I was worried it would be like wearing a diaper but it just feels like any other undies. I only tried them on my lighter days as I wasn’t sure how they would handle but am fairly confident I could wear them my entire period no problem. Easy to wash as well I just have them a rinse when I take them off and then chuck them in with my delicates when I wash.

The elastic is really good and makes me feel secure of any leaks. I tried THINX on both light and heavy days of my period and it really works! No leaks at all even when sleeping in it overnight. I highly recommend and it's a fantastic product if you are wanting to have a more environmentally friendly period and step away from single use period products.

I have tried other brands and U BY KOTEX gets my vote. The padding is so much thinner than other brands and the elastic is very very comfy! Please do yourself a favour and invest in a pair (or 4) of these!

They’re fantastic for night use, very comfortable. They look just like regular knickers, and feel mostly the same. You can’t tell from the outside that they’re anything different. I’d definitely buy a few more pairs, and maybe a super pair for overnights or heavy days. They’d be great for the younger girls too who may be less experienced with pads and tampons as they feel very secure.

Really comfy, not bulky at all and absorbent enough for light-moderate days. Sizing of 6-8 was definitely more an 8 in my opinion. I still pre-rinsed before washing although that wasn’t on their washing instructions. Tried once at night and once during the day. Great for both (although wouldn’t use on heavier days as they’re quite thin). Forgot I was wearing them during the day they were so comfortable and I am quite sensory to different underwear styles. Would definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so I brought a pair of period undies in a different brand so I could compare the 2 because I had never used them before. Straight away you could see these undies where much less bulky/Thick from padding making them way more comfy. These Thinx Period undies definetly beat my other brand for overall performance. Absorbency is excellent and no leaks whats so ever at night which is the best thing ever. You can wear them with confidence day and night, wash them and wear them again. Best idea ever thought of, you got to be out of your mind to want to wear Pads/Tampons ever again. I have recommended these to a people already as there worth the purchase.

I believe they are true to size (I have tried Bonds and find them to run small). The ones I sampled were for a light flow and didn't seem too chunky. I probably wouldn't wear these during my period, but rather before and after while I'm spotting.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Alternative I’ve been wanting a pair of these for ages but always been uncertain about their effectiveness and didn’t want to buy one. But I got a pair for free as part of a uni student orientation thing and was stoked to try them. The sizes that they gave out were limited so I would’ve ideally got a size up but the ones I have still fit well. Have worn them several times during the day where it felt really secure and that I wasn’t going to leak. At night, when my period is at its heaviest, I usually have to sleep with a towel but didn’t need to do that when I had these on. They do feel a little bit bulky to wear and can be strange to not change them every few hours for that freshness factor but ultimately worth it as they’re so much easier (both mentally and physically) than pads and tampons.
