FIRST TIME QUICK GUIDE:

1. Charge for 3 hours with supplied USB charging cable before first use.
2. Detangle hair with one of Lady Jayne's detangling brushes before styling.
3. Section hair up to 4cms in width and moderately stretch sections of your hair with your free hand.
4. For smooth and sleek styles, apply the straightening brush slowly from root to tip as you would normally use a paddle brush.
5. For soft styled hair, apply straightening brush under section of hair and with a slow movement of turning your wrist, create a wave through the section while brushing through.
6. Continue until all hair is styled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having coveted the dyson Airwrap since it blew up on Tiktok, i was on the market for a new hair tool when i was approached by Beautyheaven to trial the new Lady Jayne Salon Pro Rechargeable Heated Straightening Brush. My hair is quite fine, but i have a lot of it, and it's prone to frizz even without any heat styling. I'm pretty lucky that my hair is naturally quite heavy and leans towards being straight. When i use hair straightening tools, i have to mentally prepare myself for the frizz, heat sweats and slight singe when going up to the 180-200 degree heat. I decided to try this out a few times over the last 2 weeks in order to see how it would perform - while my hair was 70% dry, while it was 90% dry and when it's fully dry. The tool itself is coated with ceramic-ionic fins so feels quite sturdy, yet light. I can see myself taking this with me on holidays for a slick hair look. The tool takes less than 2 minutes to heat up, and is not burning to the touch thanks to the fins. I divided each side of my head into 4-5 sections, making sure to run the brush over each section like i would do with a straightener. Each section of my hair took about 2-3 swipes to turn from frizzy to straight. I was pleasantly suprised at the lack of 'singe' or burning smell. My long hair took 7 minutes to completely straighten which is record time for me. The straightened look lasted about 5-6 hours which is on par with a normal hair straightener for me. I would recommend you use a heat protectant spray and also a smoothing serum or gel/cream afterwards for optimal and salon-like results. All in all, i believe it is a game-changing hair smoothing brush for busy people with delicate hair, that want smooth and shiny locks without breaking your strands (and the bank)

I live in an old 1950’s house with no power points in the bathroom so having a tool available that didn’t require me to run and extension cord from my kitchen was a huge plus, I also have problems with the wrist of my dominant hand meaning I struggle to handle and use heavy tools for a extended period of time so the size of this is simply incredible for me. I have shoulder length, fine, generally straight and coloured hair that’s prone to frizz. Running this through at 120 degrees once or twice over each section completely transformed my air dried hair into a sleek style that says “I made an effort today”. Some days I chucked in in my hand bag and quickly ran it over my hair in the work bathroom before I started the day, perfect for when you want to sleep in that extra 5 minutes! It recommends you charge between each style but because I use at the lowest heat setting and for 2-5 minutes at a time it wasted me for 5 days between charges. When I tried it for the first time I only did one side of my head to compare the difference, I was really impressed and went to ask my husband if he could see a difference (because we all know men are often blind to these things) and I was told “if you cant see a difference, you need to shave you head” I cant say I noticed a huge difference in the frizz but my hair did look really sleek. A few things I didn’t like were minor and nothing to do with how it styled my hair- the charging lights -After my 5th use all of the lights started flashing at once, I studied the manual to see what that meant but it wasn’t even mentioned, I have now discovered this means it need to be charged. -the box says the brush takes 90 seconds to heat, when I switch it on I use the lowest heat setting and the light blinks for a few seconds (much less than 90) so when the light stops blinking and goes solid does this mean its heated and ready to use? Or I still need to wait 90 seconds?….this is not mentioned in the manual either……. All up I am incredible happy with this tool and would not hesitate to recommend it, although for someone with thicker or longer hair they would need to charge between each use which may not be convenient for them but for me it was a revolution for my hair!

And no, I am not used to getting up early, getting myself organised, caffeinated, fed and looking presentable. This brush has made the transition so much easier. It is so easy to use, it’s a bush, you just brush! It untangles my hair as it straightens and my hair looks great all day! It heats quickly and has a number of different settings based on your type of hair. It took me a few goes to find the right one for me. Now I have, I use the brush every day to have great looking hair. I love the compact and wireless design which makes this easy to take with you or take away for a weekend. It charges quickly and lasts a long time. The heat is gentle enough on my hair to use regularly. At first I thought the brush was making my hair frizzy as it straightened, but this settles quite quickly - within 30 min or so. I know that I will have a style with volume and look great! No more getting out the straightener everyday. I would still use for a special occasion or night out, but everyday and to get me out the door on time, this bush is perfect!

The Lady Jayne Hair Straightening rechargeable brush is EXCELLENT! Being a mum of 2 under 2, I am always in a "Mom Bun" and hardly get time, so can't be bothered about hair styling tools etc. The brush was extremely convenient to use and best part being rechargeable and portable! I could literally just be styling my hair while doing my morning business in the loo or while am in the car on the way to the event! No mirror or irritating cords in the way of your styling! It comes in a sleek Velvet pouch along with it's USB charging cable. The brush has silicone bristles with ceramic heating plates on either sides of the tooth's of the brush. It has 5 heat settings ranging from 120°C-200°C. I was satisfied with the 180°C heat for my medium wavy hair. The best part is as it's cordless it is easily portable! It noticed my hair were 80% less frizzy and appeared to be sleek. Just remember to recharge the device after each use for saving extra time.

This lovely gadget that Lady Jayne has made has made my frizzy hair go away within minutes! There's nothing I don't like about this brush. It's handle is easy to grip onto, it charges to a full battery in 3 hours and I definitely get more usage than what the box says it does. The box is beautifully packaged in a bag and you can see the product via the plastic screen. Inside is a usb cord and a velvet pouch for travel. The brush itself is small but don't underestimate the size for what it can actually do! Pressing the smaller button to turn it on, there's different heat levels you can select from via a different button and the best part is that it is CORDLESS! I run the brush through my hair and am surprised how soft and straightened my hair is. It feels so luscious like I've had it blowdry straightened at the salon. I love how convenient it is to use and I no longer feel embarassed when I have sleepovers cos my frizzy hair will be tamed in minutes!

To begin with, it looks beautiful, I love the black with copper/ rose gold finish and it feels so smooth when held. The design is compact, easy to hold with good grip (it didn't fall off even once) and it is very light weight. I suffer from De Quervain's Tenosynovitis so I can't hold anything heavy for long and I faced no problems using this brush. I also loved the bag that it comes with and have been storing my brush in it ever since I opened it. It has heat levels which is great. When I first used it, I was concerned that I might end up burning my scalp or neck while using it, but the design is very smart, even if the comb side accidentally touches my scalp, neck or ear, it does not cause any burns. I am also very impressed with the results, I got a sleek look with no frizz within 90 secs, I could never do that with a straightening iron and all I had to do was use it as a brush, super impressed. The only problem I faced, which I gladly overlook as the benefits outweigh the con here, is that the temperature button is located at the front and while straightening my hair, my hand accidentally touches it multiple times which results in change in temperature. I think its not the design problem but it took me a while to get used to not touching that button while using the brush. Overall, I am really impressed with this brush and the results and it has already replaced my other hair straightening brushes/ flat iron.

Not only did it style my hair perfectly but the smoothing effect lasted for a long time. My hair felt styled and sleek for the whole day. I really like the compact size of the brush and the design. It is adequately lighted so one can use it correctly. It has clear instructions and is very easy to pick up and use when you need to fix your hair and get a great new neat style ready for any occasion. The velvet storage pouch is great for keeping the smoothing brush neatly stored. As suggested it’s very important to keep the brush dry, away from liquids and in a safe place while it is cooling down. The brush is ideal for quick hair fixes when you want a neat look and to make your hair look it’s absolute best.

It is quite small and so is easy to add to your gym bag. It has a USB-C charger which is a bonus as I have heaps of those lying around so I can charge it at home, the office or on the road. I love how it has adjustable settings. I have fine colour treated hair and so can’t nuke it by using it on the highest setting. My hair didn’t respond to the lower settings so had to bring it up around the 160-180 degree mark which while not great was better than 200 degrees (the max setting). It was very easy to use. You have to be patient as you can only straighten 3 – 5 cam sections of hair at a time, while running it through slowly. Any attempt to rush to process will be met with sad hair. I am very happy with the results after using this brush. Be sure to dry off your hair if damp or wet at all using a hair dryer first. This brush helps achieve a smooth look however obviously won’t get it flat iron straight. But I will take that over heat damage any day!

I have chin length, of fine to medium thickness, very curly to frizzy hair. My hairdresser loves to blow dry it straight - after I’ve had blonde foils, but otherwise (apart from a few times I’ve used my daughters’ straightener) it’s washed and dries naturally into it’s curly waves with the help of frizz taming products. To be able to brush my hair straight sounded a great idea -cordless as well. Brush is compact 20cm long 4.75cm across and fits comfortably in my hand. Black in colour with rose gold on/off switch, and temp setting button. It also comes with a black velvet drawstring storage pouch which is pretty cute. The heat comes through the 37 double-sided 3D Ceramic Coated Fins – a width of 2.5cm To begin, charge it fully using the supplied USB cable - it can take up to 3 hours to charge. The 5 temp setting lights flash red and it’s fully charged when all LED lights are on and it will give you 25 mins of use when fully charged. Turn on using the power button and then select temperature - 5 selections from 120-200 degrees Celsius depending on your hair type. First time use, I went for the 140 degrees. And it heats up quickly – within 90 secs! I sectioned off my hair, starting with the underneath and taking a section of hair 3-4 cm wide, held it straight and applied the brush slowly, from root to tip. That’s basically how you do it for a smooth sleek style. If you want soft styled hair, apply the brush underneath and with a slow turning of the wrist, you can create a wave – I’ll stick to the basics. It took about 15 mins to straighten my hair just prior to going to bed. However, when I got up the next morning, it had frizzed a bit – so I began straightening it again – except it ran out of charge! With all the humid weather we’re having, it didn’t last long before the curl/frizz won. Even my hairdresser can’t win that war! Next use I went for the top setting of 200 – recommended for coarse, curly hair. Straightened my hair in the morning and it lasted through the day with less return of the frizz, so that setting is best for my hair type. It has been a challenge trialling this product with all the rain (100% humidity) and not quite 2 weeks of use – so I have only managed to use it 3 times. But I will continue to use it and play around with it and look forward to using it with drier weather. I do find it more convenient to straighten my hair using the cordless brush rather than a plate/ paddle straightener that requires plugged in power and a cord to worry about being long enough for the mirror and the issue of it being on the ground and getting stepped on! This is far safer and so handy to walk up to any mirror in the house and not need a power point to plug into. I would suggest always keeping it fully charged – ready to use with the maximum usage time. It cannot be used while it’s plugged in and charging. There’s lots of important safety instructions and warnings in the supplied leaflet. I’m not going to list them (it’s quite extensive) but be sure to read it. You can charge it in the following USB ports – laptop, car charger, desktop charger or USB charging adaptor and power. It doesn’t mention using a power bank and I think I know why. As I did try it and used quite a powerful one (that I can charge my phone with multiple times) and it had finished charging and my power bank was on 0% and when I plugged the brush into the mains power, it was still charging! Clearly it draws a lot of power to fully charge and why a power bank isn’t recommended – there’s goes the idea of taking it camping! This brush may not suit everyone but it suits me and my shorter hair. I found it more convenient than the conventional hair straighteners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hair that has past my shoulders and super fine (and also bleached and pink at the moment). I was a bit worried with how dry my hair is at the moment how harsh this would be but I was pleasantly surprised with how my hair felt and looked after using it. I've used it on multiple occasions testing it out when I've air dried my hair and when I have blow dried my hair to see which, worked better. Overall, I found out my hair straightened nicer when it was air dried which, is likely because then it wasn't too much heat. One of my favourite parts of using this Lady Jayne styling brush is that it gets my tangles out with ease, its lightweight and has no cords dangling which, makes it much easier to handle than a regular straightener. I'm a convert and I can't wait to bring it on trips with me because its just so easy and lightweight. Big winner for me!

The size is perfect it feels so nice in your hand just like holding a hairbrush very smooth and light. It heats up really fast and has multiple heat settings. So convenient to be able to brush my hair, straighten and style it at the same time. Using a little wrist twist at the ends with this brush leaves a beautiful styled curl at the bottom of the hair like a hair dry straight out of a salon. Great size to pack in your bag on the go. Cools down pretty fast too. Only downside is that the battery doesn't last as long as I was expecting it ran out mid-way through the 2nd use before needing to charge again. I still think it's amazing though because of how much power to style it provides in such a small device. Comes with a little protective storage bag too which is nice.

I’ve used a blow dry brush before but this was different. I charged it for three hours before use and I used it on my curly dry hair. It did manage to flatten out my curls however it didn’t give me a sleek straight hair look that I usually wear. I didn’t expect for it to work that way either. This brush was very useful for me to maintain my hair after styling. I wash my hair every three days. Usually I have to iron my hair everyday, I decided to use this brush instead of the iron to make my hair straighter and it worked a treat. Didn’t fry my hair and instead my hair was softer and frizz free. It’s very light weight so I carry it in my bad, when ever I’m having issues with my hair I can simply use this to smooth it out. Very happy with this

It was easy to use and a quick brush through your hair really fixes your look. It doesn’t straighten the hair like a straightening tong does but it tames the hair and got rid of the fly-aways and frizz, giving a clean blow dry look. It’s basically a lightweight hot brush that can be easily popped into your handbag and used on the go. Great for those late to work days and date nights! I like the flashing indicator to let you know the battery is running low. It’s enough to finish off the current session but make sure you recharge it after use otherwise there won’t be enough left for next session. You can also change the temperatures with the click of a button. I usually use it at maximum heat and I can ensure you it doesn’t burn the hair.

It is small and light, and comes with a nice black velvet pouch so you can take it with you everywhere. The instruction manual says that it takes about 3 hours to fully charge the brush but my charging time was much shorter than this. There are a decent range of temperatures to select from and the brush heats up quickly. The instruction manual, which I recommend you read, gives suggestions about the type of hair and recommended temperature to select. I have fine, medium-length long hair, and it only took me a matter of minutes to straighten all my strands. Not only were they straight but my hair was also soft. This brush is also lightweight so I didn't feel like it weighed heavily after some time while I was using it.

I only straighten my hair once a week and I now use this daily. My hair can get frizzy and a little wavy, so this is the perfect device for me. I can sit on the couch, walk around or be in the car and touch up my hair for a perfectly straight look!

To begin with, I am blown away by the quality, and how well the Lady Jayne Salon Pro Rechargeable Heated Straightening Brush straightens my hair! So, to say that I was excited to receive this product as part of the trial crew is a little bit of an understatement! Slightly hesitant, but pretty ecstatic, as I have unruly hair that flicks up at the ends. The Lady Jayne Salon Pro Rechargeable Heated Straightening Brush worked wonders to create a sleek straight look! The brush itself is very easy to use, and isn’t hot to the touch. The handle grip is easy to hold, and the brush has 37 double-sided ceramic bristles that heat up when required. The instructions said to charge the brush for at least 3hrs before use, and I did just that! The first stroke through my hair was like magic - it straightened my hair instantly, and was so easy to use. It just glided straight my hair. With 25 minutes usage time per charge, it is the perfect portable straightener brush, and you’ll get several uses out of the device before it needs charging again. It comes with a velvet pouch, for easy and safe storage. The brush isn’t large, which means that it is perfect for the handbag and for fixing your hair on-the-go! I really do highly recommend the Lady Jayne Salon Pro Rechargeable Heated Straightening Brush! 5/5 star from me!

I was so excited to get an invite again after a couple of years. The cordless nature of this heated brush is an absolute winner. It makes styling so much easier not being connected to a wall! The brush charged quickly and has a convenient little carry bag that comes with it. It heats up as advertised on the box, and being able to select from 5 different heat options was great. The brush is great at smoothing down whispy bits and giving a more natural but still straight look. It won't quite give that early 2010's dead straight look though - but is that really a loss....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t really had anything to do with styling brushes before and I was super excited to give this one a go. I really loved how simple this was to use. I was worried having had no real experience with a styling brush it would be super complicated. Thankfully not the case. I did charge the brush for the 3 hours suggested, but the charge lasts a really long time, so it was worth the wait. It is super lightweight, so my arm wasn’t tired doing all the things I was desperate to try now having this amazing tool. I loved that you could adjust the temperature so my hair wouldn’t fry or singe off. Being a novice, I was a little nervous about this. I needn’t have worried. It was super quick to heat up too. The 90 seconds advertised on the box, wasn’t a marketing ploy. I was unsure about the claim about the ionic technology, but I did notice that I didn’t have fly away or frizzy hair all day. I was even out in humidity and my hair didn’t poof… I also liked that my hair didn’t snag in the bristles of the brush. My hair didn’t tangle or knot either, so I loved that too. People with fine hair will understand the ease of knots. Ha ha!!! I had so much fun playing with this and I would highly recommend this brush for the ease and comfort!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sumaya from On the go hair essential I have been looking for a device like this. My hair gets frizzy in the heat and rain which is the worst on a night out. I end up walk around all nice and dressed except my hair looks like I got electric. The cordless straightening brush is a blessing so I can quickly touch up before making my grand entrance and look flawless. Only downside is it need regular charging and is quite heavy.

I love how it's got different temperatures to choose from and not just one or two but 5, for different hair types, so it can be used for all sorts of hair types. I like it heats up pretty quick too. It's good for straightening all hair and for quick touch ups and it does a really good job. I love it being small and light and cordless means I can easily move it around, from one side to the other, different angles, move from one end of the room to the other to take it with me to my wardrobe mirror and not worry about any cords, which is really good. Very good straightening brush, I love it.
