[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy grail! so so so extremely helpful for my ashy flaky dry skin specially this autumn and winter cold weather. it feels luxurious to the skin and feels smooth. It keeps my skin hydrated for a very long time unlike other products that i have to reapply many times to keep my skin hydrated. This product is a bit pricey but very effective. Will definitely buy some more! It sinks right into the skin and keeps it supple. One star down because the bottle is a bit small than what i like for a body lotion, I finish it off easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve received this product as part of the set together with the Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Body Spray Serum. I’ve been alternating using both products - lotion at night and serum in the morning. The results were great, my very dry skin is very nicely moisturised and glowing. I’ve even noticed that skin on my elbows and knees is definitely softer. The body balm is fragrance free which is great for sensitive skin. I will definitely continue using it in the future to see any long lasting results. I also loved the size of the bottle, perfect to take on holidays and it seems that I only needed to use a little amount each time.

This fragrance-free lotion is a lightweight cream that absorbed into the skin amazingly quickly, making it great for days that you are time poor and need to get dressed in a hurry. It doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy at all. It isn't the richest cream, so am not sure how it would go as your wintertime moisturiser, but as a moisturiser for the warmer months, it is great. I love that is is fragrance-free and will not compete with your perfume for attention. I would repurchase this to use in the warmer months, but I feel I might need more for the wintertime.

I have been using this product for over three weeks now and I have noticed a significant difference in the hydration and and smoothness of my skin. I apply this either the morning and night after my shower and it has been keeping my skin hydrated for hours on end, whereas other brands that I have tried haven't lasted a day. I have also noticed the rough areas around my elbows and knees soften over the course of time. This is a light-weight cream that spreads fairly so you don't need to use all that much. Highly recommend this product if you have really dry skin like myself.

The pump nozzle easily delivers the lightweight white lotion. The lotion is quickly absorbed once rubbed into the skin, leaving the skin feeling soft, with no greasy residue. I have very sensitive skin and did not react to this product. When I started using the lotion, my skin was very dry and I can see an improvement. I have been using the lotion for two weeks. I like the fact the lotion is fragrance-free and contains vitamin e.

It looks modern but still can tell it's a Cetaphil product. The body lotion comes in a decent size and isn't too heavy to hold or carry. I love it has a pump feature to use the product. The Body Optimal Hydration Replenishing Lotion is a white creamy thick consistency lotion. It has the typical fresh soft smell Cetaphil normally does. Applying to the body is easy using the pump. The lotion absorbs easily into my skin. It's non sticky and feels light and comfortable. It didn't cause my sensitive skin any irritation or itchiness or redness. I found it helped my dry skin feel more hydrated and helped the flakiness and dry patches I was experiencing.

You can apply a couple of times a day to build up moisture and replenish your skin - especially during winter, goes a long way to reapply as often as you like. After exfoliation this lotion absorbs well and doesn’t lea pave a greasy nor oily film. I used it daily after a shower. I especially applied a good layer after I did a body scrub. Easy pump pack which is good to have rather then a tube. Good for all the family and doesn’t have too many ingredients for anyone with allergies. I would buy it again. But think this bottle will last me at least 2-3 months!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great travel body moisturiser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my favourite products in the new Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Range although opposite to the rest of the range that I thought was very affordable, I thought for the size of the packaging this was quite expensive. The cream itself was lovely and smooth to apply with no fragrance and was very hydrating on the skin and not at all oily. I think this size (236ml) would be great for travelling so you don't have to pack a large bottle but would go through it very quickly being used on a daily basis on the whole body.

I have very scaly dry skin on my legs and red bumps on my arms and felt it melted nicely into my skin with no greasiness or the need for a double layer. My skin felt hydrated all day long and I used this product only once a day but definitely would have helped further hydrate my skin using twice a day. I would definitely buy this product to use everyday as it helped ease my scaliness but found if missed the product for 1 whole day the dryness came back but not as bad as before using the product.

This body lotion comes housed in a sturdy pump pack, easy to use and dispenses enough lotion for an arm or half a leg. The lotion is light and easy to apply, yet heavy enough to feel like it has really moisturised. It is fragrance free, yay! It visibly changes the appearance of my skin on application - any dry, scaliness is immediately gone. Over time, my skin looks smoother and feels softer with no irritation. I will continue to use this lotion and will repurchase, I really like it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started to trial the Cetaphil® Optimal Hydration Replenishing Body Lotion together with the Cetaphil® Optimal Hydration Body Serum Spray and I preferred the Body lotion. I prefer the old school standard lotion bottles than the spray function bottles. This lotion was amazing, absorbs well and leaves my skin soft and well nourished. It is fragrance free, hypoallergenic and paraben free which is good for sensitive skin. . It dries quickly into your skin right after you rub it in. My skin tends to be very dry especially as the weather is changing now to cooler days and this product really sunk into my skin and left my skin so well hydrated and moisturized the whole day. Good value for money and love the bottle , packaging and labelling.

However I was pleasantly surprised. This lotion is lightweight and my dry legs and hands soaked it up. Non greasy and absorbed quickly. When I was diligent and used the lotion consistently every day, I really noticed a difference in my usually dry legs. Perfect for going into the colder months. Easy to quickly do and jump straight into pjs or clothes as it's a non-greasy formula. It's a winner for me.

I used the Replenishing Body Lotion at night time after my shower. Again it melted straight into the skin and i felt immediate hydration right away. There is no overpowering scent and I just enjoy the simplicity of applying protection and moisture to my skin. I love using the body lotion in conjunction with the body spray moisturiser knowing that my body is being provided with 24hr moisture and protection against dehydration. Another aspect i love in relation to using Cetaphil is the expiry date of the product. It's just something i love to know about what i am using. The only slight gripe i had hence 4 stars, was when you use the pump i found it got stuck a few times. I don't know if it was my bottle but honestly it wasn't a huge factor. As long as i could moisturise my body and feel hydrated as i have been, it was ok. Another product i highly recommend

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Hydrating Body Moisturiser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to trial this body lotion from Cetaphil. I am 47yrs old with normal fair skin, currently my body is a bit dry due to the colder weather. I used this daily for about 1 week or so. I liked the packaging as their is no lid just a twist top nozzle. It’s a simple basic design. The cream is a mid weight white product that is unscented. I like the cream because it spreads easily and leaves skin feeling smooth and nourished. I noticed my skin texture to be more hydrated and supple. I did notice the cream left a slight tacky/sticky feeling on the skin but after a few minutes it disappeared. After moisturising my whole body I felt my hands were the tackiest and needed to wash them as I don’t like that feeling which is why I only gave 4 stars. Overall I will continue to use this and would recommend to my friends. I felt it moisturised slightly better than the body spray version but there was less tackiness with the body spray. Overall I liked it.

It’s a little thicker than the spray version but still not enough for winter for my dry skin. It’s quite light, sinks in well and has no scent. I will use it until it’s gone but I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it. There are so many other moisturisers on the market that have a better price point and do a better job. This may be a good one for normal skin/oily as it’s very gentle and sinks in quick. I do like the bottle and the pump, it’s very easy to hold. I really appreciate the lockable pump, I really think all pumps should have this feature, it comes in so handy for travelling.’

This is the thicker version compared to the spray moisturiser that comes in this line, however to me there is not much difference in the hydration level I mean it is a thicker cream but that appears to be it. It probably would suit my skin more in the summer time to be used as a daily cream rather then to treat. Rubbed in quickly and is not greasy so can put clothes on soon after I love that there is hyaluronic acid in the body cream as I would never put it on my body alone so big bonus I love the pump No irritation as yet so that’s a plus

Hydrates, hydrates, hydrates. My skin LOVED this stuff and drank it up. It has a lovely pleasant fragrance without being over powering and goes on to the skin quite nicely and goes a long way, you don't need to use alot. I did find it left my skin feeling a little too 'damp' rather than greasy, as it did leave a light film on my skin most of the day. I personally don't like this feeling, but loved how nice and healthy and glowy my skin looked, especially my legs! I would recommend just using as a night time moisturizer, after your shower if you're like me and not a fan of feeling your moisturizer on your skin all day. If you're looking for a rich and hydrating body lotion, at a reasonable and affordable price then this is the one for you.

The look is fairly basic, like you would expect from the brand - hopefully the focus was the formula! I had issues with the pump not working but these things can happen… The claims on the products are nice especially if you suffer from skin sensitivity, the cream is not fragranced and feels quite nice on the skin. The challenge is: if you have dry to very dry skin, this may not be moisturising enough especially during colder months. Worth giving a shot though

I did, however, feel the instant moisturisation for the first application of the lightweight product. I found this one tended to leave a slightly greasy residue behind but it certainly provided long lasting moisture. I applied this one in the evenings and was happy to see the effects were still present upon waking up in the morning. I found the smell slightly potent but appreciate the inclusion of the hyaluronic acid, sunflower seed oil, vitamin B5 and vitamin E.

I am Asian in background and has sensitive and dry skin type, age 35-40 years. Packaging - the product comes in a standard bottle with a pump nozzle. The packaging is well designed with the nozzle fitted tightly. I have confidence this will not leak when taking it for travelling. Product - the product has light-weighted lotion consistency and is completely odourless and white in colour. The product is easily spread over the skin and quickly absorbed after use, without leaving any greasy sensation behind. The skin feels hydrated. Effect - the skin definitely feels hydrated after use. Overall this would be a great lotion for someone with sensitive skin.

It is hydrating but not sure that it it ‘intensely hydrates up to 48 hours and helps repair the skin barrier’. My skin does feel hydrated and great especially after a long hot shower! Used daily, this moisturising lotion is clinically proven to visibly improve skin roughness in just two weeks. I like it that it’s lightweight and absorbs really quickly so that skin never looks or feels greasy and sticky!!! I like that it’s filled with good stuff like hyaluronic acid, sunflower seed oil, vitamin B5 and vitamin E

But my skin is very dry and requires something thicker. The ingredient list sounds great though. I think someone with skin other than dry skin would really enjoy this. Cetaphil makes products for sensitive that does not have ingredients that would irritate sensitive skin. & that is true in my case. Unfortunately because of that, it makes the product not very exciting. The product is in a hard plastic bottle with pump which is hygienic and I enjoy the application.

It comes in a handy lockable pump bottle and is available in a 236ml size for $21.99 and a 473ml size for $35.49. The 236ml bottle that I received does not have directions on it. Next to the Directions label it has the storage conditions for the product instead. The lotion has a smooth consistency that applied nicely to the skin. It is heavier in consistency and level of hydration it provides compared to the body spray moisturiser from the same Cetaphil moisturiser range. The lotion does not feel greasy or overly heavy. Overall the Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Replenishing Body Lotion is a nice moisturising body lotion.

As I have sensitive skin, I like the fact it is non scented and has a light texture. The only down side I would say is that I did feel it left a little sticky film on the skin, so you don't need too much. Over the weeks I used the Optimal Hydration I did feel my body was far more moisturised. I used it all over my body except my face of course and especially my legs and ankles which get very dry- and those trouble spots like elbows and knees. It really helped retain and keep my body moisturised.

After trialling the Body Lotion, my skin did feel hydrated, however, the lotion was a little greasy for my liking. Whilst my hands did feel soft at first, they had a sticky, greasy film afterwards. It seemed to take a long time to absorb into my legs and arms. Felt like the lotion was just sitting on top of my skin. I found it to be sticky - my Pj’s stuck to my legs! In the shower, my legs were a little slimy Not a fan, not for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A super thick moisturiser that I found worked really well on quite dry and de-hydrated areas of the body like my feet, hands, cuticles and my particularly my young daughter’s elbows and knees. The consistency is quite thick and a little tricky to spread over larger areas such as arms and legs. Consistent daily use really did make a difference to sustaining hydration day after day. I’d happily recommend this product to anyone looking for a moisturiser for isolated areas, rather than for the whole body as it’s requires a lot of product to cover larger areas.

Hyaluronic acid is an Interesting ingredient in this cream, usually found more in facial products. This product soaked up the skin on my dry legs , used twice daily for two solid weeks it kept them silky smooth for the crisp autumn days. The texture was a lovely creamy lotion, but I do prefer a bit more of a stronger, more intense and uplifting fragrance for my body cream, like cocoa butter or coconut. The pump bottle made it easy to use with minimal waste.

Firstly, the price is steep for a body moisturiser. I wouldn’t spend this much normally on a body moisturiser. I don’t feel that there is enough superior to other body lotions to warrant the extra cost. The convenience of a spray moisturiser isn’t there too. In saying that, the product does deliver on what it claims to do, and my skin is well nourished, feels moisturised, smooth and soft after application of the lotion. It’s a good body lotion for sensitive and dry skin;I would expect a larger pump bottle for the price though. I wouldn’t know if it’s hydrating up to 48hrs due to my daily shower, but definitely it’s been a nice moisturiser for daily use. I would like to see an SPF 30 added while remaining unfragranced, this would be a big coup and drawcard.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible moisturiser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this product with the brand being so recognizable. I did not like this moisturizer at all. The moisturizer feels like a watery consistency and upon rubbing it into your skin it just doesn’t do anything. My skin did not feel moisturized at all. I pumped more into my hand and applied more but did not feel any different. I ended up applying the Cetaphil Body Spray moisturiser I was also sent to me to trial and that was not better. I definitely would never buy this product. It definitely does not perform and does not meet any of the claims of the product.
