General Information

Revitanail® Total Strength 8-in-1 Nail Treatment is a multipurpose treatment for your ultimate all-in-one nail care at home. It contains the scientifically proven ingredient, Neonyca™, which can strengthen nails by up to 89% in 4 months.^

The Total Strength 8-in-1 Nail Treatment includes the following properties:

Directions

Apply 2 coats onto clean nails avoiding the cuticle area. Apply 1 coat daily for the next 5 days. Remove and repeat until the desired result has been achieved.

I could see the change already as my nails look and feel stronger. No more brittle nails and chipping. But the only thing is you have to apply it everyday until you achieve the result.

I have missed a few applications however i applied it right after I removed my sns and the top part of my nail was very dry. However this seems to have done a great job with fixing it. A little goes a long way. Unlike other top Coates it does not take a really long time to dry so it's a quick and easy apply. Love that it has no perfume added to it.

The brush is great,good amount of bristles and it helps me apply just the right amount and evenly across my nails. I really enjoyed using this! I felt honestly that my nails were in good condition before I used this but after using it regularly the health of my nails is even better! I've even been asked where I've gotten my nails done when they aren't done at all! I'm sure I will continue to use this to keep and maintain the health of my nails.

It's so easy to apply, as you put it on just like a regular polish. The only issue is, I almost always wear nail polish and had to remove that to have plain nails and test this for the trial. I was unsure if you could layer this under or ontop of regular nail polish. I wish there was some clarity on this. I'm yet to see the true benefits of this, however love the ease of use and the slight sheen it gives your plain nails. Whilst wearing it I definitely noticed my nails to be a little more hard and less bendy. It was a pleasure to be given the chance to test this a part of the glosscars box and I will continue to use it and see if I can notice any long-term benefits.

I have hypothyroidism, an immune disorder that causes dry brittle nails and as a result, I try to avoid applying products on my nails. However, I have used this treatment for the past few days and it has improved hydration and breakage in my nails. I’ll continue using this treatment daily to improve nail strength and thickness. The product is easy to use and can be used daily to achieve the result. It can also be used as a basecoat or a topcoat. Thank you, Beauty Heaven and Glosscars for the trial.

I would recommend this product if you are trying to find something to protect and strengthen your nails. I use nail polish and acetone quite frequently which is not good for my nails. This product has made my weak and brittle nails more healthy and strengthened. My nails are normally quite easy to peel due to its weakness, however after using this product I can tell that my nails do not peel as easily. It comes in the traditional nail polish bottle and the brush was easy to apply on the nails. The colour of the nail treatment is creamy but don’t worry - this product dries clearly and has no strong odour like nail polish. I will continue to buy this product as it is easy to use, dries quickly and the price of this nail treatment is affordable.

This nail treatment product dries pretty fast on your nails so there's not a long waiting period between coats. I love the finish and shine of my nails once I'm done and I've noticed that my nails look and feel stronger after a couple of weeks. I can't say the difference between this one and the other nail treatments by Revitanail I've used before so you could potentially just choose the cheapest option available to you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good base coat [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Revitanail has king been my go too base coat when doing mainicures with normal polish. It protects the nails, fills any ridges and apparently helps strengthen the nails. For the purpose of this trial I didn't use it with polish and just applied 2 coats onto my natural nails on the initial application and one coat per day for five days. On day three they were starting to chip and look messy so I removed a couple and repainted those ones. The polish is very easy to use, the brush was the perfect size and held a good amount of product allowing for an easy application. I didn't notice any major difference after I removed the treatment but I did enjoy how my nails looked while it's on. I will continue to use it on my natural nails in between manicures and as a base when doing a colour.

I followed the instructions and applied it for a few days straight and did feel like it strengthened the nails during the treatment. The colour was subtle enough to wear and was great as a base - a tad shiny. However I’m not sure it strengthened the nails enough for long term use , I will keep trying this treatment for a few More weeks.Pleased so far with the results, it was like having a salon treatment but in the convenience of my home.

I was in need of some therapy for my nails especially my finger digits as they to snap and break easily lately. I wanted to get the best results possible so was careful to follow the instructions properly, applying two coats onto nails (avoiding cuticles) for the first day. Then apply one coat daily for the next 5 days. I applied it after my nightime skin care routine so didn't take up much time at all. After the six days, I was able to remove the product as directed and have to say Wow! I can't believe in just under one week they were noticeably strong without much effort, magic in a bottle! Interesting to see the creamy solution dries clear and quickly, odour just like regular nail polish but doesn't linger and disappears as it starts to dry. Loved how it gave my nails a subtle shine on it's own during this process. I recommend trying to do a treatment once a month or every other month and it can even double as a base coat for added strength. Definitely a great addition to my nail routine.

My nails easily flake and tend to be brittle, often tearing off. this treatment worked to stop them from flaking off rather quickly (as I only trialled the products for a few). The brittleness of my nails was slightly improved, and I will be interested to see what difference it will make over time. The product dries down quickly and the scent is not overpowering. As a basecoat it works well because it leaves behind a slightly rough base however it was not as good as the stand-alone topcoat I use.

I have been neglecting my nails especially with lots of exposure to soap and hand sanitiser. It washout time, they received some TLC. This product is a multipurpose treatment. It is meant to strengthen the nails, improve growth ad hydration and an also be used as a base coat and top coat. Used alone - it provides a shiny gloss to the nail. It dries quickly, so you can get on with life as soon as its applied. The formula isn't too thick and the brush makes applying easy. A 5 days course is recommended for nail strengthening. Although I didn't notice a change in my nails, I really enjoyed how it made my nails look when applied as well as its use as a base coat and top coat

As a semi-reformed nail biter and having weak and brittle nails because of this, I was excited to give this a try. This has a traditional nail polish scent, so be prepared! The treatment is a pale yellow colour in the bottle, but it applies clear to your nails. It is thick, but not overly thick – it isn’t hard to apply! It dries reasonably quickly, after around 5 minutes I found it to be dry enough to keep getting on with my day. I really enjoyed wearing this as a standalone on my nails, it leaves a really pretty shine after drying! I did find that my nails seemed to be stronger and less likely to break and flake on me. I felt more confident with my nails, and I think that with continued use this will only get better. If you’re looking for an easy and convenient way to improve the quality of your talons, definitely give this a go!

I have taken away one star because I am uncertain about how much stronger it made my nails, but it is definitely a great product, overall. I like having a bit of shine on my nails even if there is no colour because it is quite subtle and refined - a bit more polished if you will. I don't have brittle or weak nails so couldn't tell if it was actually strengthening in anyway - but I'd recommend anything interested in trying it to give it a go.

I can never have long natural nails because my nails always break or split . I was eager to try this to see what improvement it has to my nails. I applied two coats initially then applied one coat daily for the next 7 days. I love the way it looks like clear nail polish which gives my nails a polished look. It layers well when you apply a coat daily. When I removed the product on the 8th day , I did see an improvement. My nails had grown and did not feel bendy or fragile. They were strong. I also noticed that my nails were not peeling anymore. A win in my books and will continue to repurchase.

I first tried out the strengthening claims of the product. Apply two coats on the first day, and one coat a day for the next five days. Now, as someone who cooks and cleans a lot as well as has a regular gel manicure, my nails are on the brittle side and always seems to chip and break as soon as I have any length on my natural nails. I also peel off my gel mani often (which is a big no-no for healthy nails!). After this five day course of applying every day, I thought I could notice my nails getting stronger every day - BUT as soon as I removed the product off my nails on the sixth day, my nails felt just as brittle as they used to. Safe to say, I was disappointed. I next tried the product as base coat with normal nail polish. I do not recommend this product for that application as I found it made my normally shiny polish much more dull and matte. I definitely would not recommend it as a top coat as it dries very matte. After a week of finishing the five day strengthening treatment, I actually found my nails were much stronger than they were previously. I was converted! I would recommend keeping this on hand and simply doing a five day treatment whenever you feel your nails are getting weak. It definitely works!

Good timing, my nails could use a bit of assist. I don't have any issues with weak nails however the dry edges and ridging have started appearing and its been starting to annoy me It is a slight pain to remember to use a coat every day for 5 days and that does mean that you shouldn't be using any other nail polish during this time which could be a problem for some. The box claims it's an 8 in 1 product, one of which is it being a base coat and one a top coat - in theory its only a top coat to itself otherwise its not really going to provide your nail any benefits in and of itself as a top coat to other nail polish, and if using as directed then it technically should only be a base coat to itself as well, although again in theory, its going to be better off as a bottom coat to other nail polish. On day 2, I don't know if I'm just being optimistic or if my nails do look a little nicer already. It could just be the shiny-ness thats giving them a fresh appearance of course. By day 4 and 5 it became apparent that I was applying it way too thickly. I had a very thick coating and it wasn't really drying before I would mess up the top coat. All in all it's a good product and I'm pretty happy with the results. I'm not sure it made all of its claims but my nails are probably healthier for using it all the same.

I was really excited to see this product as my nails are very weak and break easily. I followed the instructions of use and have been applying it on my nails for a week - I will say I think I need to keep using it for longer to actually notice any difference in the strength of my nails. Otherwise my initial impressions are that it's easy to apply and works as a nice top coat as my nails have a nice shine to them.

I rarely use nail polish (due to work) or nail care items so this was an interesting experience for me. I actually got acrylic nails done and removed at a salon very recently so this was the perfect time to trial! My nails were looking quite short, scratched, dull and dry post acrylic removal. This product looks and smells like a regular nail polish. You’re instructed to put 2 coats on the first day and then continue to add 1 coat daily for the next 5 days. Unfortunately I accidentally forgot a day so I ended up leaving it on for 6-7 days. It looks like clear shiny polish when applied. I found that it did strengthen my nails and filled in the dents/ridges in my nails. I think it could also be used as a base coat prior to painting your nails too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Revitanail products in the past, and I have to say, they've been a pretty reliable brand for good nails, and the Revitanail Total Strength 8-in-1 Nail Treatment is certainly one that I'm finding to be quite handy! I go through periods of brittle and weak nails (it really grosses me out when I bend them backwards accidentally - ugh), and since I started using this, I haven't been getting that as much! Essentially, this is a nail polish that treats your nails as you use it. You start by applying two coats in one go, then adding a coat every day for the next 5 days before you remove it, and then you can repeat the cycle as needed. I feel like using it has made a difference to my nails - they feel firmer, and less soft, which is great, because I wash my hands a lot and that has certainly been destroying my nails quite a bit. I love this product and would recommend it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New Stronger Nails at last [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve enjoyed using the Total Strength 8 in 1 nail treatment because being in my sixties and getting older, nails seem to get more brittle and break when doing anything. It’s frustrating when your nails are always breaking so I was glad to be trialling this product. I must admit I did see an improvement, when doing general house work, they were always splitting and chipping but this didn’t seem to be happening to the same extent as before. I’m not the world’s best person at putting the nail treatment on, I think I was putting it on too thick and of course it was taking a while to dry and because I was impatient I would smudge it, lesson is put it on a thinner.It does mean being dedicated and persistent as you have to apply a coat every day for the next five after the initial first two coats. You then repeat the process until you are happy with the result, which I’m going to continue to do. Nails aren’t much fun as you get older doesn’t take much for them to break. I must admit my nails feel and look healthy, hydrated and strong. They have even grown. Yes I would recommend this product, especially for us older ladies .

The total strength 8-in-1 nail treatment has been scientifically proven to help strengthen nails by up to 89%. It’s a multipurpose all in one nail treatment that can be used for the following 8 things: strengthening, stimulates nail growth, improves nail hydration, helps to prevent nail breakage, improves nail thickness, fills ridges, can be used as a top or as a base coat. I use this as a transparent base nail polish. I apply 2 coats per each nail and it dries fairly quickly. It leaves a lovely shine on short manicured nails. After about a week, my nails are starting to look healthy and doesn’t seem to break or chip easily. The polish treatment itself starts to chip away after a week and I would need to remove and apply a new coat on a weekly bases to maintain healthy-looking nails.

I found the product was easy to apply, and I used it as a base and top coat. it was also easy to use the bottle and brush, and the smell wasn't too bad in comparison to other brands I have used. As such, I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an effective nail strengthening product, and a top and base coat that effectively protects your nails.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good base and top coat [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions were to apply a coat every day for 5 days so I was keen to see if it would help strengthen my nails. I have eczema on my hands which have weakened my nails and don't paint my nails as often as I'd like because of work. I just applied it daily and left a nice shine on my nails. It's hard to say if it did strengthen my nails as I always leave them cut short. I look forward to using this as a base and top coat when I paint my nails with a coloured polish and would be good to use between coloured coats when you want to have a break from painting your nails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like using this on my fingers; it's a great sheer shine to indulge in for a simple manicure. It's easy to use and dries relatively quickly too. However, like many varnishes, it can occasionally chip and requires removal; the act of using acetone frequently on your nails certainly doesn't help strengthen your fingernails in the long term, and dries out your cuticle bed too. So I would use this every so often between giving my nails lots of moisturiser and the occasional manicure with colour.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Daily go-to polish [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to the BH team for sending me this Revitanail polish to trial. I have brittle, dry nails from a lot of handwashing so I was keen to trial this. This is a varnish with treatment properties – I noted the various natural extracts that have been infused in the formula. I used this product on my fingernails and toenails – and it has left my nails looking clean, smooth, professional and protected. The shiny finish is long lasting. I can’t yet comment on the strengthening/thickening properties of this product -I’d have to trial it for a bit longer, but this is a simple product to use at home to simply refreshen your manicure. It’s affordable, does not require special products for removal and its suitable for pretty much anyone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Longer, stronger nails [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to BH for allowing me to trial this as part of the GLOSSCARS 2022 Trial Team. This product is just like a nail polish, where you put on two coats for the first day, then an additional coat over the next 5 days before removing. I usually have quite strong nails which grow well so honestly I'm not sure if this had much benefit. However, things I did like about this product include the fact that it gave my nails a clear/opaque coat which looked almost like french nails, and also once I removed the nail treatment my nails were quite long and strong (but again, this is what my nails are normally like). Didn't discolour or change my nails at all.
