I usually take a table spoon of apple cider vinegar on its own daily, but discovering these has changed the game for me. They do smell vinegary but the taste is amazing. Can hardly taste the vinegar at all because of the delicious sweet green apple taste. I was suprised at how easy they are to take. I am very happy with this product.

That, alot of the time means that i struggle going to the toilet (from the pain killers) for days on end. Since using these, i have been going nearly every day. I am so excited.
