The shampoo made my hair feel really clean and after washing I saw less flakes (as I think I use too much hot water in other washes due to the weather) which always left my scalp realy dry. This shampoo was a treat to my scalp and will continue to use to get rid of the flakes.

It was pleasant and gave the feeling that it was treating my scalp and my senses. It performed as per other Head & Shoulders products - cleaned hair well and moderately treated dandruff. I found that it was a bit harsh with consecutive use so would use this 1-2 times a week instead.

My dandruff isn't too bad at the moment ( it's worse in Winter) but I was flake free after using this product 3 times in a week. I only gave it 4 stars though as I found it dried my hair out quite a bit.

I am using this product as I thought it would alleviate the itchiness. It does have a cooling feeling at first, you can notice the menthol. It doesn't seem to be long lasting as the itch starts again.

However, the lengths of my hair were so dry and straw like once dried. I use leave in conditioner but I needed so much just to counter the drying effects. I don't recommend this product for anyone with dry lengths.

The biggest difference I noticed is that whilst it did reduce my dandruff, it actually dried my hair out quite significantly, leaving it incredibly dry and straw-like which I highly dislike. I found that in order to get any moisture back into my hair I had to then add a treatment / oil or leave-in conditioner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I found the shampoo to be cooling on my head and scalp, and (I think) helping to reduce the dandruff (only had a chance to wash hair twice), it also seemed to be a bit oily. I originally tried shampooing, then conditioning, but my hair dried oily, then I stuck my head back in the shower and just used the shampoo, with a slightly better result. It was only when I shampooed yet again, but with my normal shampoo, that it dried without looking oily. Not sure if it's just my hair, or the shampoo, but the same thing happened the second time I used it as well. I'm keen to keep using it, if it does keep the dandruff under control, but I would have to use a normal shampoo afterwards as well.
