The new one smells like it has gone off, very similar to the smell of vomit. It is disgusting and I don't know how it got past your quality control team. I will never buy it again because the smell is intolerable.

I attach the old formula photo to you for identify purpose. By using the new formula cleanser, i lost the feeling of the used good product. Please change back to the old formula or let your customer/user to choose the new or old formula to buy. I do not like the new changed formula at all. It is not the same product to me.

The new formula smells like soap and feels terrible on my skin. I WILL NEVER buy this new formula again, bring back the perfect product you had, if not you have lost me as a customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please bring back the 'original' formula Please bring back the the OLD Gentle Skin Cleanser formula! It was 'perfection' and did not need changing. I have been using this cleanser for 30 years at the recommendation of my dermatologist and all of my adult children have grown up with the pump pack in the shower and they miss it too! The new formula has a really unpleasant smell while using and leaves the skin feeling like it has been cleaned with soap. I cannot believe that I will now have to find a new cleanser.
