I used to have plaque but now, they are completely gone. Just vanished. And, it gives you fresh minty breath which is awesome. I mean, you wouldn't be able to last more then 2 minutes with a person who has bad breath. I know I can't.

Mum and I stock up on them whenever they go on sale for half price at coles and woolies. It's like any other ordinary toothpaste that does the job. It's minty, foams up well when you brush it and leaves your teeth clean. I'm not sure about it's claims that it whitens your teeth as my teeth look the same but I use it anyways because it's affordable and does it job at cleaning your teeth.

This toothpaste is inexpensive and brushes well. The only thing is that it is advertised as whitening but I do not see results using this. My teeth still looked the same shade and not any whiter after having used the whole tube. Taste is fine like with all other colgate toothpaste, just that the results weren't that great.

The Colgate advanced whitening is overall pretty average, it cleans the teeth nicely and leaves you with minty fresh breathe. However, in the teeth whitening department is really doesn't do anything, I have seen a slight improvement but nothing to jump up and down about. I have sensitive teeth so lucky there was no teeth sensitivity. Overall, this tooth paste gets the job done, with minor improvements to whiting.

Over the counter products simply don't have strong enough ingredients to visibly whiten teeth. Only visiting the dentist can do that. While I didn't actually see any changes to colouring, this toothpaste does the job to clean the teeth and freshen the breath. Ive been using this for months as I quiet like the way it makes mouth feel afterwards being very fresh and actually feels like they have been cleaned. I don't smoke or drink coffee so I don't exactly have yellow teeth other than from natural yellowing anyway so perhaps this is why I've found my teeth no different??.. I'll keep using this brand because as said above I do think it give a good clean.

It's non-abrasive and doesn't leave my teeth feeling overly sensitive but does give my whole mouth a very clean feeling for the whole day. As for whitening though I don't feel like this particular one does anymore than regular Colgate toothpastes. Although I don't have greatly stained teeth I do drink a lot of coffee and the whitening effect after using this toothpaste for over a month is minimal, if anything. Perhaps more for the maintenance of whitening procedures it would work better but for the sole purpose of whitening you're probably better off with one of the pro whitening toothpastes.

It cleans teeth and gums very well, tastes minty fresh, isn't irritating or abrasive, and leaves your mouth thoroughly clean. It does not, however, whiten teeth. At least, not for me, not as far as I could tell. It might be mildly whitening at least in the sense that it may prevent teeth from becoming more yellow, or it may help maintain the white of teeth that have been whitened. I would not bother buying this fit teeth whitening purposes. The price is average but you can often find this on special at the supermarket.

Though it does whiten your teeth I would say by only a few shades. It's perfect just for maintaining the colour of your teeth and keeping your teeth looking fresh. It cleaned my mouth just as good as other colgate toothpastes and the taste wasn't too bad, the classic 'minty' flavour. All in all its quite a good toothpaste with a nice subtle whitening effect and one I would probably get again.

The colgate advanced whitening is pretty average. It is good but not great. It doesn't go that extra mile to really whiten teeth, especially when it has the words "Advanced whitening". It has a nice, minty fresh taste that leaves my mouth feeling clean. It contains microcrystals to help with polishing of the teeth which I believe is what is supposed to be the whitening aspect of the toothpaste. It has a very fresh minty taste which lasted for a while for me and it foams pretty well too. I only use a pea size amount and that was enough. I always alternate between toothpastes because I find using only whitening paste always leaves my mouth with some soreness because the whitening paste is too strong for me. So I only used this in the mornings and used a regular paste at night.

I don't have discoloured teeth so telling was a bit difficult with me. The tube, like all colgates are easy to use and minimal wastage. Flavour is fresh and staying in your mouth a little after to give you that clean and fresh feeling.

My teeth aren't really that discoloured but I did see a slight difference. I didn't feel as if it cleaned as well as the usual Colgate Total one I use though so I finished the tube and went back to that.

I used charcoal on my teeth. Just grind some burnt charcoal and rub it all over your teeth and then rinse off. You will be amazed.

If it was just a regular toothpaste, I'd give it 5stars - it's got a great fresh flavour and you are left with a fresh breath for a good while. The problem is this toothpaste promises to whiten your teeth - this did not happen at all. I've used it for a month and there wasn't even a slight improvement!
