I’ve never really like having apple cider vinegar in the mornings so having this gummies early does the job as Apple cider is really good for you and preparing your stomach for the day! The minute you open the gummy container, that sour vinegar smell is very very strong. Taste-wise, it was quite pleasant, though I'm not sure about the texture as it got stuck in my teeth a lot. I will say it does seem to fulfil the claims about regularity haha.
