I found these to be quite palatable, you can certainly taste the apple cider vinegar still, however the sweet apple flavour makes it much more pleasant and tolerable. Since using the swisse apple cider vinegar fibre gummies, I have finally had regular bowel movements which is something that I have struggled with. I would highly recommend these for anyone wanting to up their fibre intake without the dreaded tart burn of traditional apple cider vinegar.

I have been the most regular than I’ve ever been in my life.. As a nurse working in aged care I’ve even recommend this to the oldies that I look after. It’s easy to digest, tastes great and also helps with degassing the gut. My stomach is no longer bloated and flatter than ever. The smell can be a bit overwhelming, but it just smells like what you would expect apple cider vinegar to smell like really. This has become a staple in my supplement regimen.

I definitely feel nice & regular and that these are a super easy addition to my life - I keep the jar on my desk and when I sit down to work I pop 2.

It was a bright light green which suited the product really well. It was great how the container was clear so I could see the gummies inside. I could see the brand name really well and what the product was really well as well. I was also impressed how the packaging was recyclable. I am a big fan of gummy vitamins rather than tablets as they are easier and more fun to chew. The gummies were very well shaped and were a great size. They were a nice green colour. I was a bit worried that the vinegar taste might overpower the apple flavour but it was fine as I could taste the apple more and a little bit of vinegar. The vinegar taste didn't overpower the apple taste. They also were so easy to chew and eat. This was product was relevant to me as I need more fibre in my diet and this was the perfect product. I really enjoyed this product. I was gifted this product to trial and review.

Super tasty and very convenient!. It’s also packed full of flavour without being too sweet. No added artificial sweeteners which is fantastic. So much easier than drinking the vinegar itself. But you can certainly smell the vinegar when you undo the lid. Achieves the same result without the harshness of the liquid. I'm really please with this product as I don't have to drink the Apple Cider Vinegar. I just take 2 tablet a day no nasty after taste.
