At first though I was skeptical as eye products in the past have caused irritation to my eyes and sensitive skin. I was intrigued by the hylauronic acid and caffine combination as I used these separately prior to trialing this serum. The first couple of uses I found the applicator a bit bulky for my liking and applied too much product. I switched to using my ring finger, like I would for other eye products. I preferred this application method because I had more control over the amount of product I was using and I had better distribution of the product. It a very lightweight formula which absorbs well of given time. After only a few days of use I definitely saw an improvement in fine lines around a my eyes. And also a great reduction in puffiness. I was quiet surprised how quickly I saw a difference after using this product. I am definitely converted by this eye product and will purchase again for sure. These tired looking puffy eyes are no more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Miraaaanda93 from Great eye serum [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This serum comes in a nice little glass bottle, similar to a nail polish bottle, with a light purple hue to it. The top twists off to reveal an applicator wand. The applicator wand has 3 stainless steel beads at the end, connected by a flexible part. The beads helps to reduce puffiness with the cooling affect they have against the skin, as well as gives you a nice massage in a hard to reach area. Having an applicator wand is great as it means you can't get anything but the product near your eyes. The product can take some time to absorb into the skin as you get a decent amount with the wand, which unfortunately you can't wipe off any excess. I found the serum made my skin sticky after application. This went away if I applied moisturiser over the top, but if left by itself it still stayed slightly sticky. I did notice that the puffiness around my eyes had reduced after the first few uses. The dark circles/bags underneath my eyes also weren't as noticable if I was tired.

The packaging and glass bottle used is definitely L’Oreals’ trademark. It looks and feels luxe. I personally prefer serums over creams for my eyes as I like the lightweightedness of them. It has a unique and luxurious applicator which features 3 stainless steel beads. When applying the serum it definitely feels like a quality serum. The applicator is quite enjoyable to use and feels cooling and calming under the eyes. The serum is quite lovely when applied. It absorbs easily and dried down with it feeling tacky. I’m able to apply my skincare and sunscreen and didn’t have any issues as this serum worked well with my other products in my skin routine. I can’t say as to whether I’m seeing huge differences in anti-ageing but what I am seeing is the hydration levels have significantly improved and the lines and creppiness under my eyes have lessened. I have mild dark circles with more of inner eye darkness but I haven’t seen those lightened but knowing that the lines and creppiness has lessened that is already a good start. I believe with long term use I will continue to see improvement and hope to see the dark circles lighten too. I definitely recommend this serum to anyone wanting to try this.

Love the packaging - a purple glass bottle that looks nice in my bathroom. I get the concept of the triple steel ball applicator and it is cooling, but i would prefer a dropper as that would be more hygienic. The liquid itself is refreshing and plumps up my skin instantly, like most hyaluronic acid serums, and i appreciate the addition of niacinamide and vitamin c. It layers well under other skincare and make up applies smoothly over the top. With regular use my eyes look smoother and wrinkles appear diminished, but they re-appear without this extra hydration and it is an extra fiddly step when i can just use my regular serum blend all over. I have very dark circles and the product has no effect on them, but neither does anything else so I don’t think that is the fault of the product. I already have a good hyaluronic acid serum along with vitamin c and niacinamide products so i feel this product, while nice, is superfluous for me. However it is convenient, feels good, temporarily plumps up my skin and layers well with other products. Also quite nice on any dry areas of the face. Definitely need to apply a cream over the top (eye cream or regular moisturiser is fine)and i make sure to apply straight after cleansing when my skin is still damp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to thank Beautyheaven and L’oreal for giving me the opportunity to trial this product. As a mid-30’s gal, I’m becoming quite aware of the need for good eye products to keep fine lines and dryness at bay, so I was quite excited to try this serum. I love the packaging! The translucent bottle with the undertone of purple and the red highlighting the product name is fab! I also really loved the little stainless steel balls on the applicator, it made every time I used this into a little self-care ritual, and the coolness of the steel felt lovely on my eye contour! I found that I only needed to dip into the bottle once to get enough product to apply to both eye contours. It feels lovely, not too heavy and absorbed really well, it didn’t take a lot of pressing or rubbing to get it into my skin. I found that my skin felt smoother, fine lines diminished and the overall look was an improvement. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that enjoys a bit of pampering in their skincare ritual, or looking for a light but effective eye serum!

It was very cooling and refreshing on my eyes, and I liked the way the little balls glided across my skin. The liquid is quite watery and not too thin, not too thick, and there is no obvious scent with this serum. I found that I didn't need to dip the wand back into the product as there was more than enough product to use upon opening. I found that the eye serum worked best if it was applied underneath my moisturiser. If I put it on afterwards, the product remained quite sticky on my skin, and was noticeable throughout the day. (Note: Underneath my moisturiser is my preferred method anyway, but I just wanted to see how it sat both ways.) I also didn't love this product when I was needing to wear makeup, so I would avoid it on those days, and mainly used the product at night. It was recommended that you could use this product on your eyelids, but I found that it didn't sink into my skin well, and made my eyelids feeling sticky. After using the serum for a few weeks, I have found a noticeable difference in the appearance of my under eye skin, mostly on the outer edges. In the inner corner, there is less of a difference in appearance. Overall, I really liked the soothing qualities of this product, and will continue to use it as part of my nighttime routine.

The ingredients include 2.5% Hyaluronic Acid plus Caffeine which helps with replumbing eye wrinkles and visibly reduces dark circles. The serum is packaged in a glass jar with a roller applicator that is a built-in massager. The roller applicator also adds a cooling effect and helps with instant relief. It's fragrance-free. I have been using the serum twice daily in the mornings and evenings after washing my face. So far, I have noticed a slight improvement in skin hydration and under-eye dark cirlce. I love the roller applicator as it gives the cooling effect right away.

The serum comes in a easy to use glass container making it easy to see how much is in it. I love the applicator , which is easy to use and to apply the serum. I applied the serum every day with the applicator using it from the corner of my eye working my way to my temple. I found it easy to use it on my right eye with the circle motion but had trouble with my left side but over time I got better at it. I found that it dried very sticky so over time I was wiping the excess of making it alot better. After using the serum for many weeks I have noticed mu eyes arent as puffy and some of my wrinkles are not as pronounced. I would say that one bottle of this product would last a long time as you dont have to use much. My only worry is that the end of the applicator might not last until the end and break of.

It comes in a pretty lilac glass bottle and has a great roller applicator. I really liked the applicator and found it a cooling and hygienic way to apply the serum to the eye area. The stainless steel beads are an added bonus and can be used to gently massage the eye area. The serum is lovely and silky smooth and feels very pleasant on the skin. A tiny bit of serum under each eye goes a long way. The serum made my under eye area look hydrated and smoother. I did not notice any drastic difference with dark circles. I love that it has Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate the delicate skin around the eyes. It is very pleasant to use and will improve the health and softness of your skin. It is a reasonably priced product and widely available.

I must warn you that I have seriously dark undereye circles and that no product has ever erased them. So when I received this eye serum as par the of the Trial Team, I just took it with a grain of salt to see if it would be ok. It comes in a lovely bottle which you can see the serum. The lid upon screwing it off has a wand with massaging balls which gives such a soothing effect upon application of the serum. The serum itself is very light and sinks into my skin nicely without any sticky effect. The overall results? My bags under my eyes are disappearing, which is amazing. For my seriously dark circles, these haven't disappeared but they have reduced a little. I really recommend this as it's so soothing, even just using the wand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thankyou to L’Oréal Paris and Beautyheaven for asking me to trial the L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Filler Eye Serum with 2.5% Hyaluronic Acid & Caffeine. This comes in a purple tinted glass 20ml bottle and looks like a large nail polish bottle. The lid screws off to reveal a wand with three stainless steel balls on the tip. The rollerball applicator has been done before but I haven’t seen a triple rollerball applicator. The product is a thin clear liquid and no scent that I can detect. I haven’t gone through a lot so I suspect that it will last me a while. When I apply to the back of my hand I can feel the product has a good amount of “slip” and feels a little tacky while it absorbs. But a couple of minutes later it feels smooth and hydrated. I’ve only been applying to one eye are so that I can compare results from a different brand. On my undereye area the rollerballs feel cool and soothing. When I apply to my eyelid, it immediately feels tight almost like I have sticky tape pulling it up. It looks very wet but by the time I finish with my facial serum and moisturiser it has absorbed. I have been applying this product to my 47 year old skin with age lines around my eyes. I have sensitive eyelids, if I apply something my eyelid doesn’t like it puffs up but I haven’t had a problem with this product. So far I’ve only been using it for about two weeks as it took a while to arrive by post but it arrived safe and sound, eventually. I’ve left writing this review to the very last minute of due date deadline to give the product as much time as I could. I have a very slight concern about the rollerballs. If one of them has a burr it can be damaging towards the delicate eye area, but that would apply to any rollerball eye product and I love the idea of a rollerball applicator. I am a bit puzzled why the instructions say to make sure eye area is completely dry as I thought that hyaluronic acid worked better with damp skin but perhaps it’s because of the risk of it getting too wet and it might trickle into the eyes. It does feel nice to use and I believe it has helped my under eye wrinkles not look as obvious and it looks more hydrated. I don’t think there has been much change in the dark circles but it’s early days and my dark circles ARE part of my ethnic heritage and not poor sleep so I don’t think that can change. But the claim of “5 years younger in just two weeks” doesn’t apply to me. It might take longer - I live in hope.

Most eye products that I have used either feel like a basic moisturizer, are extremely tacky, or greasy and don't absorb. I am pleased to say that this eye serum feels smooth, non-sticky, and absorbs really well. I have noticed a difference in the dark circles under my eyes after continued use, however have not noticed a difference in the wrinkles. I do however notice a difference in how my eyes feel immediately after use. My upper eyelid feels tighter, as though the serum is pulling it upwards. A feeling I don't usually receive with a product unless it is drying out my skin. The bottle is pretty adorable, and the product is thin. The instructions are quite easy to follow, and have little metal balls to roll over your skin giving an instant cooling feeling. Would be great to put in the fridge for an additional assistance in de-puffing! I do however find that it can be difficult to angle properly to avoid the plastic scratching my skin. Overall I'm pretty happy with this, however am yet to find the perfect product. I will continue use and hope I receive the same results that others have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOREAL products are cutting edge beauty products that always give reliable results. The LOREAL revitalise eye serum certainly looks space age! You can tell they have put allot of thought into this product. I haven’t seen anything like this on the market! The packaging may seem busy but what I love is that it holds all the instructions. It’s all very straightforward and easy to use. The glass vial with the metal massage wand is super cool. The roller balls glide over the skin. The coldness of the massager with the serum is a soothing feeling. I have very defined bags that are quite dark, and a few wrinkles around the corners. Using the product continuously for three weeks twice a day I did see an improvement. The bags are less yellow and an improvement in the puffiness. Although not gone there is definitely an improvement. The wrinkles around my eyes are certainly less visible after three weeks. The serum has a light fragrance. I massaged with the wand below and to the side of my eye for 20 seconds each. Then afterwards I gently patted in the serum which sinks into the skin. I have sensitive eyes and I never had a reaction it’s very gentle but an effective eye serum. Would I repurchase, maybe. It does what the box says it reduced and plumped my wrinkles and lightened my under eye bags. But I would of loved to of seen it maybe depuff my under eye bags a little more. It’s a great concept with the massager and I look forward to what LOREAL think of next!

I found using this eye serum did seem to reduce my eye puffiness and it did seem to slightly reduce wrinkles. I didn't notice as much difference in the dark circles but it might just be me. I really liked the applicator wand - the beads were a novel way to apply the product and the actual product sinks in quite well. It also feels very relaxing to apply. Overall I found this eye serum to be pretty good for the price. This compares favourably to more expensive serums.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can instantly see a difference when using this L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Filler 2.5% [Hyaluronic Acid + Caffeine] Eye Serum. The hyaluronic acid instantly plumps your skin around the eye, thereby reducing fine lines and puffiness under the eye. Additionally, the caffeine helps lessen the appearance of dark circles. I used it overnight and my complexion is more glowing. The triple roller cools and massages the eye area underneath and it feels very relaxing. I found the serum quite sticky and a little bit heavy when put on the eyelids so I would recommended it to use at night before sleep. If you’re using it in the day, then I would suggest you wait for it to completely dry before applying makeup. I love this product and it’s a game changer!

It is a serum – not a cream and I love the way it applies so easily and instantly feels hydrating. It is a clear liquid with no scent. It claims to replump eye wrinkles and visibly reduce dark circles and after a few weeks of use I am happy to say I do think my eyes looks better. Less puffy, lines not as noticeable and my dark circles do seem less pronounced too. I’m really impressed with the applicator. The serum is housed in a glass jar with an applicator that has three little metal beads that you can use to apply the serum. They feel nice on the skin and a little eye massage is a great way to start and end the day. The serum is a nice consistency – not too runny, but thin enough to apply and absorb easily. After applying with the applicator, I do give it a little pat in. I’m a bit of an eye cream junky, I have tried many over the years and consider them to be an essential part of my skin care routine. I am very happy with this serum and will continue to use it and will probably even repurchase it.

As someone quite prone to dryness and puffiness under the eyes, I thought that this might be a useful addition to my regimen. The method of delivery is interesting, with a wand dispensing the product onto the eye area via tiny massage rollerballs. While I love the idea, I do wonder how good it is to apply with this applicator then place the applicator back into the product. To be fair, it's not all the different to lip gloss application, but the eye area is potentially more risky for contamination? I really like that there is both caffeine and hyaluronic acid in the serum, as it addresses both of my primary eye area concerns. No irritation at all, which is fantastic, as this product can actually be used on upper eyelids as well, according to the directions, which is not terribly common for skincare products. I found this to be not *quite* rich enough for my dry undereye area, so used it as a first serum, then added an oil based serum and eye cream over top. It layers beautifully, really impressed with the cosmetic elegance of the product.

The Serum itself appears to have worked nicely by reducing the puffiness around my eyes, this in turn makes my eyes appear less tired (so I am very happy about that!) It feels nice and refreshing when applied to the skin - and I love that feeling that it is working. I must admit I had a little trouble getting used to the applicator. It took me quite a few goes before I was able to use it easily. I think I prefer applying product around my eye area with my fingers.

The packing was great quality and felt very nice, I also like the addition of the ball applicator for using the serum. It felt so cooling and soothing to apply and it left my eyes feeling refreshed and more awake and for once I almost looked it as well. Over my trial I haven't noticed a substantial change in my under eye area but have felt my under eyes are slightly less puffy and not so dark. I look forward to continuing to use the serum to further the effects. This is so nice and relaxing to use I enjoy this part of my skincare routine.

I love the packaging and the cooling applicator. It is easy to use and a little bit of product goes a long way! I use on clean skin morning and night, after cleansing. The Hyaluronic Acid 2.5% and Caffeine work well together and I have noticed a little improvement to my under eye area after a few weeks of use. I will continue to use and am hopeful for continued improvement for my lines and under eye bags!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Revitalift Filler Eye Serum as a Trial Team reviewer and glad I was accepted. The Revitalift Filler Eye Serum comes packaged in a neat little bottle with an applicator that you use to gently massage the product into the eye area. The instructions show you the 3 spots below and 3 spots above the eye that are the key spots to target. Within the first 24 hours after 2 applications I saw a distinct reduction in dark under eyes. Within 2 weeks I do see a small difference in darkness under my eyes and also the wrinkles around my eyes, do I feel it's something others notice... probably not. I will continue to use the product in hopes it is achieving what is suggests The downside is the product goes on liquid like but leaves a sticky residue once it dries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After growing up in the Australian sun, the crows feet that have taken up residency on my face need to be dealt with! So testing a new eye serum is always an exciting opportunity. I used this product every morning for 3 weeks and really enjoyed the process. The product seems super hydrating and feels really lovely to apply. The applicator cools the area and immediately makes my eyes look wayyy less puffy, like I had slept for a solid 12hours. Over the weeks I did notice fine lines seemed reduced and the area seemed brighter. I love L’Oréal products as they are such a great price point and are so easily accessible! The only negative things that I have to say about the product are that it was a little sticky so it meant that it took a little longer to set properly before continuing on with the rest of my routine and that I found I did still have darkness under my eyes which my good friend concealer had to sort out!

The L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Filler 2.5% [Hyaluronic Acid + Caffeine] Eye Serum comes in a light purple glass bottle of 20ml. The applicator is a 'triple roller applicator', as such, it has 3 stainless steel beads at the end, it is designed to create a colling effect when applying the serum to the eye area. I like the fact that the serum is fragrance-free, especially for an eye skincare product. The serum is very thin, if you use the provided triple roller applicator to apply the serum, there is no risk of over-applying and wastage. This 20ml bottle should last for a long time. So I must say the product design is great, not to mention the overall look of the product is very sleek and luxurious, especially for a brand you could easily find in local pharmacies and supermarkets. The packaging carton comes with recommendations on how to apply and massage the serum on the eye area; basically it is recommended to use the applicator to massage in small circles to de-puff. The advertised cooling effect and massage instructions to de-puff is indeed very soothing. I do find that my eye area is sufficiently moisturised using this surprisingly thin serum, as I am normally more used to richer eye skincare products. It is too soon to see any noticeable changes yet, as the pre-existing wrinkles around eyes still remain. Overall I enjoy using the L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Filler 2.5% [Hyaluronic Acid + Caffeine] Eye Serum. If you prefer lightweight eye serum products, you will like this.

It was super exciting when i got it out of the packaging. the 3 metal balls look so strange. I asked my husband what he thought it was and he honestly had NO idea. It was quite funny. The metal balls allow the product to glide smoothly over the skin and apply just a small amount of product of product to the sensitive eye area. This product to the orbital bone and not directly to the thin under eye area or the lids. the metal balls allow a beautiful cooling effect to happen reducing the appearance of dark circles while the hyaluronic acid and caffeine formula plumps the skin to smooth out the wrinkles. over all I am really happy with the results from this product and will continue to use it on a daily basis

I have some dark circles that I’ve dealt with for many years so I’m always on the lookout for an eye product that delivers on brightening my eye area. This eye serum was a pleasure to use. The packaging is lovely and luxe with a pretty purple glass bottle and a super awesome applicator which features a three stainless steel beads which gives my eye area an refreshing and cooling effect. The serum is formulated with hyaluronic acid (big fan!) and caffeine. I used this serum for a few weeks and in that time I have noticed some improvement with my dark circles. My under eye area does look a little brighter which is nice to see. It also looks and feels more hydrated, although my concealer is still creasing a little - I just think I need more hydration in the form of a richer cream. For a day serum though, this product delivers pretty well. I would definitely recommend this serum to anyone who needs hydration and brightening of the eye area.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jupiter from Hydrating and reduces appearance of crepey eyelids [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fragrance-free eye serum with 1.5% (not 2.5%) Sodium Hyaluronate and 1% Caffeine. The formula is simple which is good - less chance of irritation. It is water-based and has glycerin which is a humectant. Interestingly Niacinamide is listed before sodium hyluronate and caffeine, so the concentration is likely to be above 1.5%. It also has ascorbyl glucoside, a Vit C derivative listed towards the end. There is 20ml of product which is quite generous for an eye serum (usually 15ml). The packaging is pretty with a glass bottle and an applicator that has 3 roller balls so that you can massage your eye area during application. I really approve of no added fragrance especially for an eye product. This product did tingle slightly the first time I used it, but it seemed to go away after a few days. I found it to be very hydrating and spreadable without being sticky or tacky. It definitely smoothes out the crepiness around my upper eyelids and my fine lines even if the effects are temporary. i didn't find the roller ball applicator very helpful, as you kind of have to place the applicator horizontally flat across eyelid to get all 3 balls to roll on contact, which is a bit awkward. I did not find any noticeable effect in terms of reducing my eye bags or under eye darkness but didn't expect to. Overall I do like this but I wish it had a few more anti-aging ingredients like peptides, so I'm still applying a peptide-boosted eye cream over this.

The wand has three stainless steel balls on it and it was definitely an interesting experience as I have never used this kind of applicator before. It has a cooling effect when applied under the eyes and it is massaging the skin at the same time. I like that the applicator is slightly bendable, it is making the application easy all around the eye area. I love that this eye serum is unscented, it’s definitely a big plus for me. The texture feels lightweight and I usually just tab the excess serum more around my eye area. After using this for three weeks I haven’t noticed much of the smoothing of fine lines but the puffiness under my eyes have gone and my dark circles have reduced. When I apply it, the serum kinda makes my eyes pop- I think it’s the texture. The skin around my eyes also feel much more moisturised and hydrated. As a busy mum of two I would say this serum is an essential in my skincare routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having trialled this for the last 3 weeks, I have a few thoughts about this eye serum from L'oreal Paris. With a 2.5% Hyaluronic Acid & Caffeine ingredient list, there was no doubt that this would be hydrating and invigorating. This eye serum also comes with a triple roller applicator consisting of 3 steel beads, much like an eye massage tool. It's a daily ritual - apply your skincare in the morning or evening, followed by this relaxing last step to relax and sooth tired, dry eyes. I found that the skin around my eyes were deeply hydrated as this tends to apply too much product, which you then have to dab out near the upper eyes and orbital bone. Not a deal breaker as hyaluronic is great all over the face, especially the delicate eye area I have to say that I'm not overly enthusiastic about this product yet, as I can't see the difference between using this and a regular hyaluronic acid or eye serum, without the stainless steel beads. The steel beads are a little too large for my smaller eye area so seems to apply too much product. I do find this is a relaxing and rejuvenating step in my routine so will continue to use this eye serum.
