amazing. I have already referred it to my friends and family. I really felt the big difference in my skin texture. It has really improved my skin. I used it alongwith the cerave vit C cream, cerave serum and cerave night cream the combination of all three creams give skin a complete boost. I really felt great on my skin very light cream nothing stays or sticks to the skin and makes you feel very soft and smooth. The texture of the cream little goes a long way. The smell is good too. And if you have a great skin regime to follow and disciplined in your night routine then better to buy cerave creams and use all 3 together. Highly recommend and must buying. Not so good value for money. 35$ is a bit extra for this small tube. I would not invest more then 10$ for how it looks. The tube looks awful. Sorry but that kills the whole charm. If a packaging looks good then only people will like to try. Pricing and packaging are the two main points to consider sales. You have got the right product but needs to improve the packaging.

It is because the consistency seemed weird to me and it was a little tacky, I did experience some piling on my skin if this serum didn't set in all the way or if I used too much. Definitely a little goes a long way. The packaging is also good easy to use. I haven't seen any noticeable improvements on my skin yet but this serum does leave my skin feeling hydrated. Will continue to use it to see if it works for me .

I am used to using a 15% vitamin C, but I couldn’t really notice a difference using this one. Things I loved: The packaging - I like that it came in a tube and not in a bottle with a dropper. This made it easy to dispense and apply. The consistency - I like that it wasn’t a runny liquid and instead a serum consistency. I found it much easier to apply. The result: it made my skin glowy. Things I didn’t love: You need to be careful when applying it so as to not get it in your eyebrows. A couple of times I ended up with orangey-red tinged eyebrows. Occasionally it pilled under my other skincare.

It came packaged in a cute tube with a fine point nozzle which was nice. The formula itself was fragrance free with was great as a lot of vitamin c serums have an artificial citrus fragrance. After a few hours I could smell the typical vitamin c smell on my skin which was a little off putting. The product itself was lovely though and worked well I would recommend for a savey vitamin c for brightening skin.am not sure about layering under makeup as I don’t tend to wear makeup day to day

Unfortunately on the first few times using it my skin had a weird reaction to it, tingling sensation bordering on itchy. It made the skin on my cheeks go very red, almost looked like rosacea. I found the smell to be odd also. The tingling sensation subsided after more use but aside from the nice creamy and non sticky texture I probably wouldn’t add this product into my beauty routine as there are other vitamin c products that work better with my skin

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Metallic odour I recently purchased this serum but was very disappointed when I applied it as it has a strange metallic smell. I love the CeraVe moisturusers and cleansers so I was very surprised when I noticed the smell on my hands and face. It was noticeable to family members too. I am disappointed to have spent money on a product that I cannot use, and will not benefit from.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Big no I’ve used a variety of VITC serums and this one is by far the worst unfortunately because I love Cerave. It dries orange … like a bad fake tan. Even if you rub it in really well to ensure it’s applied evenly it will leave streaks and grab onto your hairline leaving you with a lovely orange hairline. Wanted to love it but couldn’t get past this!
