[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the texture and the smell of the shampoo and conditioner and after use it really made my hair soft and shiney and easy to manage. What was more of a shock was my husband even commented on how lovely my hair looked without even knowing I was testing out a new product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hair was really dry after I seen this product & was keen to give it a go as i have heard good things about charcoal detoxing ur hair/scalp. A little squirt goes along way - lathers up bubbly, it seems to give a good wash & left my hair feeling clean & light afterwards, but also left iy very dry & straw like. I followed with the charcoal conditioner.

It cleans well but didn't add body and after conditioning with matching conditioner my hair was quite flyaway. The shampoo is a clear grey colour which isn't particularly appealing. Also, personal preference but the smell wasn't to my taste - I'd say better suited to men.

Despite its claims of being purifying, it didn't seem to thoroughly cleanse my scalp and roots as expected. The charcoal ingredient left my hair feeling weighed down and dull, without any noticeable improvement in volume or texture. The formula didn't lather well, making it difficult to distribute evenly. Additionally, the scent was quite strong and not to my liking. Overall, I didn't see any significant benefits from using this shampoo, and I won't be repurchasing it.
