I love Alpha Hydroxy Acids for improving skin texture and Nicacinimide is meant to be wonderful for skin health as well as fading dark spots and reducing congestion. I found this cream wasn't as hydrating as my skin needs, so had to layer it with other products, however, the face cream had a great smell and a great texture. I didn't use it long enough to see any impact on dark spots but my skin texture is very clear. The packaging is nice however it would be good to be something a bit more eco-friendly.

I had no issues with sensitivity, making sure I applied sunscreen after each use in the morning my skin was looking well hydrated and nourished after application. The moisturiser is a nice mid-weight - not too heavy but still providing a good amount of moisture for the skin. Using this, combined with the serum I found that my skin had a really nice even tone to it after a few weeks and was completely free of any new spots or blemishes. Would recommend this product - even for those sensitive skin gals.

I really liked the texture, it absorbed quite well and kept my skin nice and hydrated without being greasy or oily. In combination with the serum, it became somewhat gluey and felt like it sat on top of my skin instead of absorbing into my skin. Did I experience any of the benefits which were promoted on the package? No- but I suspect it takes a while to have any impact. Be aware that there is quite a strong fragrance (smells like candy to me!), which I didn't mind, but some people might not like that it is so heavily perfumed. The packaging is quite nice, although there is an inner lid which I struggled to get open a few times (like it was suctioned shut).

I personally have quite sensitive skin which tends to not like many products (especially heavily scented ones), however this product is perfect for my skin. I really like the consistency and the fact that it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or heavy. It is a lovely light moisturiser which absorbs well and sits great under make up. I also really like the delicate scent which is really pleasant but not to overpowering. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I don't think it does much more other than moisturise.

I have been using it in combination with the serum. The texture is nice and light and absorbs into the skin quickly leaving your skin feeling nice and soft without any grease residue. It has a pleasant smell not to over powering. I havent noticed any difference to my sun spots as of yet but my skin is definitely feeling well moistured and soft. I would recommend this product and would purchase again.

I did not notice reduction in my pores, but I’m fortunate to have quite small pores already. They are definitely not a concern for me so I may not have been looking as closely as I could otherwise. I did notice my skin texture improve while using the products, it was great to Slough off the dead skin cells chemically. My skin definitely seemed both smoother and brighter after prolonged consistent use. My skin tone was definitely more even and balanced, and I did notice that several spots/breakouts that I had over the time seemed to resolve more quickly than they would otherwise. The only downside of this product is that I did notice some irritation in the more sensitive spots of my face- I tend to get eczema and sensitive skin particularly around my eyes, so I have to be very careful not to use the product around them in order to stop any irritation. The mosituriset sat really well under my prime and foundation for day use, and worked well at night too - an excellent all round that’s found its way into my overnight/gym bag. I’d recommend products to others, I definitely consider re-purchasing as a price is so good for the result.

The cream application is easily absorb into your skin without much effort.. what's better than applying just 1 cream with 2 benefits of AHA and Niamicide included. In addition to the Serum, my skin is now looking brighter and smoother.. The price range for this is so affordable and won't burn a hole in your pocket.. My pigmentation improved so much that I am wearing lesser makeup for coverage. The cream is not oily nor make your face feeling greasy.. It's leaving my skin feeling hydrated and moisturised thoughout the day.. Try it and notice the change yourself...

I've been using this moisturiser for a couple weeks now, on top of the serum in the same range. It is moisturising and has really helped with complexion and even skin tone appearance. I am not dry and flaky like I was this time last year using a regular moisturiser. The results have been great and I will continue to use this moisturiser. It also does not have a strong scent, not oily and absorbs very well. The packaging looks nice and premium and overall a great product from Olay!

I have old acne scarring and redness. After combining with the Olay serum I have noticed my skin feels smoother and looks healthier. The packaging is lovely as well as the scent it is not too overpowering. The feeling of the moisturiser on your skin feels nice and luxurious but it soaks in and doesn’t feel sticky and heavy. I am looking forward to keeping up with this in my skin routine. I have also been using spf as recommended to avoid sun damage.

Secondly, this moisturiser is beautiful. It smells very fresh and not too chemical-y, even though it has the AHA component. It sinks it easily, leaving my skin fresh and dewy. I’ve not experienced any sensitivity issues with this product, even though I’ve introduced it recently, and look forward to seeing results moving forward. Only issue I can think of is the price is a little bit expensive for the size of the product but you do not need a lot to cover your face. Would recommend!

I was worried about using an acid in serum form and then again in my moisturiser, but it’s so gentle in here that it was no issue at all. I found it moisturised my skin nicely, however it did leave a slight residue/tacky feeling that I didn’t love. If you like that feeling of product remaining on your skin though, you’ll love this!! Because of that, I did find that I still felt hydrated the next morning which was amazing, especially in winter!

I would not ordinarily use a moisturiser that looks as light as this one for the cold Melbourne winter however I was pleasantly surprised. I have normal skin that can feel quite dry during the cooler months with hyperpigmentation being my main concern. This moisturiser has Niacinamide and the AHA, lactic acid, which are great ingredients that target discolouration. I was only able to use this for 3 weeks during the review period so not long enough to see a difference in my hyperpigmentation but certainly found it be well moisturising despite its light texture- comparable to my usual moisturiser which costs almost double this one! I used this in the AM after my serums and before SPF while this was the last step in my PM routine following toner and serums. I found it to play well with my other products. I woke up with lovely bouncy skin and highly recommend.

I used the serum and moisturiser in the morning and evening. In the morning I apply SPF after the moisturiser. The products have a light and fresh scent which is not too overpowering. The textures of the serum and moisturiser are lovely and absorb easily into the skin. Since trilling the products I have noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin. My skin feels a lot smoother, my pores have reduced, and my skin is brighter. My skin tone has also improved as I don’t need to wear make up during the day. I would recommend these products to anyone looking for an easy way to incorporate Niacinamide and AHA into their skincare routine from a trusted brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Clara F. from Great winter moisteriser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Olay Niacinamide + AHA Moisturiser to be a perfect addition to my winter skin care regime. I used it after applying the Olay Niacinamide + AHA Super Serum and noticed an improvement in the brightness of my skin, with dark spots and usual winter patches of dry skin clearing up very quickly. The moisturiser applies beautiful, spreading evenly across the skin and absorbing quickly. Although on the heavier side for a daytime moisturiser, I found it did not leave my skin feeling heavy and worked well under primer and/or foundation. I have very oily skin and it worked well for me, with no obvious increase in oil on my face, even after a full day at work. I will be interested to give it a go in warmer weather as I feel it is perfect in winter, but may be better as a nighttime moisteriser in the warmer months. Since using the serum and moisteriser I've had a noticeable reduction in pimples and spots so will definitely continue using the products, at least until the weather warms up.

The product is a white cream with a light consistency, not heavy or thick. It applies easily to the skin, soaking in reasonably well. It’s almost more of a lotion than a cream. It has a subtle fragrance. It contains AHA’s, so it is recommended to use with UV protection. It does not contain any SPF, which I see as a good thing, as I can use it both day and night (as recommended). After using it in conjunction with the super serum from the same range for three weeks, the results are positive. I have not experienced any clogging of my pores and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. It is hydrated and soft. I think my face looks overall more even and the appearance of my pores has improved. I will continue to use this product and I might even repurchase it.

A lovely combination of 2 highly effective skincare ingredients. I felt well hydrated after using this moisturiser. It soaked in well but I feel maybe an oiler skin type may find this a little heavy. But my skin soaked it up. With steady use my skin appeared clearer and I saw a slight fading of my pigmentation which I suspect with continued use will get even better. This product is scented but my sensitive skin tolerated it well and I enjoyed the scent. The packaging is also quite luxurious for a drugstore product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Alice T. from Not a bad moisturiser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trialled this product alongside the matching serum, and while I absolutely loved the serum, I wasn't as big of a fan of the moisturiser. The texture was quite thick and creamy and I didn't feel like it absorbed into my skin as much as other moisturisers I've tried. Over the years, and after trying different products, I've learned that my skin prefers more hydrating, lighter, gel like moisturisers as opposed to creamier, heavier ones. The packaging was nice and sleek, however I found the inner lid extremely hard to take off - a huge difference in comparison to the great packaging of the serum. The fragrance was pleasant though; a light, sweet fragrance that isn't overpowering at all. Unfortunately, unlike the serum, I didn't notice much of a difference in my skin after the short period in trying this moisturiser. It might need some more time for my skin to adjust to it so happy to keep using it for a while longer, however I can normally at least start feeling a difference with other products even if I can't see it, although it didn't happen with this one. I'm sure it has more to do with my skin type and preferences rather than the product itself and would work better on other skin types.

They are both great, both not irritating for AHA products, which is quite unusual for similar products. Good job Olay! But I am not a super fan of the package as the hygiene concerns me and the silicon-like whip cream texture as it may have given me pimples just like a classic Olay whip cream I have purchased before. But I do get pimples very easily. If someday there’s an oil free version of this cream and in a more modern package I will definitely repurchase the product.

Second thoughts were that the product smells nice, not perfume-y but a fresh, light scent. The cream is white and thick and applies on the skin nicely, however, I did not like the feel of this on my skin it felt like it was sitting on top of the skin instead of soaking in. I was also a little hesitant as to be honest, Olay products I have used in the past have made my skin react (contact dermatitis) and I don't usually react to anything, oil of olay in particular. I noticed an improvement in my pores and my skin tone seemed brighter compared to not having used anything

It is fairly strongly fragranced which I like, almost a citrus scent. My skin definitely feels less textured and looks a lot brighter. However I did not find it to be very moisturising and needed an extra boost. My skin is clear with no blemishes despite it being that time of the month, so the niacinamide is doing its magic. I only used it at night as I found it left a shiny film like appearance on my face. Would recommend this product to anyone that wants to use a gentle active and reduce texture and marks.
