It’s thick and has that subtle menthol smell, which I find actually helps unblock my nose when it’s stuffy. The shampoo feels cooling on my skull and makes my hair feel and smell fresh and soft. It does a great job removing my dandruff, but I’ve noticed if I use it too often it stops working as well as when I use it occasionally. I will however continue to use this shampoo when I need it.

It works well to cleanse the hair, and the cooling of the menthol feels great especially on a super itchy scalp! I wouldn't recommend this for coloured hair though as it does strip the colour quite quickly, but other than that it's a great product and well worth it!

It had a nice refreshing kinda feel to it which was unusual for a shampoo but was actually nice. Because i have a shaved head i can't really comment much on how it effected my hair, but as for my scalp it felt moisturized after using the head and shoulders shampoo
