So I am always on the hunt for an eye cream that tackles both of these. I used this in place of my usual eye cream in the morning and at night. It was hydrating without feeling heavy and was quickly absorbed as I patted it into my skin. I didn't have any issues layering it with other products (moisturiser, sunscreen and makeup). After using this for about a month, this is a great eye moisturising eye cream, my under eyes are plump and hydrated but didn't notice any change in my dark circles. I would recommend this if you are looking for an everyday eye cream.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bye bye dark eyes [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised the first time I used Olay Eyes Vitamin C + Peptide 24 Eye Cream I had previously only used moisturisers and face creams from Olay. I have dark bags under my eyes and whilst this doesn't eliminate them totally I saw a visible difference in the hydration around my eyes an dthe dark circles were lessened. I love the little container it comes in and the texture is soft and spreadable without being to greasy. A little goes a long way! I used this both in the morning and at night and I have to say I really did see a difference in the short time I used it. I my total eye area looked and felt more hydrated, refreshed and bright. I like the fact it is not fragranced for such a sensitive area of the face. I will definitely keep using it as I can imagine that when using it daily over a course of time that the results will be even more noticeable!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The moment I heard that I can trial Olay's new eye cream and it is supposed to brighten my eyes, I was sold. My eyes show my current state of being a mother to a toddler and a newborn - the exhaustion is visible and I need all the help I can get. The cream itself comes in a really cute yellow pot and on opening, I saw that it was actually more of a gel-like consistency and not a cream. It is see-through and thick, which reminded me of jelly. I used it twice a day and applied it to my eye area. Since it is a bit thick, then it took a while for it to fully absorb. Unfortunately, I still found that a lot of the time, my skin was left sticky. I tried to play around with the amount I used and a half a pea size was suitable for me and left my skin comfortable. After using it for three weeks, I can say that the skin around my eyes looks definitely healthier, younger and brighter. I would have preferred if it was in a pump bottle, which would have made the dosing easier and also more hygienic.

Both are lovely lightweight moisturisers. Similar to the face moisturiser, it is a lightweight gel consistency and does not have any noticeable scent unlike the face moisturiser (which I did not mind at all). I found it absorbed very easily and did not leave any residue at all. As someone with dry to normal skin, it can sometimes get greasy in the summer humidity so I was pleased that it provided adequate moisture without having to use a heavy cream.

The formula is a lightweight gel cream and it absorbs easily and leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated but not greasy. I also noticed that after using this eye cream for a few weeks that the skin around my eyes is looking brighter and smoother. I used this eye cream for both my day and night skincare routine and during the day I also use fit under make up and noticed that my under eye concealer applied more smoothly. I will continue to use this eye cream and also recommend it to others looking for a brightening eye cream.

I love this cream because it is fragrance and easily absorbed onto the skin. It has a light cooling effect on the eye area which is refreshing. overall, my complexion is brighter after month of using this eye cream and the Olay Niacinamide + Vitamin C Moisteriser. My under eye area looks less tired and plumed with hydration. I really enjoy this eye cream and soul recommend if you are looking for a light weight eye cream that provide good hydration and brightening effect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Brightening and smoothing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having some trouble sleeping for a while, it was really starting to show under my eyes so I was keen to try this product to see whether it could help reduce the puffiness and increase brightness with my under eye circles. I’ve used Olay eye creams before and have always found them to be a solid bathroom staple - this was no different. The packaging was simple and functional and the cream had a lovely lightweight texture. I found that a little went a long way and used it each night before bed. After about a week, I noticed that the skin under my eyes was a bit brighter and felt smoother as well. I’m looking forward to seeing whether there will be further improvement over the next few days and weeks.

The main difference in this eye cream from other products in Vitamin C collection is No frangrance in this little jar, so one less thing will irritate our sensitive eye area. Great! The texture is lightweight and very smooth. Fast absortion leaves skin non greasy to touch. After 3 weeks trial period, my undereye area does have a long term hydration even with make up on. It works well with my concealer and foundation. Although with the peptides in the formula, it is still taking its time to reduce the apperance of the fine lines. I used it at night for a couple of weeks and noticed my eye area was well moisturised and bright. I like the vitamin C component and a welcomed addition to my night time routine. Having it in the fridge and putting it on cool was an added treat. I would recommend this to others as an everyday eye cream. The jar size although small is still great value, a little goes a very long way, so great value for money.

You only need a dab as a little goes a long way. I have been using this eye cream daily (am & pm) for roughly two and a half weeks. It has a cooling sensation which I found helpful in reducing my puffy eyes in the morning and keeping the eye area hydrated. However, one may need to use this eye longer to determine if helps with reducing dark circles or wrinkles. overall, I quite like this product and I will definitely continue to use it.

It has a slightly cooling feel under the eyes and I find that the texture makes it a great choice to use night and day, under makeup as my concealer sits atop really nicely. The eye cream doesn't leave any unpleasant sticky residue on the skin, which is fantastic as other eye creams I've tried can tend to do so. The eye cream has a wonderful hydrating quality and over the weeks of use, I've also found it to noticeably brighten my under eye area, particularly the inner corners. My whole eye area looks brighter and 'more awake' and I'm pleasantly surprised! I do wish the product came in a tube though, just for more hygienic use and application but other than that, I really enjoy this eye cream!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely gel eye cream that plumps and hydrates [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, this comes with a LOT of product. It is definitely a generous size and will last you ages. The texture is a light gel cream that melts into the skin beautifully. It worked well with my other serums, under sunscreen, and under make up also. Was particularly good to use under make up because it's light and hydrating, didn't make the eyelids oily or greasy, and didn't cause the make up to gather and pill. Worked well under spf as well - sinks into the skin almost immediately so that the spf can sit on top without sliding around or splitting. So application wise it feels more hydrating than moisturising, so if you have really dry skin you might need something a bit more nourishing. Brightening wise I didn't notice any significant effect, but that's something that can take weeks and weeks. I have really dark under eye circles which is due to genetics and the skin being delicate and thin under the eye, so a cream isn't going to brighten that. However, it helped the area look more plump and hydrated which overall made that area look more taught for me. Overall it's a lovely eye gel cream that almost anyone can use and can easily incorporate into their make-up routine, skin care routine, and with their spf. Leaves skin hydrated and plump, and can potentially be brightening is used every day consistently for a few months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried quite a few Olay eye creams over the last 5 years, and I have to say, the Olay Niacinamide + Vitamin C Eye Cream may very well be one of my favourites! This comes in a very shiny little gold jar, with a silver screw lid. The texture of this eye cream is light, and gel-like, which means absorption is a breeze! I love that this helps to plump out the skin beneath the eyes, resulting in smoother skin . This also helps with reducing the appearance of fine lines, which I seem have accumulated more of over the last 2 years! This is a great eye cream, and I would certainly get another one!

I love my skincare products in jars as I can wash and repurpose after use and you can ensured you get every last bit of product. Like the moisturiser in this line I would love to see it come with a spatula for hygienic dispensing of the product. The gel cream feels wonderful on the skin and you only need such a small amount as the product has some slip to it making a little go a long way. It doesn't feel heavy or thick on the eye and doesn't travel around the area and end up in your eyes. I couldn't detect any noticeable fragrance with this product. My skin felt boosted,plump and hydrated after use and it didn't alter or separate makeup after using it. I have sensitive rosacea type skin and this was non irritating to it and didn't cause redness. After a couple of weeks my eye area did look firmer, plumper and more even toned.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first began using it. When I dabbed a small amount of the lightweight, gel-like cream under my eyes, it felt refreshing and cooling. This was especially nice in the mornings. The product sat on my skin looking shiny for a little while before it absorbed. I have dark circles under my eyes which are courtesy of genetics and skin tone, as opposed to a lack of sleep. Unfortunately this means that no product will reduce or get rid of them, so I knew this Olay eye cream wouldn't do much in that regard. But regardless, it felt like a nice luxurious addition to my skincare routine, and I'd recommend the product if you want to give the skin around your eyes a little TLC.

Olay has amazing products and this doesn't fail to excite me. The cream is nice to use as it's soft and smells nice and does what it's meant to. Th cream hydrates my skin around my eyes and has also softened my lines. The cream is absorbed well into my skin and makes me looking fresh and bright. The packaging is also nice in thr small handy golden tub. Easy to carry and convenient to place anywhere. Mine lives on my bedside table. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to have lighter brighter eyes.

As a working doctor who is quite sparse of sleep, I have a strict skincare routine and religiously use eye cream every night to mitigate my dark circles. I often have tired, dark circles around my eyes. After 14 days of using this product, my tired-looking eyes were given a significant make-over. The skin around my eyes had brightened and the eye cream assisted in the hydration and glow.It is lightweight, non-greasy and easy absorbed and comfortable for evenings. Highly recommend this product!

It’s presented in a simple screw top jar that is sturdy and solid. I could not find the percentage of Vitamin C listed on the packaging, which makes me believe it’s minimal. The cream was lightweight and had a pleasant faint citrus scent. It spread nicely on the skin and dried down quickly. It also had a lovely cooling effect that lasted a few seconds after application. I enjoyed using this product as a base for makeup and I found it worked really well at providing a smooth base for my makeup. As for any of the Vitamin C benefits, I would need to continue using this product for longer in order to make an informed opinion. Overall, if you’re looking for a simple base that sits nicely under eye makeup, Vitamin C benefits aside, this could be what you’re looking for.

Similar to the moisturiser, the lightweight texture is a big win, it sinks right into your skin and does not leave a greasy layer on top. So you know it is really working and being absorbed to give that 24-hour hydration. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the fragrance in the cream it was a bit too strong for me and so I avoided using it at night time. I did notice that my under eyes dark circles had lightened and overall smoother after consistently using this product!

I used this product in the evening before bedtime and found it to be very light weight, fast absorbing and nourishing on my skin. I usually prefer eye creams in a tube so I don't use too much on one application. Personally I found, because the consistency was quite silky, I tended to take too much each time and perhaps wasted some of it. Besides that I enjoyed this eye cream and would recommend to a friend if they're looking for something affordable that is hydrating and silky feeling on their face.

It has a creamy gel consistency that did dry down quickly. I think for most people this would be a great eye cream, but be careful if you have millia. It also has fragrance, which while it smelt nice I did find it quite strong. I would prefer a fragrance free version. This eye cream would be good for someone who is wanting brightening results and has dry skin around their eyes.

I'm a huge fan of skincare products that include a multitude of ingredients and the addition of both Niacinamide and Vitamin C in this product is impressive. The texture of the eye cream is so light and is great for some extra hydration under your makeup and sunscreen. I use this eye cream both day and night, but I especially loved how it didn't feel too heavy on my skin when I applied makeup. It absorbs easily into the skin and doesn't leave an oily or sticky residue like some other heavier eye creams I have used in the previously. I think this product would be perfect for anyone who is wanting to start introducing an eye cream into their daily regime!

Product made in Thailand. The eye cream is very lightweight. Sets onto the skin fast. Did not notice that offers hydration or moisture boost. No scent. Gentle. Used Olay luminous vitC moisturizer over it to hydrate eye area. That worked. Together work better. Offering hydration. Feels as if this eye cream is like a serum. But not strong in actives. Felt the need to top it up with matching moisturizer we got for this trial. Product needs improvement in packaging (plastic pot with not well glued and not straight either, plastic label). Also outer packaging is huge, hard plastic box coating , oversized for tiny plastic eye cream pot, and another plastic coated box, way bigger than the pot itself. Nothing is recyclable.

It did feel nice when applying and great little size to take away for overnight trips. It did reduce some of the discolouration after about a week of using it and gave under my eyes some much needed hydration so it is still worth investing in. I have only also been using it for just over 2 weeks so feel with more time it will yield better results. It's a great product and would compliments well with their luminous moisturiser.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Greasy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Olay Niacinamide + Vitamin C Eye Cream for past several weeks and I really wanted to love this product but I just found it way too greasy for my liking. A very small amount does go along way as it such a creamy and oily consistency. I felt as though it was hydrating for the skin around my eyes but it didn't soak into my skin enough and left me feeling too oily. The scent is super refreshing and reinvigorating orange smell to it thanks to the vitamin c that is in it. I would recommend this eye cream to someone with really dry skin and those who don't have sensitive ski .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from An irridecent disappointment [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited with the coupling of niacinamide and vitamin c in an eye cream. I put aside my usual eye creams and I have used this day and night for about a month. On the box it claims to be fast absorbing. It is most definitely not fast absorbing. No matter how little you use, how well you try and work it into your skin and how long you wait, you are left with an obvious, slightly shiny layer of product under and around your eye. Which brings us to the other claim on the box that it "instantly hydrates", well if you consider a permanent sheen of silicone (dimethicone) under your eyes as "hydrating"... (Dimethicone is third on the ingredient list after water and glycerin...) The product also purports to "brighten skin around the eye". As soon as you open the jar you can see the the cream is quite iridescent. This coupled with the fact that it never actually properly absorbs into the skin, merely creates the illusion of "glow". When in fact you just have a layer of iridescent silicone resting on top of your skin. I think the only claim I agree with is that this is suitable for dry skin. In that the dimethicone would act to mask the dryness and create the illusion of being hydrated. On the up side: it works really well under make-up, just leave a good ten minutes before applying foundation. But this is much too expensive a product for it to function well as a mere primer.
